Our server was excellent. She was right on top of things. She came to check on us at the appropriate times. Not so often that it was annoying and not so seldom that you needed something and couldn’t get it. Her timing was perfect. Her name is Ruth

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a Red Lobster restaurant. Now I know why! The food was just really bad. That’s all I can say besides I will not be going here again.

We just experienced the worst service ever at this place and reported it. Now making this comment. The food was not great either and the manager was shocked when we said that. Like really not good so don’t go

Hadn’t been here for a bit. Love the service. Manager is Amazing very sweet man. But… come on you know reading this a but was coming lol. I ordered the shrimp scampi. And the shrimp was rubber and the tiniest shrimp I’ve ever seen. I took a picture cause I was like they were smaller then a shrimp cocktail. Lol. Other than that. It was great.

I pretty much raced home to leave this review… thats see, where should I start. To begin, my GF has a $ 100 gift card to use so we decided to come here since its pricey and we might get to order the super pricey items. No worries everyone, the food here is slightly pricey and not for the faiint of heart. We had a sangrias, seafood pasta, lobster and crab cakes. I opted for the crab cake appetizer and the waiter accommodated my request. I didnt want the meal as were ordering other items and I didnt want the rice with it. Howeever, after my server took the order, I let her know I didnt see the crab cakes as appetizers on the menu. She said, ITSNOT! and walked away… interesting customer service. Crab Cake– It was ok… honestly, the ones at Costco tasted the same if not better. It tasted very floury… corn starch. Very little crab but alot of fillers. The seafood pasta with clams, scallops and lobster tail were alright. Alot of pasta, and very little lobster tail and very small shrimps. It was alright for its price… but very garlic buttery and greasy. ITs pretty much pasta soaked in garlic butter oil. I mean, i like it, its just… not very refreshing. The lobster itself was ok. I was told to do the stuffing which was a mistake. Filling is this creamy, cheese, plus it seems like carrots or something. it was just very heavy, creamy and cheesy. It really took away the taste of the lobster. IT says 1 ¼ pound, but i think the stuffing took most of the lobster meat away and just very heavy. The noteworthy part is that the side dishes were good, from salad, to rice to broccoli. What made my experience more annoying is the server. My server seems to have an attitude, as if working Friday nights was below her. I let her know that my gf and I are going to share a sangrias… she said, oh its not enough for you two and pressured us to order more drinks. First of all, I DONTNEEDYOUTOTELLME what to order. Thanks! I got that figured out that she doesnt drink much and likes to leech my drinks so its enough. Then, when we paid with a gift card, she came back and saying you have this much left before the TIP. Ok, girlfriend, we are going to tip you. Dont worry about that, we aint that cheap to not tip. But, really to emphasize the tip part is really unprofessional. Our meal was $ 80 plus tax and $ 72 before. I left $ 14, -$ 1 cuz I dont think she deserve more and about to go as low at $ 12, but I also understand she has to make a living in the rough LA with high living standards. All in all, this has not been a pleasant experience, I worked have five days a week. I dont mind the prices, I just want great service and amazing food. Both i cant find at red lobster. I am beginning to see the decline of this original American franchises… over priced food, with fake crappy customer service and so so on taste.

Place seems empty when we walked in but there were couple tables inside the restaurant First thing that caught my eye was the tank with lobsters(some were big and some were small) Their selection of draft beer was very limited and mixed drinks as well. Decent number of bottled beers were available. Price range would be between $$ and $$$ since some dishes are $ 40 and appetizers are $ 10 range We had ordered one appetizer and 4 main dishes plus 4 beer and colada and our bill was $ 200 Server was very friendly and was checking on us every 15 minutes or so to see how we were doing and helped us pack our leftovers Overall experience was very good and the chedder bisquit wasnt as great as I remembered anymore

I was in the mood for seafood but didn’t feel like driving to the beach so ordered takeout from here instead. I got the wild pilaf rice with wood fire grilled lobster tail and shrimp skewers. I didn’t expect much but i was surprised when i opened the container and found a decent size lobster tail. Granted, it’s not australian lobster(what do you expect right) but it was still pretty good. Meat wasn’t hard and rubbery. They were kind with the shrimp skewers too. I didn’t like the cheddar bay biscuits though. I didn’t taste any cheese flavor. It was bland. Server matt was attentive. It was a busy night but he still pulled through. Overall, red lobster is a great alternative when you don’t feel like driving to the beach yet still want to curb your seafood/lobster craving. It is what it is.

