We are so mad right now!!! They mixed the cakes prices for fathers day, so when you go and pay is the double of the price for the cake! my husband asked them to honor the price but the girl in charge did not honored the price! Seriously I know is a business but please don’t try to take advantage like that!

This review is strictly for their mocha blast and it has always been on point every time I’ve ordered it. And what always puts me in a happier mood is when they always ask me if I’d like whip cream and cinnamon on top instead of doing so without asking like some other locations. You never know, some days you’ll be in the mood for whip cream and other days not. It’s better to ask than to assume, am I right? lol

Ice Cream after dinner pit stop.
This shop is in a very low traffic plaza yet it still stands after more than a decade… I like coming here because it’s not crowded and they are generous with the scoop.
Typically I find most Baskin Robins giving a nice round scoop when given on the cone. This place makes the round scoop proud. It isn’t much but it makes a great deal to the customer.
The services have always been friendly and buying ice cream should always leave the customer with a smile. I would recommend coming to this one :)

When my husband picked up the customized birthday cake i ordered days ahead, he did not notice that the spelling of the name was wrong! … I checked the order form and i was clearly stated how it must be spelled. So definitely it is the fault of their cake decorator! I called the store and the lady said she would inform the owner about it and i should expect a call from him. That was Feb. 26, 2016! Its already March 1 now and i did not hear anything from them. Their customer service sucks big time! No apology at all from the owner.

Great service!!! I take my kids here every once in a while and the young ladies have always been very friendly. We are always offered samples. Place is always pretty clean. I’ve read some of the bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience, but if this changes I’ll make sure and update my review.

Terrible service. I requested two scoops of two different ice cream in one cup and they had a difficult time following this request. When I mentioned it again she would not acknowledge me so I said it louder thinking she didn’t hear me. She said «I know» And then she became rude. If she had acknowledge me the first time I wouldn’t have repeated myself. She still got my order wrong. I would not recommend this place. There is a better ice cream parlor nearby with better service.

Best baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to hands down! The customer service is amazing and the workers couldn’t be nicer. Not to mention the ice cream is the best yum!!!

2 stars for service. 0 stars because I’m very angry with them. I noted as we got our scoops of ice cream in a cup, that the servings were smaller than last time. The girl toldme they had to cut them down or be in trouble. Of course, the cost was up and serving size was down. Bad way to keep 30+ years customers. The yogurt place across the parking lot looks pretty good right now.

ICE CREAM!!!
You can’t really go wrong here, can you? Ample parking since most of the stores, including the giant supermarket, are closed down or business is slow. The employees are pretty nice, too. I have a hard time deciding on flavors but they always ask me if I’d like to try anything. Baskin Robbins is kind of on the expensive side though, but it’s totally worth the extra money. And pounds.

I love ice cream. Baskin Robbins is one of my favorites. I love to get ice cream from this location because they parking is really convenient and the people work there are so nice and patient with so many questions I ask. :)

Worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. The guy couldn’t make the large soft serve on a cone so he stopped half way and handed it over to us. We asked if that was a large, he replied yes. My bf always gets the large (yes, he’s a fatass like me) and he said this is a medium at max. I’m so disappointed because I was craving soft serve so good after having hotpot. What a lazy liar –_​_​_​_​–
How you gonna jib me on National Ice Cream Day out of all the days in the calendar. Psh, I’ll stick to my Carmela Mondays!

Baskin Robbins is always coming out with new flavors so be sure to stop by and get a taste. On a hot day, a mango smoothie is always the best! Definitely check out a banana royale or a waffle cone here! For the summer, I always look forward to pink bubblegum and america’s birthday cake. I used to come here all the time as kids with my brother to get the clown cones. Buttercream frosting was our kryptonite! The cakes are so cute too!

Parking’s aplenty and there’s $ 1 kids scoops/​$ 1.50 regular scoops on Tuesdays. Perfect to satisfy those ice cream cravings.

Pretty good place, It’s like a hole in the wall. It’s close to panda express and quizno’s so i stop by this place every now and then to grab some ice cream. The employees here were pretty nice. I can’t say no to ice cream! Especially if its like super close to where i come for lunch.
