The tire center is a joke. Two hours for a oil change and to look at a tire. Only two cars in front of us getting oil change. This place doesn’t care about customer service.

In town from Indy today, business week. Went to grab a few items. Their Walmart OJ was priced at $ 2.19 but they had an entire refrigerated island of Simply Orange advertised at $ 1.99. Sure enough, at the checkout lane she rang the OJ last(otherwise I’m sure I wouldn’t have noticed it) at $ 3.33. When I corrected her — the response was ‘someone must have put it in the wrong place’. Really? With another 100 bottles? I’m sure this corporate response was beat into her. She laughed it off. What was funny about Walmart trying to make $ 1.40 off of me? How many other folks got burned by this. «It happens all the time» is the response I got from her. Unreal…

This particular location is a nightmare to navigate, always crowded(even in the middle of the night), and staffed by some of the surliest people I’ve ever had the displeasure to encounter. I get it. You work for a company that pays you the bare minimum and chips away at your humanity with every minute of your servitude. I’d be pissed off, too. As a customer, I don’t give a damn whether it’s the boss’s fault or just a bad day. I don’t like eye rolling and exasperated sighs in the check out lane.