Okay here’s why I am so angry with this restaurant and service! I came here 2÷26÷2016, my birthday was yesterday 2÷25÷2016! My friend took me out for my birthday and we sat at the bar area because dining room was packed. We sat at the bar and I tried ordering Bahama Mama, well the«by the book» bartender denied my ID because it was expired BYONEDAY! What kinda birthday dinner was this?! On top of that, while he was behind the bar he was throwing dishes everywhere and being extremely disrespectful to the people eating at the bar. Plus he was yelling at the servers to come get their drinks because they were ready. He was Asian, i didn’t catch his name. But worst bartender ive ever seen in my entire life!!! When my friend ordered his drink he put it in between us because we didn’t think it mattered where he put his drink, then the bartender came back to us saying you can’t put your drink next to her and if I see it there again, I’m going to take it away! We haven’t even ordered our food yet and he told us that?!? We got up and walked out, we didn’t pay for his drink and we honestly didn’t even give a shit. He needs to be fired to be honest! Never ever EVER going to this or probably any REDLOSTER again! Thanks for nothing. Taking your job soo seriously at REDLOBSTER will really get you somewhere!

Great service tonight by our waiter Gabriel F. The food was delicious and the mega drinks hit the spot. That’s right I said MEGADRINKS and I’m not exaggerating. I ordered a Piña Colada and was upsold to the mega which is like 2 ½ the size of their regular cocktails for only $ 1 more! The food was amazing and our server timed our meal perfectly so we had enough time to enjoy our salads and an appetizer. I enjoyed the sirloin steak and shrimp. Steak was cooked to perfection.

I came here for dinner with the family for my dad’s bday. I’m usually not that into chain restaurants but my dad likes Red Lobster and it’s his day. Our server Michael was very nice and attentive. He seemed pretty busy when we first got there but other than that he was quite friendly and refilled the drinks on time. The food was great. Lobster pizza, stuffed mushrooms and grilled shrimp skewers with a baked potato, what not to like? The ambiance was quiet and relaxing in our booth. The manager also came out to our table to make sure everything was good on several occasions and even chatted with my niece in sign language. Despite being a chain restaurant, I did enjoy my time here and the bill was only $ 141.00 for 5 adults, appetizers, main course, coffee, cocktails and dessert. I will likely come back to this location.

This was my first visit ever to a Red Lobster. My boyfriend suggested it and I thought«why not?» He talks about their biscuits highly. We were seated right away on a Friday evening. Customer service was good. Our waitress was nice and checked on us regularly. The famous cheddar biscuits arrived and I was expecting bliss. Honestly, they had an okay flavor, but weren’t that great. I found them too salty. We ordered coconut shrimp for our appetizer. This was the best part of dinner. The shrimp were very good with the crispy coconut crust and paired nicely with the piña colada sauce. I ordered a half order of the Atlantic salmon w/broccoli and mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked well and had a nice crust. The broccoli was overly cooked for my liking. I like my cooked vegetables with somewhat of a crunch, and these florets did not have that. I was looking forward to the mashed potatoes, but they were disappointing. They tasted like they were made from a box. Overall, it was not an experience that made me want to return. I’m not too much of a fan of seafood anyways.

