I been here a thousand times I have to say it’s been the fastest service I’ve had here and our food came out fast and I must add that are server was the best I believe his name is Jonathan he was very informative very polite he was just overall amazing & I love the improvement and the great environment setting. they also sat me at a table that worked for my stroller thank you for that I notice there was some new employees there as well they seem in a good mood that’s always a plus thank you TGI !!! 6÷16÷16

Feels just like home

We came party of 5 very hungry. I tried to place a fish and chips order and our waiter said drinks first which was rude. When he came back with my water I placed an order of the garlic parmesan boneless wings instead. The wings were so small, not even one wing was large or juicy. The wings were small chunks of deep friend breading which made me sad :((I asked for carrots on the side if only they were included in the price. My other friend got bone in wings which were slightly bigger. We skipped out on desert in order to head to a club and trap. But towards the end of the meal right when we requested our check the power went out twice. That delayed our checks from coming for 1 hour! Instead of focusing on the check the waiters just panicked. My 2 friends were becoming so impatient because they wanted to go trap it and we were wasting valuable trap time. They left and didn’t even have to pay for their part. While the 3 of us sat there a girl came and threw down a free appetizer card… ok? My check finally came and he charged me .59¢ for the carrots He should have given us a scoop of ice cream instead. Ruined my night

What can I say?
Late arrival, large group (25+), limited seating and busy time…
The staff was TOP NOTCH!
They worked extra hard to make it all happen; our server stayed after her quitting time and hung in there like a trooper, never lost her cool, and made everyone happy.
The management gave us free appetizers because some of the cook staff had gone home already and they knew our food would be slow.
Wow! Wish all restaurants worked as hard as this one.
Oh, yes, the food was awesome!
The potstickers were so juicy and that sauce…
The mozzarella sticks were so good I had to eat three more. Wings nachos, you name it… all good.
Ordered the Jack Daniel’s Burger and it was very good!

That’s a good deal. I very love this deal. Very cheap for dinner. Total we just spend $ 40 for this

Just got out of this location and I have to say the staff, Lindsay, Myra and Jayjay are the best!!! The appetizers nachos and mozarella sticks are delicious! Will definitely come back here for more.

We came to check out the patio for a potential party. We were seated in the patio, and the tables were set from a previous large group. The used dishes were there. We proceeded to order, then waited… and waited. Once our food finally arrived, we were inundated with flies from the used plates that were still there. We wanted to leave and asked our server twice for the bill… and waited. Finally I sought the manager and asked her for the bill. She promptly brought it out with a discount. 2 hours later we left, the dirty dishes still on that table. We will seek a new venue for our party.

I’m a big customers service person and my server was amazing! Kaelan was super helpful and a prompt server. She refilled our drinks right as we were done with the last sip– absolute best server I have had in a while. She always had a smile on her face and was so so so kind!
I usually don’t eat at TGIF, but I’ve been wanting to try their endless appetizers. Kaelan definitely made up for the negative experiences of the past! She deserves a raise or something! I saw her treat every customer and table with respect and a big smile; I even saw her helping out a coworker at one point.

They forgot to bring out appetizer, but the manger apologize and hooked it up, did I mention the food was delicious, I will definitely be back for more ribs!

It’s 9:55 I’m still waiting for my appetizers, ordered 25 minutes ago. My sis ordered salad, still haven’t gotten it. But if u order ribs u get it right away, cuz all the tables around r chowing down on their entrees (we arrived before most of the tables around us).
Update! First app eventually arrives, it was ok, you would think that the other apps and salad would come at the same time but no, took another 10 – 15 minutes for those to get to us. Waitress blamed the kitchen. When the rest of the order showed up, one of the apps was wrong, one was cold from sitting too long in the kitchen (artichoke dip) and another item was missing. CLUSTERF**K! Mind u this wasnt during happy hour and it was the middle of the week, restaurant was very much understaffed. A bunch of sloppy lookin random people bringing us our food (untucked black tees? I don’t know if he even worked there). I think a bus girl was the one who seated us. Manager eventually came by and said they would take care of us. Food basically came out to free cuz of the trouble, we just paid for the liquor, was going to increase the rating to 3 stars from my original 1, but the fact that the waitress never said thank you or sorry for all the mix ups when dropping off the check or picking up our plates, review will be dropped to 2 stars.

