Stopped in with the family after putting an offer on a house around the corner. I totally got outbid but did get to try some delicious pizza at Clarence pizza. Cheese and pep came out piping hot and the hot wings were very crispy. If your not a fan of spicy pepperoni you should stay away from it. Some tips, order a 2 liter. Pretty much same price as a glass of pop. Also no credit cards here bring cash

I’m not a huge pizza eater, so this PI review is about their other menu options. Legitimately the best BBQ pit chicken wings I’ve ever had. The sauce is sweet and the wings chard to perfection — not too much and not too little. Lets talk about their Gorgonzola salad for a hot minute. I’ve eaten my fair share of salad at establishments. Theirs is one of the best, especially coming out of a pizzeria. Loaded with chunks of creamy gorg, handfuls of cranberries and candied walnuts, and a yummy balsamic dressing? HELLYES. I always get mine topped with grilled chicken as well; perf I-don’t-want-to-cook-tonight meal. Make sure you have cash on you; they don’t accept credit.

Tonight we were looking for some pizza and wings and decided to try Pizza Inn again. It has been a while since we ordered from them, but tonight I learned why we stopped. I placed the order and was told that the food would be ready in 20 minutes. «That seems awfully fast,» I thought, so I allowed 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was told that the order would be ready in a few minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally received the food. During that 15 minute wait, I noticed a lot of other diners coming in and getting the same story. At one time I counted six other people waiting. The food was OK but not worth waiting for. Now I remember waiting for orders in the past. Had they told me when I placed the order that it would take 45 minutes, I would have planned accordingly and not had a problem. But waiting and wondering when, if ever, the food is coming is no way to create a fan of the restaurant.

I have been here quite a few times now and can say I like it… but there are other options. The staff is never friendly they simply deal with the customers as much as they have to. One guy I see everytime I walk in must either be an owner or a manager but I dont like him. I am never greeted by him, he never says anything. He just stands there and looks at you or just walks away. If he is in fact the owner and I find out I’m going to call him out on it as that is a shitty way to do business. The food is quite good but definately overpriced. speaking of prices they just raised the prices on April 1st. You can buy anything with a credit card these days. Geezz I buy my tim hortons 1.85 coffee every day with my bank card but dont expect to pull out your credit card here THEYDONTTAKEIT!!! They simply direct you to the ATM that charges you money to take money out to pay for the overpriced food here. I have to say they do have good food and there arent too many options in the immediate area however they are overpriced, thats before they recently raised the prices.

Been going here for at least 10 years. Chicken wings are large and very juice. The pizza sucks. The subs are weak. Wing Wing Wing love their wings!

Pizza Inn(Clarence Pizza Company) has never disappointed us. They offer great tasting pizza, with quality ingredients, cooked and delivered in record time. Their wings are huge and well cooked /seasoned, subs are awesome, and dinner entrees even better. Their chicken fingers are standard, but the sauces make up for this. This has been our pizzeria of choice for many years, and we expect it to remain that way.

Tried a few places around, but Pizza Inn(Clarence Pizza Co. nowadays) is still the best. Can’t comment on items other than pizza and wings, but both are fantastic. Every few weeks the family has a pizza night, and we order up a large pepperoni with a pile of wings, usually with two or so flavors. Cajun wings are the best.

This place is named after their oven(or your mouth), right at the moment when you put the Pizza Inn. Ha. Ha. Partly due to even better options nearby, and partly due to some iffy service, I’ve reduced this place to a 4, but it’s still a fantastic option in a city that gave us the best Pizza in the world. The Pizza is excellent and fluffy, especially when it’s hot. Their slices are sometimes disappointing(make sure you ask for them heated up), but their full pies are usually great. Their wings are something special. Make sure you get them extra saucy, with some extra medium sauce on the side. They’re some of the best wings I’ve had, and are usually consistently good. The other things on the menu have never really impressed… subs are okay, regular dishes are iffy. The service used to be fantastic, but lately I’ve found it pretty bad here. They are often all sitting around watching TV, which is fine, but they often prioritize that over the food stuff. My wings were overdone once because TV took center stage. Pizza was burned a couple of times. Twice I watched one of the bosses completely rip one of his kids/servers a new ******* in front of us, not just in the heat of the moment but repeatedly over the course of 30 minutes or so. That’s just embarrassing. And it didn’t look like discipline either, it just looked like a personality problem and for lack of a better word, bullying. I know that British chef guy made being an *** in the kitchen popular, but that doesn’t mean it’s a good thing. Besides we’re not in England now(thank goodness. I’m English. We have horrendous Pizza.) More bad examples — we called ahead one evening and asked about dine in specials, there was a pizza and wing special for 1 person. So we drove all the way out there and asked for it, and they told me the specials were only for lunch time. I said, since I drove all the way out here because of the phone special offer, can I have it anyway this one time. They said no way. That’s a great way to lose a customer fast. A good customer too, because I eat a lot of P & W. Another diss on the service is that we ordered delivery a few times. We specified that we really like our food hot so it should not show up cold. The first time, it did not. However the second and third time, it wasn’t even lukewarm. I mean, the Pizza had to be out of the oven for at least 40 mins to be that cold, and the wings the same. We never got delivery from them again, and instead we go down there to pick up our stuff. However, with Pauly’s and Bozanna’s just down the road(both have perfect, amazing Pizza, and Pauly’s has better wings), combined with the service issues, we don’t venture up to Pizza Inn anymore. We love the place too, I guess we’re spoiled for choice in these parts and the attitudes rubbed us the wrong way a bit. Buffalo actually has the best Pizza in the world — it’s not quite like New York’s, and not quite like Chicago’s, it’s an entity unto itself and it’s the best I’ve ever had. This place isn’t really a good example of just how good it can be. Instead, I recommend trying one of the big 8: Bozanna’s(Clarence), Avenue(Broadway & Bailey, East Buffalo), Bob’s Poplar(Cheektowaga), Blasdell(southtowns), Imperial(South Buffalo), Zip’s(North Buffalo), Francos(Eggert location in Amherst), and Yogi’s(Akron). The last one is more Brick-Oven style than typical Buffalo style, but all 8 are better-than-sex slices. Try Pizza Inn. The Pizza is good, the Wings are superb. original review Solid and delicious Pizza joint, and reflects the high standard of Pizza and Wings(the highest in the USA, hands down, in my opinion), in the Buffalo area. The Pizza is delicious and juicy and cheesy and saucy, and the wings are very good. The wings could be a little saucier, you might want to ask for them hot, or for some extra sauce on the side, if you like your wings to be saucy. I always get them medium, with extra sauce on them and extra sauce on the side. I love this place and one of the girls that works there(blonde with black hair underneath) is insanely gorgeous & extremely friendly. They messed up our wings once and then gave us a free order to use anytime. We went back in months later and they still remembered. Highly recommended, and fairly cheap compared to some.