I decided to spend my 21st birthday here and it was a great experience… Until the very end. Our server Vanessa was amazing though. She made sure everything was okay and checked up on my table several times. She’s so sweet! So that’s why I’m giving a star, but if it wasn’t for her, this place wouldn’t have any stars from me. The food was delicious, as it always has been the past two times I’ve been here, but it all went downhill when they brought my birthday donuts out to sing me happy birthday. When they opened the box to sing to me, I saw the main donut was missing. I know when my boyfriend brought the box to the hostess in the beginning that every single donut was in there, but my first thought was maybe we dropped one on accident? But no. We brought it to our servers attention and she checked to see where the donut had went. Apparently it was«missing» and none of the employees knew what happened to it… Later my boyfriend even said he saw a $ 5 bill on the floor next to the hostess and just found it weird, thinking someone felt really bad for«stealing» the donut and wanted to repay us for it. But whatever, we’ll never know about that. My friend asked for the manager and he was very sincere, asking if there was anything he could do to make it right. The manager took care of my bill and that was that. So as my party and I are getting ready to leave, our server Vanessa comes out and says she’s found our donut! The manager also comes out and apologizes, saying that the donut had fallen out of the box and he told me he put it in a to go box to save it for me. As he showed me the donut, it looked perfectly fine… So I don’t believe it fell out of the box but I just wanted to leave and be done with this place. I just can’t believe one of their employees would do that to their own customers. How embarrassing is that, stealing from someone’s birthday donuts? I wish I knew who did it but that’s not happening because I’m never coming back to this place again.

Second time coming to this location. Ambience is a little louder here but that’s because it’s quite the family location. The complimentary bread is amazing and addictive; it almost became my entire meal because the waiter kept replenishing it before I needed to ask! Portions are plenty, the menu had a good variety of meals to choose from(from pasta and salad to lobster tacos, sampler plates and more). I got the lobster tacos: they were quite filling as the lobster portions inside were generous, the sauce was not overwhelming and the some brown rice was added to the plate. Parking is pretty good but can get a tad packed due to the shared lot. Service today was pretty good as I didn’t have to flag down the waiter for refills. Overall a pretty good experience and tasty food.

This particular location wasn’t as crowded as the Brea location which is a good thing. The Michelada was tasty and not watered down with ice like some other restaurants and bars. Actually, for being a mainstream seafood chain, the cocktails are pretty good. I got the battered fish and chips. The fish was actually a whole fish less the tail and head that was battered. It was really good. The smattering of fries was pathetic, but delicious. My wife got her usual grilled shrimp tacos that had a nice smokey chipotle flavor to them. The clam chowder was just awful and tasted like it came from a can. The side of snow crab legs, a bargain I thought for $ 8.47 was just 4 little legs. I guess you get what you paid for. On the upside, they were sweet and delicious.

The only reason why I came here is because I had a $ 25 gift card sitting in my car for the last 2 or 3 years and needed to use it ASAP. What I know about Red lobster is the bread rolls They give you before the meal are Delicious!, lol and that it’s pricey. Anywho, I ordered the Seaside trio which came with shrimp scampi, Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, and fried Battered shrimp, which also came with a salad and my choice of Mash potatoes. Portions were decent and food Was decent but to my taste buds, the food was toooo salty. I mean, every bite I took, I tasted salt. With every bite I took, I had to wash it down with some water. I didn’t even finish half my meal, for the fact I ate to much of those bread rolls lol. Again I must say, food was on the salty side. We also wanted to try the steamed clams for an appetizer but unfortunately they ran out, so I’m guessing the steamed clams must have been a winner. I don’t think I’ll be coming back, unless someone gives me a gift card for some reason. I’m not into Franchise restraunts, especially if it’s seafood. The food wasn’t bad, just not all that great. OUR waiter Fidel was great, awesome customer service. thanks FIDEL!

Food: My buddy and I only come here about once a year for their Endless Shrimp special. The had a new shrimp variation this year, the Sriracha grilled shrimp. Per the usual they had the Parmesan shrimp scampi, hand-breaded shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi, shrimp linguini Alfredo, and coconut shrimp bites. You can also ask for regular grilled shrimp. It also comes with a salad and a side. Their shrimp is nothing spectacular. They’re pretty much the same ready-peeled shrimp that you can buy at Costco. It’s a pretty great deal for under $ 20. Everybody loves their cheddar bay biscuits, but we usually stay away from that and the linguine as both will just expand in your stomach. Service: We’ve always gotten good service at this location. We’ve always been seated very quickly and the wait staff are always making sure that we have enough shrimp and drinks refills. Location: I think that this restaurant has been getting better after their most recent remodeling. They’ve also changed the plates that they used, so the presentation of the food has improved. The restaurant is located next to a bunch of other restaurants but there’s plenty of parking to go around.
