Spent three nights here. Booked through Expedia as a King bed, upon arrival find out we only get a double bed. Woman at front desk was very nice, but said that was a problem with Expedia and she couldn’t do anything about it. They could«upgrade» me at an extra cost to a king. I wasn’t willing to pay more as I would’ve booked elsewhere if I was willing to spend more money. The room décor was old, worn, dated and nothing matched. It did appear to be fairly clean. The room was a bit musty, but not as bad as some«non-smoking» rooms I’ve stayed in that reek of stale smoke. Upon returning to our room the second day, we found our bed unmade and the window open. I don’t feel that housekeeping staff should take it upon themselves to leave my window open and my belongings unsecured. Overall, it was about what you’d expect for a budget hotel in a remote location. The bed was comfortable, pillow was horrible and we had a clean towel when we showered. Given the feel of the hotel, we never looked for the free breakfast.

Wow… This place was so bad that I had to leave a review so that others don’t make the same mistake. My wife and I stayed in #15 for one night as there was no other place in town available. We were on a golf trip with 10 others who were camping nearby. You know you are in trouble when you unlock the door,(with a metal key — remember those?) and the door opens into the bed; a full bed no less. Of course any larger of a bed wouldn’t fit in this tiny room. Then, there is the smell of course. It is very old and musty, probably from the window unit air conditioner. Extremely dated but at least the television worked. However, that was the only thing that operated correctly. The AC unit was so loud that you could not sleep if it was on. It kept coming on and off all night,(of course) and caused the whole window to shake and rattle so it woke us up constantly. Then there was the bathroom — this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The wet floor was so slick that you literally could not walk on it. Same with the tub/shower. The defective shower head sprayed water everywhere so the floor was always drenched. It took at least five minutes for the hot water to arrive — what a waste! We didn’t expect a Suncadia level room, of course, but certainly expected much more for our $ 79 per night fee. I could go on and on but you get the picture. One bright spot — The motel is awful but the woman at the front desk was very nice. We were greeted with a big smile and welcoming attitude. She was a joy.

Awful. After trying to cancel a room I spent 40 mins arguing trying to get a refund only to discover their records were a mess, and they couldn’t find my original paperwork. I was also 100% they never gave me the cancelation policy over the phone. This was certainly backed up by the fact that none of their reservations slips were marked stating whether or not they told the client the cancelation policy. Funny story, as I was waiting for my issue to be fixed I overheard another blow up from another angry customer. Ending in a «You’ve lost a good customer!» Flare up. They laughed it off. Apparently the customer is rarely right at their establishment. I’m giving a two starts only for the fact that they were kind enough to reimburse me a little. However, I was less than impressed with how they handled customers, their organization, and their attitude.

Though dated, it was clean and fairly quiet for the most part. For a place to lay your head for the night before a long drive, it does the trick. I have stayed at a lot worse for a lot more money.

Perfect for what I needed. I’m a housekeeper and I’ve seen my share of hotels. Bottom line is this: I needed a cheap place to crash after driving all day. 55.00 for a single, decent(firm) bed, shower and grub in the morning. You get what you paid for really. The other hotels around here were 75 – 100 $ so this worked for me. Walls were a bit thin, but there’s a mini fridge and microwave. I’m happy. :)

This hotel is run by a very friendly elderly foreign couple. That is about all I can say that is nice about it. The sign advertises HBO which«was broken». The rooms are tiny. The remote for the TV had a broken UP button. Bathrooms seem to be tacked on to the rooms as if the original design didn’t include them. Bathtubs had wear marks from what seems like too long a lifetime of use. The toilet paper roll bracket was broken and fell to the floor while trying to use it. No water pressure for the shower. Dark and dank décor. I think I left the light off for the whole stay for fear of what more I would see. Oh and all that for $ 62 a night. Ripoff. The complimentary breakfast(not continental) consisted of some croissants a toaster and a pitcher of OJ. This was served in a tiny room in the front hall that was so uninviting I ate my breakfast in the parking lot.
