This pharmacy is completely unorganized. I have had six prescriptions filled there now and have had issues with every single one of them. If you enjoy wasting time, making multiple trips and still having them mess up your prescription, this is the place to go.

RUN! USE WALGREENS INSTEAD! Older lady at the drive through is extremely rude. Not my first bad experience with her either. I called and spoke with her and she said it’ll be ready in an hour. An hour later I drove there and she pretended she doesn’t remember speaking to me but that she couldn’t fill it for another hour. I drove back the next day, still not ready, said it’ll be another hour. Wasted two trips and an hour of my time just to pick up my birth control. WORST PHARM TECH, USE WALGREENS NEXT DOOR

This store is large, clean, well stocked and they have a friendly staff in the front of the store, but the pharmacy is a different story. I only went to the pharmacy about 3 times and each time I have experienced rude people, and when I was there each time I had been the only customer. I asked the pharmacist a question about my meds and he looked at me as if I were an idiot and gave me a short answer then walked away. I didn’t say anything (but I should have). I still go to this Rite Aid store, I just don’t use the pharmacy anymore.

My review is solely regarding the pharmacy. I have been to quite a few Rite Aids and this by far, is the slowest to fulfill prescriptions. I would not waste my time in the drive through line again, I’ve waited 20+ minutes in drop off and pick up lines, on multiple occasions. Some staff have also been rude and impatient.
Two stars for long wait in what should be a convenient process at the drive through and rude staff that seems a bit disorganized with personal information in comparison to other Rite Aids. I will not be going to this location for prescriptions again.

I only come here whenever certain items that I need are on sale — usually that’s directed to small groceries, and during the holiday season, boxed chocolates.
The store’s nice, and the employees are friendly. The parking lot’s kind of big too, so that’s a plus for them!
