The pizza is great. Very delicious, lots of toppings. We usually do «pick-up», so I can’t rate the delivery. However, pick up is always smooth. Usually takes about 20 minutes to make the pizza. My only complaint is that the cost is a little higher than one might expect for a large pizza.

The food warrants 3.5÷4 stars, but their customer service completely kills it for us. We’ve had deliveries not show up more than once, with no real apology. To the owner/manager if you read this– I’m sure your teenage employees work for minimum wage, but they are losing you customers and potential steady business!

This review is for the service. The pizza is a solid 2 and a half stars, at least. When you have an online ordering system, and you’re backed up with a bunch of orders that are going to delay your deliveries, you should use those phone numbers and call your customers back to let them know. This isn’t just courtesy — this is good business. An hour and a half after I ordered two pizzas(yes, it’s Friday — but I ordered at 4:45pm), they hadn’t arrived. Called the place and spoke with someone who first fed me a line about the online ordering system giving delivery estimates that were not always accurate. I tell him it’s been way past an hour since I ordered and I was no longer interested in the delivery estimate. He asks if I’d like him to check on my order’s progress… why yes, thank you. He came back after a minute to tell me it was about to go into the oven. I cancelled the order right then and there — my kids were hungry, it was already dinnertime, and the order hadn’t even been made. THANKFSM I DIDN’T PRE-PAY, or this headache would have gone on longer. The pizza is not great, and there is no reason this place should get as backed up as it does. What’s worse is, you’ll never get a heads-up when the delivery times are going to be crazy long. You just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. Not okay for a place built on delivered dinners.

I ordered three large pizzas online on Friday. After waiting twenty minutes past the delivery time, I called them and asked for an update. The person on the line said they never got my order, so I argued with him saying I was charged seventy dollars, the online order form gave me a delivery time, and I’d like my pizzas. Then he passed me off to someone else, who rudely proceeded to tell me it wasn’t their fault, and they couldn’t help me. Of course, no refund was issued, or pizzas delivered. Thanks for the terrible customer service, Bellagios. I guess I’ll be getting my pizzas at Garlic Jim’s and Pizza Schmizza from now on. Wish I could give less than one star.

Food was good… pizzas and grinder. However, we won’t revisit as the employees were handling the food without wearing gloves. It was our first experience with Bellagio’s and very surprising to watch employees preparing pizza, sandwiches, etc., with bare hands — especially while simultaneously answering the phones and running credit cards for customers. If I hadn’t already paid for my order, I would have cancelled it and left. Too bad. If they address this hygiene issue, we will definitely go back!

Over the last 7 months we’ve ordered gluten free pizza 3 times. We ordered the same thing each time: large gluten-free, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, olives and the free extra garlic. The first two pizzas were great! LOVEDTHEM. Today, 5÷4÷145:30pm, our pizza was undercooked(raw-ish crust), and the garlic was huge raw(RAW!!) chunks, which completely overwhelmed the pizza to the point we couldn’t taste the meats. I have no idea what happened today. The first two pizzas I’d rate a 4⁄5 stars. The last pizza gets 1⁄5 stars which, unfortunately, averages the stars to 3.

I love the pizza here, a gazillion times better than Dominos, Pizza Hut… However, it can get a little pricey so unless I find a coupon or have friends over, I can’t eat here every week! Oh, and their delivery was zoom zoom fast!

Great pizza takeout place. I use to come here to buy dinner when I lived in the area. I prefer this, ingredients always fresh never greasy. They even have $ 1 slices after lunch. They also sell Pizza dough and sauce so you can always make your own pizza at home without making the dough from scratch. This is more of an American crust so it’s soft and pillow-like and chewy.

You know that moment when your hunger hits you like a brick? It’s pretty much an emergency. …So what does a stranded, out of town, vegetarian with a gluten allergy do when that feeling hits? Step one: google it! Step two: order Bellagio’s. I ordered the gluten free«very veggie» pizza with a spinach side salad. The delivery time was so short, I was actually caught off guard(this is a good thing, especially when you’re as hungry as I was). The pizza was just how I like it– with a simple, thick red sauce, fresh veggies, cooked to a state of tenderness, a sprinkling of cheese, and a thin crust that’s crisp around the edges and soft(but not gooey/soggy) in the middle. The salad did not disappoint either, and trust me, many salads do(hello– those lame iceberg lettuce with carrot sliver salads straight from a bag anyone?). Fresh spinach and romaine, topped with black olives, crumbled feta, and plump cherry tomatoes. It came with a side of ranch.

Being Gluten free it is hard to find a pizza that taste like real pizza. I enjoy their pizza with the exception of onions and tomatoes which they leave in large chunks.(So don’t order them then.) The struggle I have is the prices. I ordered to small pizzas one GF and one Pepperoni and cheese. The are about the same size as the 1.00 totinos pizzas and it was $ 24.00. So if you want tasty GF pizza it’s yummy but prices are not!

Spoke With them about cross contamination and now we eat their gluten free pizza! Employees had to wash hands and use separate pizza cutters when cutting the gluten free pizzas.

This is a take-out pizza kitchen. I ordered online, and the pizza was ready at the time promised. It was made with fresh ingredients and very tasty. We would definitely order from them again.
