Don’s Santa Maria tri-​tips are a must have for any of my family gatherings. If I don’t bring them for the grill a cloud of disappointment hovers over the party — not joking. They’re amazing.
Super friendly and knowledgable staff (you may even get to take home a clever joke).
If I’m being honest, the prices are a little higher than the supermarket. But that’s to be expected from a legitimate family butcher shop with higher quality products. Totally worth a couple bucks.

My husband and I just ordered 60 lbs of ground beef and I am extremely pleased, the service and the beef is outstanding! We will be returning for more cuts and look forward to a long relationship with don’s Meats! The store itself isn’t that much to look at from the outside but give it a chance and you will not regret it!

THEIR SELECTION AND PRICES SHAME THE GROCERY CHAINS and the meats just look fresher. I wanted a 12 inch cut of beef fillet for a beef Wellington. They didn’t have it in the display case so Mark, at the Centerville location, brought out an entire fillet, let me pick what I wanted, then cut exactly what I needed. I paid $ 15 for a 12″ piece of fillet at Don’s where as I pay up to $ 15 – 25 for a 2″ piece at places like Smith’s.
If your family eats meat regularly, stop wasting time and money at the grocery store. Go to Don’s and get more, better meat for less money.

really like this place we go here at least twice a month they are a little more expensive but worth the extra money my son loves there chicken fried steaks and we usually buy a las vegas steak they are huge one of them feeds both of us we usually have some left over

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My wife and I have been going to Don’s for 8 years and have rarely come away not loving the meats that Don has sent us home with. The Las Vegas steak is absolutely amazing! The tri-​tip steaks with the Santa Maria seasoning have quickly become one of our favorites. The staff is usually quite friendly and willing to help — especially on Saturdays when the whole family seems to be there. Ask them to marinate/​season anything. .. fantastic place!
