Pizza Hut

By far the worst Pizza Hut ever! Unfortunately, this location is the only one to serve our area. So, no Pizza Hut till we move or actually drive and pick up elsewhere. Service is horrible, the staff is rude. They raised prices and do not honor any coupons, nor do they offer any decent deals. They should close down.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Put me on hold and once They answered the guy hung up. This happened several times! Called 4 more times and put me on hold those times too and kept hanging up. Asked for his manager and he put me on hold for for about 20 minutes to tell me his manager was busy. We asked for the managers name and they put me on hold for 10 more minutes. Talked to the manager and she had the worst attitude ever. SHE WAS A BITCH. Regardless of the bad service my mom said Have a nice day and the manager just hung up. If you don’t like your job and working with ppl improve your service or find a job where you don’t have to interact with ppl lady! ALL I WANTED WAS A DAMN PIZZA. I put one star cause it’s mandatory if it was up to me I’d give you no stars!

Worse costumer service ! Had me waiting more than 10min for my pizza when it was ready.

I rarely order pizza from this place. Food is OK I like their wings and the veggie lovers thin crust. However, customer service is really bad manager Smith she is a bitch she lacks from customer service experience she has a very rude tone of voice. One of the employees there was nice I think his name is Greg.

I cant believe that the worked on the phone got my zip code wrong! I wanted a pizza after a day at school and when I called, THEY GOT THE STUPID ADDRESS WRONG! When I got there, they said the zip code was wrong. They usually got it right most of the time, and when I got there, MY FUCKING PIZZA WAS COLD!!! This place is definitely getting one star P. S Their pizza is too oily, they should start selling non oil or something healthy, I would rather order pizza at dominos, they have pizzas that are less oily and at least get my address right

Called in an order. The guy repeated my phone number after I gave it to him, but the last digit he said 9 instead of 5. I tried to correct him about 3 times but I don’t think he was paying a attention because he wanted my order right away! I ordered that new Cheesy Bites pizza. I repeated my number again and he said, it’ll be 15 – 20 min. Oh yeah, he didn’t ask my name. Usually they will say my name because it’ll pop up in the system.
Went there after 20 min. There were a few customers. Lady ask for my name and said «I don’t see any order under your name» I explained when I called it with the phone number situation and to try that phone number that dude repeated back. She said, nope there’s no order. And she said we could take the order now but it’s going to be a wait. I said no, keep on looking. Manager comes to the front and asked the worker «Did you take the other customers money? Take care of them first. We don’t want them to wait and get frustrated. Cuz we don’t want to get busy here. People want to pay and leave!» First of all, I understand their policy, but don’t talk to your employee like that in front of customers. She had this stupid attitude. I kinda felt bad for the employee. I think she barely started working there. So she went back on helping me and finally found my order. Of course under that wrong phone number. She apologized. I told her don’t worry. I really wanted to tell her good luck working here with that manager. Btw… Cheesy Bites suck! According to my teenage son and his friends.

Worse customer service ever! I ordered online and specifically ordered for garlic parmesan sauce due to the fact that my mother has chronic kidney problems which doesn’t allow tomato in her diet. The pizza had a mixture of garlic parmesan and marinara sauce which to me looks like it was a mistake they tried to cover up. I called the first time where I spoke to a team member who was no help at all and made it seem as if I’m trying to get a free pizza. She mentioned giving us a new pizza but would like the initial pizza back which is fine but my mother had taken a bite of a slice and threw it away when she saw the marinara sauce, I told her a piece was missing and she kept insisting they needed the entire pizza back, obviously this conversation isn’t getting anywhere so I hung up, I called back the second time cause I was so disappointed and couldn’t believe how horrible customer service is and when I asked for the manager and after explaining the situation again, I was put on hold for some time and again no manager, team member mentioned the manager is not available to come to the phone but is willing to give us a 5 $ credit on our next order! Are u kidding me!!! that is not what I’m asking for all I wanted was to speak to the manager and voice my complaints which obviously customer service to this manager is not a priority! very disappointed with ur service!

This is the worse pizza place anyone could go to. On top of them always lagging it to deliver your pizza, they always get the wrong address. Even after they have your name and number in the history. We began to do pick ups, but always have to wait a while for the pizza to be ready after the time they say they will be ready. Top of waiting, we found a hair in the pizza, do they wear hair nets? They should be more organized and professional because they don’t know anything about customer service.

Customer service is shit! They talked to me like if I was ReTaRDeD??? I figured ok the guy is in a bad mood next customer walks in different cashier same attitude! Eff this Pizza Hut, some employees I seen were nice others ughhhh next time I’ll place my order online so I dnt have to seen there stupid faces

I placed my order online, I had to call them twice to check on my order. It finally arrived over half an hour later than their estimate. The delivery person was non-​apologetic, and so was the person I spoke with on the phone. The food arrived barely warm. I would not recommend ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. This isn’t the first time they were late but I finally decided to write this review to let others know about this.

We ordered a pizza online and the confirmation said the order would be done by 7:45 pm. We arrived at 7:45 and the cashier said our pizza would be done in one minute. We didn’t get our pizza till about 8:00 pm. I don’t know about you but the math seems a little off there.
To top it all off, there were people ahead of us who didn’t even get their order because they mistakenly gave their order to the driver. It was a carry out order!
Customer service is one thing but being efficient and incompetent is just plain idiotic and time consuming for the customers.
You’ve been warned.

This is the Pizza Hut closest to my house. Why do I get Pizza Hut? Is it because they are the best pizza is the area? Nope. It is all for the convenience. I don[ do delivery as I would rather do pick up because I’m not that lazy.
Now this is a fast food type of place so I will be using the fast food criteria.
Speed: Between order and the em, ail saying it is ready to pick up is about 15 minutes. I generally order get changed and leave. By the time I get there most of the time the order is already waiting for me assuming of course I have a simple order. The more I order the longer it takes but not much longer than the base ‘15 minutes.
Quality: It is Pizza Hut. It is fast food pizza. If you are expecting anything special you have your restaurants all wrong. I do have a complaint about the quality of this place. I love mushrooms. I have ordered a mushroom pizza, double mushroom pizza and a double mushroom pizza with the request to put more mushrooms on it. All three times it didn’t seem like I got a substantial amount of mushrooms more than what they would naturally put on there. In regards to actual flavor it is good but not great. It is what I expect with a Pizza Hut. Mass produced dough and sauce with sub par ingredients. It is just enough to get the job done. It is good enough to enjoy but not good enough to rave about.
It may seems like a minor complaints and a two star deduction seems to be excessive but this is still competing against other pizza places i go to that suit my taste better.
Would I recommend this place to my friends and family? Not necessarily but I would suggest this Pizza Hut if all we want is some affordable pizza really quickly and near by.
Tis good enough.

I love when employees seem to enjoy their job, it makes the whole experience more enjoyable and makes me want to come back.

At the end of my phone order I heard someone in the back yell «I don’t give a fuck what ya heard!» I had it on speaker and we all kinda checked if we all heard it and started cracking up! Thanks for the laughs!
