This place is dirty, and there WAYTOOMANYPEOPLE here. Today, I came around 8:30 a.m. and there were 4 people who took up ALLTHEMACHINESANDDRYERS. It’s very rude and unfair. Apparently, these«people» are very ignorant. My advice: Come SUPER early if you want a machine and dryer.

Needed to get our clothes dried since our dryer broke at home. It was 10:30pm but they wouldn’t let us in even though it says they close at 11pm. They were rude and just wanted to close shop. Would definitely NOT recommend this place!

The goods: lots of machines The bad: not well kept, somewhat dirty facility. You pay $.25 for just a toilet with NO sink inside. There’s a sink right outside the restroom but with no damn soap! Who created that idea? I hope no one has to go potty here… otherwise.

The problem I have at this place is the coins changer. I went in around 7:30pm, when there was no staff on the premise. I put in a newer $ 5 bill for the quarters, no problem. Problem happened when I put in an older $ 20 bill. The machine took it, spitted it out, and took it again. I waited. No quarters came out. This is the machine on the left hand side. Since I needed to get my stuff washed, I put another $ 20 in the machine on the right. No problem this time. This had to be the most expensive wash I’ve ever spent. Here’s my advice: BRINGYOUROWNQUARTERS

Dirty clothes go in, clean clothes come out. Never a miscommunication.

Needed the super large machines to wash a bunch of blankets one day and chanced upon this location… it’s much smaller than the other laundromats I’ve gone to, but was pretty empty on a Sunday… I think it was a holiday weekend tho, so that might have skewed my experience a little bit. The place isn’t in tip top condition, but it does the job… i was able to find my large commercial washers and do about 5 loads rather quickly… only thing that happened to me was when I changed my $ 20 in the changer, some of the quarters shot out pretty hard and I had to chase the stupid coins around like a little dork, that was rather embarrassing, but that’s just life sometimes, he he he. There was even a place for me to plug in my phone so I was able to read my kindle and play games during my time there(both my devices were low batt =p) Dominos is near by I think so you can eat there if you want, and a couple of other restaurants too… there’s a small little shop next door to distract you for a minute or so too. gotta get lucky to park CLOSE and you can’t take the carts out… so take that for what it is… get a little exercise ;)

Clean, quiet facility. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was somewhat busy. But their are enough machines to accommodate everyone. 2.50 for a large wash and the machines looked close to new. I would return here and recommend it.

One might wonder, why 5 star when a lot of people dislike this place? Well, if I would only base my experience on one visit, it may not be the most enjoyable one. I mean who enjoy doing laundry anyway? However, I based this rating from the 7 years that we have been coming here. We have seen this place change from«Okay, I won’t ever come back here again» to «I like this laundry place better than the one at my apartment.» They have changed their machine and the price was still reasonable. Every few hours or so, a worker would stop by at this place to tidy up. Once we put our clothes on the dryer, went to Big Lots and forgot that they were closing already. Happy to say that we were able to retrieve our clothes the next day. The instances that we had to deal with the owner, I won’t say he was completely rude but just reasonably strict. I could live with that.

First off, cleaning an hour before close does not constitute a business being closed and treating it’s customers like nothing. Two stars because it’s cheap but the drop into the low rating is for the incompetent workers who decided to throw dust up in my face, push my cart and knock it into other carts, and be extremely rude a**holes! Management needs to find better workers who know NOT to clean when the business hasn’t even come close to closing it’s doors for the end of day. Also, the poor lettering posted outside on the glass doors state that the laundromat closes at 11PM so telliing me(and these are their exact words) «leave, get out, the alarm is on, I locking doors» while his short nasty looking female workers are peeping«hurry hurry get out get out» I was boiling in my skin. I pointed out that the sign says 11 and I still have to take my clothes out! He shrugged and walked outside, all the way cussing under his breath and calling me a fat chinese. This is SoCal stupid, most Asians know how to speak Spanish, probably more fluent and with proper grammer. To theASIAN owner: if you want customers to keep coming, keep your workers in check!!! Plus you shouldn’t keep racist workers like them treating your customers the way they do, or you won’t have any customers to pay them. **Also, call your customers back when they call to file a complaint.

Decent launderland. It’s a laundromat — I wasn’t exactly expected fancy anything. but there was nothing but the washers and driers. moving on… I headed out to use the larger commercial washers for some large bedding. Wash in larger machine 2.25. okay. not crazy expensive. I can live with that. they also had 2 larger driers which were great for the large items that I had to dry. I was drying a queen size comforter and i just had to adjust it a few flips, and it was dry in about 30 mins or so. I fed it 1.25 to dry for about 30 mins, so that wasn’t too bad either. coin machine worked, even for a $ 20. a guy is on site. I think he’s the owner. he’s not exactly known for his bedside manner.
