I wanted Pizza so we ordered from Pizza Hut. We ordered online and picked it up. It’s the typical Pizza Hut with a bench inside and a fridge for the drinks. There is a tv screen showing the current orders, customer’s name, and indicates if the order is ready. When you pick up the order, they ask for your name. :Food: We ordered a Medium Pizza with marinara sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and garlic buttery hand tossed crust. The pizza was soggy, oily, and the pepperoni was too salty. I like Pizza Hut but this disappointed my craving. The pizza did not taste fresh at all and the crust was not crisp. Almost seemed like the pizza was reheated in the microwave. I like my wings crispy so we got eight naked wings and buffalo sauce on the side with ranch. The buffalo sauce didn’t taste good too. :Customer Service: Friendly. :Tips: ~Order online, it’s so easy. ~Make sure to ask for Parmesian Cheese and Crushed Pepper if you want it. :M’s Notes: ~Parking Lot

The worst customer service ever, tried to place an phone order the guy can’t even talk right or clear was just rude and was giving me an attitude, really?? and when I came in to pick up the pizzas they made a mistake and was insisting that it was not their fault … However they ended up re making it for me, but the process was unnecessarily aggravating. This was a terrible experience and I will definitely not come back here again, and looking at all the 1 star review dated back 2011 still this place hasn’t improved I am sure it’s the management here that has a serious issue . Just went back and checked all the Pizza Hut that is near by, no joke all of them are over all 2 – 3 stars and all with customer service issues(about 10 pizza huts), so I guess this is beyond just store management. Pizza Hut you really disappoint me !

I ordered 2 medium pizzas online and after we picked it up, one of them was undercooked. So, I called them and they said they would make another one right away. After we picked up the pizza, the second time, the crust was basically dough. It was so undercooked. So, I went back and complained. I told him the under cooked pizza gave my brother a stomach ache and the manager, DEREK, replied with so much attitude. he said«ok. take him to the doctor. that’s not my problem. And your brother looks fine to me. He isn’t throwing right now, is he? «And then he said«next time you order pizza from here, open the box first and check.» at this point, I was FEDUP with his attitude. so I replied saying«YOu think I’m a pizza expert and can tell if a pizza is undercooked or not by just looking at it» and he said«Well take a bite next time before you leave.» Wtf. HORRIBLEMANAGEMENT. HORRIBLESERVICE.

This Pizza Hut is so far the worst one I have ever got. When I ordered a medium Supreme Supreme pizza for delivery, the staff told me it would take 30 – 45 minutes to be delivered. I ordered through the phone at 1:45pm and waited at 2:30, still no one showed up. I called them back again, without even asked my name or phone number, one staff just assured me someone would be there in a minute. Around 10 minutes later, the delivery guy showed up who was polite and nice. I paid him the amount with the gratuity, and then opened box. The pizza looked shrink and dry which can be told it has been left for long. After I finally tried one bite, it tasted pretty weird as if the pizza was wiped off by a oily and rugged kitchen cloth. I have always liked Pizza Hut but never had such awful taste in the past. I called them back and spoke with a manager whose name is Bran. He questioned me what time I ordered the pizza and what time they promised me for delivery. I told me I had the phone record on my phone so I would not lie about this, he asked me if I need another pizza right now, then I asked him if I could get credit instead, he reluctantly agreed. After I asked his name and said thank you, he just hung up the phone on my face.

I think their pizzas have shrunk in size over the years. Last week I got a LARGE… which looked like a medium lol. She showed me before paying and I asked«wait what that’s a large? She’s like yah. I’m like oh okay(mental note their large =medium).» I think pizza hot is way too overrated for a very mediocre pizza and it’s actually quite pricey. I think a cheese pizza is like $ 14? That’s crazy. Luckily, I’m just a savvy pizza monster and decided to check out their deal online. $ 8.99 for 2 topping large pizza. Oh yes! It was ready in about 15 mins or so for carry out. But it did not taste good, the toppings were also very lacking and our pizza was too doughy

I work two blocks away. This Pizza Hut always has my order correct and ready when I show up. This is one of the best pizza huts I’ve been too. They’re always friendly with me. I have no complaints.

Tried to order pizzas online but the order was having trouble going through. A window popped up prompting me to call the store for assistance and when I did the employee responded with«The Internet is fine on our end.» I then asked if I could read off the order I created and come pick it up. The employee said«sure but because the problem is on your end we will not honor the online special.» So I hung up the phone. Sad thing is this was my first time ever ordering from Pizza Hut. Oh well, obviously not missing much.

So many bad reviews on here but this is Pizza Hut. I’ve never had a bad experience with this particular one. I usually order on their website and have it delivered but I also do visit the locations for carry outs. Pizza Hut has also revised their menu and I do taste the difference in the quality. Delivery: Pretty good with deliveries. I haven’t had any issues with the deliveries and the pizzas do come hot, which is a good thing. Carry Outs: Quick service. I was in and out the door in ten minutes with my pizza. The only complaint I have is regarding the actual facility itself. For some reason it smells really weird as though there’s literal poop somewhere in there.

