Wow I love carbs and wine. And I secretly love Olive Garden. This one is better than others because their bar is right there when you walk in. No need to wonder which way is the bar, it’s there for everyone to see. Like most chain restaurants, service either really sucks or is really great. Our server was really great and sweet. So even though Olive Garden is an ongoing joke in America for being the most basic and cliché Italian restaurant of all, I really liked the different setup and surprisingly friendly service. Make sure you bring a friend. You order an entrée with salad. Your friend orders an entrée with soup. Then you can share your salad and have some soup. Dip the breadsticks in the soup for extra fattiness. But don’t forget to get seconds on the salad so you can feel better about yourself. If your server loves you like how our server loved us, she’ll give you a free mini dessert.

I’m not a chain restaurant lover but took Grandma here and all went well. Food — Always consistent and our food was good. Grandma had a large serving of spaghetti which she liked. I the Tour of Italy which is fetuchinni(sorry for the spelling) alfredo, lasagna and ??. Of course the salad and breadsticks. I thought he breadsticks used to be better but add a a side of Alfredo sauce and all is good! Service — was great. A good trip to Olive Garden which almost pains me to say.

This particular Olive Garden has let us down for the third time within the last year. We unfortunately will not come here anymore. The service is always lacking to refill our drinks, continuously check up on us before and after the main course has been served. During one of the visits I told the waitress that our Zuppa Toscana soup was cold! She took forever to replace it and I had to stop another waitress just to get a fresh one. Another woman complained of the same thing and took forever to get hers as well. The only reason to go to Olive Garden is the breadsticks, some wine, Zuppa Toscana soup, and pasta/lasagna. If THAT soup is cold it’s nowhere near worth eating. And if they take that long to replace it, it shouldn’t have ended up on my bill. Thumbs down for continuously bad service, cold soup, and not realizing when something should be taken care of by the restaurant.

The last time I dined at Olive Garden was in 2007 in Columbus, Ohio and not much has changed and I think that is exactly the point. Olive Garden is like the McDonald’s of Italian food. It’s approachable and predictable whether you’re in California or any other state. All entrees comes with unlimited breadsticks and your choice of unlimited soup or salad. We ordered the fried calamari, lasagna, and chicken Marsala. The calamari was plain gross. Thin breading with a soggy crunch and obviously pre breaded and frozen and tossed in the fryer upon order. Lasagna noodles were overlooked and the dish itself way too salty. It’s comparable to a frozen lasagna you would purchase in the frozen aisle at your local grocer. The chicken Marsala was more like a teriyaki sauce and the medley of carrots and roasted potatoes on the side was again like a reheated frozen dinner. The only saving grace to the meal was the breadstick, the salad, and the soup. This is really the only reason to come to Olive Garden for me. And even than I haven’t been back to this chain for close to 10 years. But regardless of my taste buds feelings toward Olive Garden, this chain fully represent Americanize Italian at its best. It’s approachable, friendly, efficient, consistent, and super-sized meals in a comfortable setting. However, I would personally prefer less quantity and more quality even at these prices. I may be back in another 10 years or so.

I decided to treat out my uncles for lunch. We were seated immediately and serviced quickly. We all ordered the lunch deals Olive Garden had, and the food never disappoints, as always. I had higher expectations for that new chicken piadina, but it was still decent enough for me to not be completely dissatisfied! The only issue I had was our waiter. He was very attentive, but overly attentive. I can understand checking on your customers every 15 – 20 minutes but asking every 5 minutes really started to get on my nerves. Also, my uncles and I weren’t even done eating with our meals yet, so I didn’t know why he placed our check at our table so abruptly. I can understand if it were busy and the waiter is hinting for us to leave, but it wasn’t even busy at all. I thought that was very rude. I felt rushed and uncomfortable during my dining experience. I hope this never happens again!

Great food! Great service! Clean restaurant! You can’t go wrong with the classic Chicken Alfredo or the unlimited soup and salad. Also the new chicken pot pies are delicious. The peach ice tea is my favorite drink but I do miss when they used to put real peaches inside it. The best servers are Daniel and Dolores so be sure to ask for them and leave a generous tip for there great quality service. They just make the place so much more welcoming. I would have rated this place a five but I didn’t have a great experience on my visit yesterday due to the server, who frequently forgot things I had asked her for or ordered. Not only that but I felt a tense atmosphere when asking for refills or a breadstick basket which I didn’t receive till the end of my entire meal. Hopefully on my next visit the service changes.

Come here fairly often. Service is always just ok. Never exceptional and never awful. Wait times can be very long but today we didn’t have a wait at all. Tonight it wasn’t very busy but we had to ask our server for things several times. Like refills on water and drinks.

This place was good 1020 years ago but not anymore. Quality and execution has definitely declined. We came for dinner. I ordered a sausage pasta and everything was extremely salty. The sausages were salty, the pasta was salty, the salad was salty even the salad dressing was salty. At least the water wasn’t salty. Glad something wasn’t…salty. I’m ODing on salt just writing this.