The server was attentive and our food came out great. However, they do not accept electronic gift cards (main reason why we chose to go there in the first place) so that was disappointing.

This is the best Friday’s I have ever been to. My servers name was Jonathan he was above and beyond excellent. His manager Brandy is amazing also. If you’re ever in the area stop by and ask for Jon as your server and talk to Brandy for further pleasure in your experience.

Service was horrible our server literally had to have what looked like a bus boy take our order, he was amazing, he took care of us. As far as the server I only twice. Horrible! The server took like 10 minutes just to take our drink Order.
The food was okay.

Jennifer was our sever .We sat in the bar area. Great service. Definitely coming back.

The food never disappoints but the service is always a hit or miss.

You can see Chipotle as well as the mall. Parking is never a problem for they have their own parking lot with plenty if spaces.
~Cleanliness
Overall, cleanliness is okay. It’s a bit hard to tell considering how the interior is kind of old & they have dim lighting

I’ve had some pretty bad service before but for my most recent visit, I had pretty good service. Our server would occasionally check up on us and ask if we needed anything. She would always return in a timely matter with whatever we needed.
~Food
Jack Daniel burger ($ 10.89)
I always order this whenever I come here because I like how thick & tender the patty is. And what really tops this burger off is the Jack Daniel’s sauce!
Sizzling chicken & shrimp ($ 12.99)
Both my parents ordered this & I had a little sample of it & I thought it was pretty good. Both the shrimp and chicken were cooked just right, nothing was over cooked. And the side of mash potatoes was very creamy.
Overall, I come here for the Jack Daniel’s burger and I’d definitely come back just for that !

Costumer service have gotten better than before I will be coming back again like usual. I love steak it’s good.

Just walked into this location at 830pm on a Saturday night. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes with a party of three, myself included. So far so good right. WRONG!!! 9pm rolls around and was never approached by a waiter. My wife spoke to the host and notified him that our waiter never stopped by to take our order. The host walked to the back to find our waiter but never came back. After waiting patiently for about 30 minutes. We stood up, walked to the front and told the host how horrible the service was here and walked out. We then drove 15 minutes to get to our favorite location in Rosemead which we were seated, ordered our drinks and food in less than 5 minutes by our waitress Adela. Who was awesome the whole night and had good humor off of our experience from this horrible city of Industry location.
The moral of the story is stay far away from this place. The Manager was lucky I did not speak with him because I am usually a ticking time bomb waiting to go off when it comes to service with my family. I tip well and expect at least average service from a business.

The first thing I noticed about this restaurant is how nice everyone is. I ordered my food to-​go and was lucky enough to have the most cheerful & helpful person to help me. Her name is Lindsay and if you get her, you’re going to have the BEST experience! Lindsay helped me decide what to order and everything she recommended was soooo good! Here’s what I tried and YES, of course I also picked at everyone’s food.
French Dip: This was my sandwich and it was made perfectly. It was really really really good. Lindsay highly recommended it, and I do too! Half of my sandwich was stolen by a friend when I wasn’t looking. That’s how good it was!
California Club w/​Tomato Basil Soup (Lunch item): I had a piece of this sandwich and thought it was pretty good but not as good as the French Dip. The tomato soup has great flavor and was devoured rather quickly.
Pecan-​Crusted Chicken Salad: I was too full to try this so I saved a little bit for the next day and it was still tasty so I bet it tastes even better when it’s fresh!
I’m pretty surprised at the quality of TGI Friday’s food. I’ve come here in the past and thought it was just okay and comparable to Chili’s and Applebee’s. Nothing super amazing but fun to come to have drinks and sharables. It appears TGI Friday’s have stepped it up and this chain will be my choice over the other similar ones.

Visited this location on a Friday night and it was pretty packed! The wait was ridiculous! My boyfriend and I just sat at the bar, the happy hour prices were pretty good there on the up side, also was a dj playing some pretty decent music.
