Pizza Hut

All bad! They just delivered the wrong pizza to me. I asked for mushrooms and they bring me a cold pepperoni pizza. It was cold to top it off! I paid a premium for a thin crust and I paid a tip on top of a delivery fee. Way to spoil my Sunday

They are really greedy with their parmesan cheese and red chili peppers!!! I ordered a large pizza and they only gave me 2 parmesan and 2 chili peppers. I think it’s common sense that those are not enough for a LARGE PIZZA. I find it ironic because they asked me if I wanted some, but offer only 2 of each…

I called an asked if they had cheese and peppers before I ordered. They said yes, I drove over there and what do you know. «We just ran out»

Good service when I came in, he was friendly. Got my order right, half sausage half mushroom :) Gave me the garlic sauce I wanted.
Only thing was, the pizza was kind of salty!
Ordered the online deal, 1 topping large for $ 7.

As much as I love pizza hut, I’d rather go to Papa Johns for pizza up the street. At least they always get my order right!
Phone service was awful! I called in for pick up for a large Chicken spinach alfredo thin crust along with wings and tuscani pasta, I literally had to repeat the order to the lady 4 times before she «thought» to have got it down.
When I got there, the manager (who was extremely nice) gave me my order. He repeated my order and as I opened the pizza box, it was just alfredo sauce and cheese. Sooo disappointed! I told the manager what I had ordered and asked me if I would like to have this pizza remaked. I didn’t bother because it’s a waste of food to toss out the first pizza. By the time I got home the thin crust was so cold, that the first bite felt like I was eating crackers!):
*Oh and pizzahut wings SUCK. No flavor whatsoever, Just watered down sauce splattered into the box
Go to PAPA JOHNS. I don’t work there, I’m just a big fan of their pizza.

i HAVE SINCE reported them to BBB, This text was taken directly from my complaint against them:
«I ordered a specific pizza which I paid about $ 13 and some change for, that included the $ 3.00 delivery charge, upon arrival the pizza was made all wrong, and I am allergic to pineapples so I was UNABLE To consume this product, I eventually threw it out and was out of $ 13 and some change, I then called them and informed them of their mistake and the girl says she will credit me a free large pizza, so I call in, about 3 wks after the wrong pizza was sent to me. and placed an order for the large pizza for delivery and the girl (not the same) said the cost will ONLY COVER the pizza and NOT the delivery charge. I told her it wasn’t right for them to charge the customer a fee they paid the first time for the WRONG pizza. The girl was unfazed, rude and did not empathize with me. I was still charged for the $ 3 delivery fee despite their wrong doing. VERY UNETHICAL!»

I don’t care if it was a dollar or a million dollars, if I feel my money is being taken unfairly I will not stand back and watch, and let them do this to other customers,
PEOPLE, if this has happened to you, FILE THE COMPLAINT! the more complaints, the more action they will take against this sorry excuse of a business!!!

Nice Customer Service the guy is very energetic when we came to pick up our order.

This might very well be TMI, but the pizza from this location gave me SERIOUS bubble guts if you know what I’m sayin’…
On top of living in my bathroom for a day, the pizza took FOREVER to be ready when we we were told it would be 15 min wait for carry-​out. AND our «pizza» was really just grease with a side of bread.

What a waste of calories.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday so we decided to get some pizzas for his party. Checked online and saw the $ 10 for any sized pizza with anything on it. However, of course there were a bunch of exclusions apply. So we went to the store to find out more. Turns out stuffed crust is two bucks extra, and you could only pick up to three toppings on the large pizza. Wtf? Total mood kill.
The employees at the time were not friendly at all. Very awkward ordering from them and just made the experience even worst.
The pizza itself was mediocre and nothing special. All our pizzas barely had any toppings and we were still pretty hungry after.
All things considered, skip this place and head to Costco.

3 topping Pizza for $ 10? Why the hell not? It’s not just good on the day you buy it, but the whole damn week! Pizza every freakin’ day!

I was craving a deep dish pizza and ordered a large veggie topping pizza for myself. After eating 3 slices, I found this LONG black hair in my pizza baked into the 4^th slice. I was absolutely disgusted, returned the pizza and got a full refund. I couldn’t eat out for almost two weeks. Just the thought of someone else hair in my food ruined my appetite.

usually this pizza hut is good but i recieved a sloppy pizza yesterday… terrible terrible :-(