Decided to come to Olive Garden since Souplantation was insanely busy, literally out the door. Anyways my friend suggested OG& it sounded like a great idea since its been a long time I’ve been here. No wait which was great since it was after 1pm. Ordered the 6.99 duo which I got spaghetti with meat sauce & your choice of unlimited soup or salad & it also came with yummy breadsticks. The minestrone soup I got filled me up quickly along with the breadsticks. When my spaghetti came it just looked blah & the flavor tasted funky. The sauce was simply weird for me, luckily it was a mini size dish. Didn’t finish it nor did I bother taking it home since it was not worth having it as my leftover. Good thing I didn’t spend more than $ 10 for mediocre lunch. At least the soup & breadsticks I liked so kudos on that! I will say the service was good & our waiters were nice & came by to check on us which I appreciate. What’s cool is that there is a mini computer screen at every table where you can pay your tab, however when we tried to pay with our credit card the computer was not working for some reason. Would I come back to OG? Probably not for a really lonnnggg time or if other restaurants within the vicinity are packed.

Food isn’t that good. Taste is bland. We order the appitizer which is stuffed mushroom /fried calamari/cheese stick. It’s so so. chicken scampi also not good. I need to put some salt on it. The drink kiwi– melon lemonade it’s taste just the lemonade. Nothing about kiwi-melon. Service is ok. Has a lot of parking available.

Took my kids to Olive Garden for the first time. We usually don’t like eating here because of the wait and today, no difference 20 mins wait(shorter than usual). The new lunch menu items are great for our budget. For $ 6.99, I got myself a small pasta bowl with unlimited salad and breadsticks. My kids ordered their meals from the kids menu and all for under $ 6. It was a very affordable simple lunch. The service was not bad and it was pretty busy. My poor waitress was constantly in motion because of the unlimited salad or soup and breadsticks. She was great!

Haven’t been to this place in a while, ordered the Lobster Ravioli, it was good but still don’t think it was worth $ 20. Mediterranean bread, $ 10.49, dissappointed. Tried the dessert sampler, 3 for little servings for $ 7.49, got the white chocolate with strawberry, the lemon crème, and the dark chocolate with caramel, it was ok, could have done wothout it. They have these portable touch screens on the tables. Warning! be careful on what you touch on there, we were charged for a game we didn’t play. We told them about it, and they took it off. So make sure you check your receipts.

What set this Olive Garden apart from most that I’ve visited was the friendliness of the wait staff and the excellent customer service. Within seconds of being seated, our drink orders were taken. Just as we had finished deciding on what we wanted to order for dinner, our drinks arrived and our waiter took our orders. When I made a special request to get the fettuccini alfredo that came with my «Tour of Italy» to go, the waiter informed me that it would be no problem and that he’d make sure it was cooked fresh, right before we left. A few minutes after our waiter took our order, the breadsticks and salad arrived. Perfect timing for a group HUNGRY after the unavoidable wait. Since we all grabbed breadsticks, leaving the basket empty, we promptly received a refill without even asking. When the orders arrived, they were accurate and fresh. Drinks were refilled without having to ask for them to be. Upon brining the group our check, the waiter asked me if I’d like to get that«to go» order cooked up yet? I informed him that I did and it arrived pretty quickly. The tablet stationed at our table kept my eight year old niece busy and entertained while the adults were able to discuss various things. Overall, I’m a total fan of this Olive Garden.

Food is always delicious! Service really varies. I’ve had some superior servers and mediocre ones. This is one of my favorite restaurants. It’s super affordable and you get unlimited soup or salad with your entrée so I usually fill up on that and take most of my entrée home. My usual consists of the zuppa toscana, followed by angel hair Alfredo with extra sauce. It never fails and every bite tastes like heaven. Don’t forget the extra parm! The peach iced tea is perfectly and deliciously sweet. It’s worth every penny! I really need to ask for the recipe or see where I can get the tea bags from. Olive also accepts expired coupons, and there is usually some sort of promo going on. Every year they do endless pasta, and my homies are always there for that. Bön Appétit!

Well if it’s privacy that you want, then it’s privacy that you get. How cool is it that when you walk in the door, that they take me to a small room on the right where no one was to be found. Just little ol me and my little ice tea. Perrrrfect atmosphere, peaceful, tranquil and so relaxing and able to finish and tend to my business projects while waiting for my food. Occassionally I could hear people at a distance. The waitress was so nice and attentive and kept my ice tea full. There complimentary bread was also good and fresh, but I’ve always wondered why restaurants don’t bring the bread out warm or hot to give you that feeling of when your grandma cooked fresh bread in the oven. Salad was immensely fresh and of course all kinds of sprinkled on cheese and yes they did add more cheese. So much for a diet salad dish. My food arrived and it was delicious with shrimp fettucini and a lot of cheese. They even added extra cheese. Awwwe… chesse wiz… that’s enough cheese. It was a relaxing day for me with a nice quiet atmosphere and just as I was leaving, they started planting people in the tables next to me. Now that’s what I call perfect timing.

I love Olive Garden! When I come to this particular location I always have excellent service! When we ate yesterday our service was spectacular! Kelly our server was so friendly, knowledgeable and delightful! She was so funny and totally loved her attitude! I swear if I wasn’t in a budget I would of gotten a bottle of wine because she was that good of at her job! When you server is so nice, the dining experience is so much better! My favorite dish to order is the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken! Love their Fettuccine sauce! Always so creamy and very consistent! And who doesn’t love that fluffy buttery bread!
