We are located two miles from this place, and they don’t want to deliver because of «traffic». Then don’t offer delivery!

Pizza is very good but it is not true NY style(BUT for sure better than the mainstream pizza places like Pizza Hut/Dominoes/Papa John’s). Large seating allows for good parties and seems like a little more grown up environment so you can get a beer if that’s what you wish.

Pizza was decent. Could have been our«regular» place since it’s so close to our home and baseball park we play at… But the ‘older’ waitress? Was basically kicking us out at 9:30 … Warning us that they closed at 10. Made our kids clean up the plastic eggs they won from the machine they bought from which we would have done cuz we always clean up after ourselves without being asked to. Older waitress came up to us numerous times suggesting to clean up so she can pick up the plates… Ugh so annoying! We were having a good time but we will definitely be going to 3.99 pizza next time !

Still a hidden gem in walnut. Pizza is good and the sandwiches are great. They also have shaved ice. This place has been here for years. Still with the same goodness.

Was really hoping for an authentic NY pie, wide, flat and flavorful. I ordered wings, too and they weren’t even buffalo, they were hot wings(dry spice). They place is typical, so nothing bad to say other than they failed to meet expectations for what they promote.

Went here on Monday cause they have that $ 9.991 topping Special… Ordered my pizza and a small pitcher of beer and was super excited to eat. Picked a table and was about to sit down when BAMM! What’s on the table? A dead roach. Good lord wth. Why?! Why?! I need a long moment to ever come back. So disappointed.(Insert Sad Face)

This place has one of the best NY pizza. Crust is crispy and it taste amazing! I’ve been coming here since was very young and the quality is still the same. I’ve never tried any of there other menu options, but the pizza is fantastic!

This pizzeria introduced me to NY styled pizzas(thin crust) the pizza here is absolutely delicious. All the ingredients seem fresh and the quality is much better than places such as Pizza Hut or Dominos. The restaurant gives off a bar type feeling, which is fitting since they do sell alcohol. I’ve also tried their pastrami sandwich and it was very well made. The one advice is that if you order too many ingredients the pizza may become soggy.

We were looking for a different place and stumbled onto NewYork Pizza. The only New York part is the crust is very thin. We ordered a pepperoni and a veggie pizza(very limited on the toppings). The sauce was very bland the and and watery, the cheese tasted like it was out if a bag. The service was great and everyone was very nice too bad the food wasn’t better. The place is a decent size they occupy a comer in a strip mall and they have plenty of seating. There was ample parking and the price was good. Will I come back no there are too many good pizza places in the SGV. Three stars for service and atmosphere.

Great local pizza place. Fair prices for what you get — delicious pizza and good service. Been around since I was a little guy and I remember all the soccer team parties we had there. Good times. Nostalgia and great food are a combination that can’t be beat! If you’re in the area definitely grab a pie.

I have been coming here for many years! The pizza is great and they have other items in the menu, like pasta and salad. They have some beers on tap, like Shock Top. bud light.etc. The large pitcher is about 7 – 8 glasses of beer. The smaller pitcher is better for 1 – 2 people. I guess it depends how much you like to drink though. They have a big screen tv to catch the games while you are grubbin. Now go eat some pizza!

NY Pizzeria is an OG Walnut location. I’ve been coming here since elementary, primarily for their snow cones. lol Their pizza is not the best, but it’s def GOOD.(SHAKEY’s is the shit!!) but I always enjoy talking with my buddy manning the register. IMO she should be the official Walnut historian. she knows everything about this city and is always a pleasure to talk to.

Love this local pizza joint! Always good pizza! Their meatball sandwich or subs are also really good! I think its also pretty cheap for a pitcher around 7 – 10 I think. They also have a special on mondays, where 1 topping is like $ 10.

4 stars!?? I wish I can add no starts or negative ones at this point! New to the area so went off the stars on this place. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza(special on Mondays) to give it a try. Before receiving the pizza we were served our beer, lets just say even the bottled beer was horrible… should have walked out at this point. When we mentioned this to the lady working the register this day she had to get approval from what I think is the owner or manager, he was sitting two tables away from us so we can hear the entire conversation, he didn’t believe it was flat and asked for it NOT to be thrown away. What did he want to taste it?!! When receiving our pizza you can just tell… NOTGOODPIZZA especially«NEWYORK» pizza, New York would be disappointed to know places like this say they sell«New York Pizza.» It was beyond greasy and used about 5 napkins on just one slice! Costco pizza throws this place outta the park and cheaper too! Never coming back to this place again!

4 stars… no way! It was NY Eve, and my boyfriend and I wanted to have some pizza, and lasagna at a new place this time, other than our usual spot«Pizza Supreme» I Unilocaled this place a while back and had it bookmarked for a few weeks now… we finally ordered, the small 10″ pizza(refer to photos) and a lasagna… WOW, WORST pizza and lasagna we’ve had in awhile! and don’t even get me started on the garlic bread… you know how reheated bread tastes like where its hard to tear… yeah just like that! The noodle for the lasagna was stiff and difficult to tear away. The pizza was room temperature! cheese was already hard by the time we drove home…7 mins away!!! We won’t be revisiting!

4.5 stars I live just a few blocks away from here and after YEARS of never coming here(major regret), my brother and I finally decided to come here. Upon entering the restaurant, it has a very nice, loungy, comfy, old school, family feel. You can tell majority of here are locals and regulars. They have a few beers on tap. TV for sports. Our order was to-go. For a family of four, we ordered an XL pizza with 3 toppings, and an order of potato wedges. We were told our order would take 20 mins, so we went to Vons to do some grocery shopping. We returned 20 mins later. It still took another 6 – 7 mins for everything to be ready, but no worries. I can’t stress enough how friendly the staff is here with their customers. I wish other restaurants would be like them. Pizza was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Crust was slightly, just slightly rough. Way better though than other places in this area. I would like to try the deep dish sometime, whenever I can get a big group here. Definitely eating here again.

After passing by this place many times during trips to the ATMS and Vons, we finally decided to try this place on a Friday night. We came in around 7 and we were able to place our order at the counter without having to wait in a line. Considering how busy pizza places can be on Friday nights, our order was ready on time(20 minutes) which was a plus. The employees were very nice and friendly as well. Now, on to the food. We ordered an extra large pizza with 3 toppings(salami, mushroom, garlic) with a side of potato wedges. The pizza had a great ratio of toppings/cheese/sauce and the dough tasted fresh. The potato wedges were good as well and came with a free side of ranch. This order was more than enough for our group of 4, as we saved a few slices for breakfast the next day. Great local pizza place, I will definitely be back.

Came here with a group of 6 for dinner. You order at the counter. Get a number. Pick up food. And eat. The gist of the procedure here. We ordered two large pizzas which come with 8 slices total. We ordered the NY Special and 3 topping pizza w. pepperoni, pineapple, and jalopenos. The pizza was really good. I loved the thin crust, the ample tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese! The toppings were fresh and plentiful. My only complaint is that I like my dough/crust to be a little bit more chewy. Even so it was just plain good old fashioned NY style pizza. PS. You gotta love the fact that they have Shock Top on tap! YAY! :)