Horrible customer service. They«took my order» and said 30 min, called back hour later and the smart person didn’t get the correct address. Things happen i get it but they could’ve called. I think it was a cheap excuse considering ive ordered there plenty of times.

WORSTPIZZAHUTEVER. I understand that I shouldn’t be expecting some top notch customer service but wtf atleast some courtesy or manners. So today I decide to order pizza hut for delivery on my ipad. The special I decided to go with was a 2 topping each, two medium pizzas, at $ 6.99 each. & one of those pasta things. Not a problem. I make what I want. & I hit order. Now my pizza is on its way to my front door. I answer the door and hand him my money. BUTWANTJUST A FUCKINSECOND. WHYDO I ONLYHAVEONEPIZZA?! So I call pizza hut and ask why do I only have one? You know what I was told? Blame my ipad. Because they just make whatever is on their screens. WTFWTFWTF?! AREYOUKIDDINGME? So the manager on duty tells me he can make me another one, I can pay for it and I can wait for another hour to receive my missing pizza. WTF. No thanks. So then I ask, you mean to tell me I only got away with one pizza WHENTHESPECIAL I ORDEREDREQUIRESTWOPIZZAS?! I even asked wouldnt you think it was strage if you only had to make one pizza for a two pizza deal? He told me I found a loophole. WHYWOULD I WANTTHATIF I WANTEDTORECIEVETWOINTHEFIRSTPLACE. This poor kid couldn’t give me an straight answer. I didn’t even get an apology. So deuces to you, pizza hut on Nogales and colima. I guess I’ll be sticking it out with Domino’s from now on.

The worst service I ever seen in m life. Can not any lower. Piza Hut on Nogales and Colima has a serious problem. We order our specility Pizza thin crust but they made regular. They refuse to replace. We have to order another Pizza which we did but had to cancel as the store manager was very rude and not cooperating .We paid for first pizza which was wrong order. These were specility Pizza which comes with 5 Toppings. Over the phone on original Pizza order they agreed to substitue Jalapeño for Onion. When we order thin crust they want to charge $ 1.25 extra for Speciality Pizza. Now we realize they charge 1.25 extra also on first order. We ask for crushed red pepper which they ran out. Or they just do not to give us. We did not ask or expected any discount or refund but requested to give us what we order. The Manager on duty was Morgan who was very rude. I can not believe this kind of customer service exist in USA. I ask for Store Manager and Morgan gave me a card which had no name or number but was for how to apply for Job. We left the store and went to Dominoz across the street to order thin crust Pizza. After picking up Pizza from Dominoz on our way we stop by to get Store Manager Name and number. I ask for Morgen. He did not came out from back for almost 5 minutes. We knew what we are upto. I requested Manager name and contact number. So he told us call tomorrow day time and Manager may be on duty. So this place is on the bottom and can not trust them. My next step to reach out corporation and go viral. They under estimate power of Viral.

I’ve ordered a medium pepperoni pizza online and it was not on the money! The ingredients were off by a mile stone. Two inches from the crust, was plain baked dough. «The less ingredients we use the more profits we make,» is their new catch phrase? Picture it in your mind. Were they trying to punish me by ordering it on a New year’s Eve – half an hour before closing time? I should have taken a picture of it and post it; seeing is believing. Will I even go back to this place? «Eek Methings not.» Bottom line: Management better get on their J O B – plain & simple!

Worst customer service ever!!! Plus they charged different amount from my credit card in the end. We paid tip by cash to the deliver guy already but they add $ 10 on my card later!!! I checked my bank account everyday so can get them right away and called my bank to take care of it!

For the record, I don’t work for this location, but I have known people that do work for this company. I would just like to say this location is one of the best Pizza Huts in the area. Rarely will you see two sides to every story. The management is kind and friendly, and do their best to help customers when something goes wrong. The employees take their job seriously and take pride in their work. «Hiccups» can hardly be blamed on employees, especially when they have gone through every method of contacting the customer, and the customer provided an incorrect phone number, making it impossible to fix any situation. Sometimes orders run long, I mean do you really expect that you are the only person in the city ordering pizza at dinner time? Employees give an estimated time, not an exact-to-the-minute. They are also dealing with rush hour traffic and trying to drive safely. Finally, a fun fact, if you order a mushroom pizza… Expect there to be «hair» in it. Its a common phenomenon with mushrooms, just google it. Employees at this location take pride in their product and in their personal hygiene as well. How else would they always have an A rating, even though they are inspected at least once monthly? Be kind to each other, realize that we are all human, mistakes are made. People work hard to try to make you happy. But sometimes hands can be tied and nothing can be done to reach a truly satisfactory conclusion. Have a great day, and enjoy your pizza.
