LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER PLACE I WON’T BE BACK TO!
Waitress was nice. The table ordered 3 coney dogs, 1 chili fry, 1 Fry with side of chili, 1 chicken finger peta.
Order 1: chicken finger peta.
The peta wasn’t bad but you only get the equivalent of 1 chicken strip. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
Order 2⁄3: 2 chili dogs w/​chili fries
Chili dogs came me out the first time with no chili, so they were sent back. Came out second time and the hot dogs were RAW AND ICE COLD. So it was sent back again. Came out again microwaved, bun rock hard, chili hot, hotdogs cold.
We finally gave up. I refuse to pay for raw, disgusting food. The waitress took the food off our bill but we will not be back. Something needs to be done or people like us (locals), won’t be back.

Love the burgers, hot dogs, breakfast foods. Today I got the pot pie. It was $ 8.99 for a small serving pot pie and nothing else came with the pot pie. I would swear they use day old fried chicken because pieces were tough and got stuck in my teeth. Good flavor but the chicken and small size was not worth $ 9

Meh. Just okay at best. been to several Leos in the past. None are great, this one is no exception. First word that comes to mind is lame. Tasted like frozen dinners, generica. My expectations are always slightly lower for chain diners, but this couldn’t meet even my ‘bell curve’ expectation. Low quality, poorly kept diner. Slower than normal service for this type of eatery. Definitely way better coneys in the area. Don’t waste your time, better experiences are not far away.

Where do I start? Waiter was rude, never had to wait 30 minutes for food at a coney before, there was a saltine cracker wrapper in my lemon rice soup as well as a nice long piece of hair. When I told the waitress she said so? And asked if I would like another cup to replace the one I had, I told her if this soup was from the same pot then it all needs to be thrown out, she laughed and walked away… As I proceeded to walk out. Ill never come back here, this place needs a health inspection

I have not eaten at a Leo’s in over 5 years, when I last lived in MI. I sat down right away and the waitress (Laura I believe) was very friendly and took my drink order right away. She brought my pop and I ordered the chicken pita with fries. It did take a little longer than what I expected, but the place was busy and Laura had a lot of tables so the former server in me didn’t mind. The food was great as well as the service. I’ll will be back the next time I’m in town.

It’s ok… It really feels super corporate in there. Staff is young (probably mostly their first job) and it feels like they’re there to flirt with each other and mess around instead of work, which is fine because we’ve all been there… But if they’re going to do that they should all share every table so that the service is at least decent.

I go here often for breakfast with my family. I have to show my appreciation here on Unilocal.The food is good, the staff is great, their coffee is fine. If you’re looking for a casual, family friendly restaurant, then this is your place.

After holding the filthy menu, that we had to steal from an empty table as ours only had one, I felt the strong urge to wash my hands before our food arrived. The restroom appeared as though it hadn’t been tended to in awhile. The soap dispenser had fallen from the mirror where it was once perched. The paper towel dispenser was empty, so a small roll was sitting on the wet counter, with wet finger prints around the edges. The sinks were having difficulty draining and the garbage can was overflowing. Lord only knows what the TP situation was since I only went in to wash my hands. I can only hope the food is good.

Disappointing. Ordered breakfast and didn’t see any food. After 20 minutes, we got up and left. The waitress did mention that they were short a cook, but the wait was ridiculous. If we’d been told when we sat down that we’d need 45 minutes, it would be different.

Just a stone’s throw away from Pine Knob. Breakfast and service here is great. I’m not sure what kind of coffee they use, but it is AMAZING!
Let’s not get carried away here, it is only a coney, but it deserves the highest rating for this type restaurant.

I have to say I was so excited that a Leo’s opened in this location. It needed one bad! It is so nice and clean in there, and everyone is very friendly. I ordered a Michigan Cherry Salad, it was great. The food is always delicious and inexpensive. My server was so sweet and had my beverage filled up as soon as I needed the refill. She was very attentive. I will definitely be back here when I’m in the area.

Let me just say that out of all the Leo’s I have eaten at, this one is the nicest. It’s clean, the décor isn’t too bad, all the TV’s are on different stations, that part’s cool right? So why should you eat here instead of any of the other million coney places in Michigan?
The food and the service of course. The omelettes and burgers are delicious, it never feels like more burger than bun and they have plentiful amounts of choices you can make. The servers treat you like royalty and they get your food to you promptly. I have been here a couple times and it’s always been a treat. They also have no problems with big groups coming in, even if it’s an hour before closing. Definitely a nice spot to eat at.
