Took my family on a weekend dinner. Had reservation but still waited for 20mibs. Pathetic service in table attention. Food was NOT so great. Both service and food put the chain in shame. Better avoid this location.

Always good time and consistent quality. Spicy chicken soup rocks! Only pitfall is finding parking in a close proximity. Challenging

Being from New York this is the closest to Chinese Food in the Tampa Bay Area you can get without extreme disappointment. The food is freshly made and that is the problem with smaller establishments in the area. I had the Mongolian beef with a small side of garlic chili string beans. The beef should have been sliced thinner but the flavor of both dishes was excellent. Portions are also good sized. My friend had the vegetarian Buddha’s delight which was fresh but really just mediocre taste wise. The dim sum appetizer also freshly made and delicious. Place was packed, wait staff quite good and a roaming manager keeping an eye on everything makes it a good, fairly priced, nice clean and fresh choice.

We haven’t been here in awhile as the last time we were here we didn’t have a good experience. Orders the lunch special ginger chicken and it was pretty tasty. I ordered my daughter the chicken fried rice off the children’s menu and she loved it. Our waiter was on point. Will be back again.

Solid performance. Service was great tonight although it was slow(night before Thanksgiving). Butternut Squash wontons were fantastic. The lobster fried rice was tasty and floral with a bounty of cilantro. Beef lomein was solid as usual. It’s a chain and hard to get five stars, but tonight they earned a solid 4 stars!

Our waiter was amazing, and went above and beyond to make our experience pleasureable. The kitchen on the other hand plotted against us from the start. The shrimp dumplings were bland. My combo chicken and shrimp pad Thai only came out with chicken. Our server went above and beyond to make up for it. I received another very bland combo pad Thai with shrimp this time. No flavor and overly heavy on the oil. The wifey had the honey glazed chicken, and it was really tasty. Sit in Reed’s section, he is simply amazing, and is very attentive to his section’s needs. Even with training another server, we were well taken care of by him.

They don’t even deserve one star for the service we received tonight we ordered take out at 5:10, and at 5:45 they brought it out… not in the 20 minutes they said. Ok. so they were slow… but then when we checked the order, it was completely WRONG! Back to remake half the order. while the half that was right got cold. 20 minutes later, they bring us the corrected part of our take out, and so kindly refund me the portion that was wrong. EXCEPT they overcharged me to begin with!!! They finally credit us(after my daughter got upset) with only the portion that was wrong.25 dollars off of a 120.00 dollar order! Never gonna get us again PFChangs! We are done!

Our waitress was incredible. The food was great as usual. My sister has a peanut allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate her requests and make her feel safe. Great experience.

The menu is a retool of the classic Chang’s fair. The lettuce wraps are still filling and offer a lighter start to any meal. If you come on the weekend try the new pairing menu. It is a lighter option and won’t leave you super full for the busy work day. The chicken sate is a great addition to the menu.

I’m not impressed. Over priced and over rated and the service lacked as well. Find a local oriental restaurant and stick with that. You’ll be much happier.

Service was great and our food came quickly. We came during lunch on Saturday so there was really no one else there to complicate our meals or food though.

Great food, good prices. Free apps on your birthday month and free entrée on your birthday. Even got points for ever dollar you spend and add up for free entrée. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Convenient location. And… its next door to Red Robins and Buckle. You can’t go wrong with that combo. Best Asian cuisine I’ve had here. Highly recommend the loyalty program.

We’ve always had great experience here. It sure is a busy place though, just like any restaurants during dinner hours. So be sure to call and make reservation if you want to be seated right the way. The place is newer and modern, not like the one in Westshore which is kind of run down. Our favorite dishes here are: Dan Dan Noodles(fresh egg noodle, huge portion, chopped chicken breast, gravy on top) Garlic Noodles(wok style, dry type stir fry, very garlicky! Get combo meat) Chang’s Chicken Noodle Soup(huge bowl, can be a meal, slight tang in the soup) Kung Pao Chicken(med portion, full flavor, not too oily) Sick of looking for parking spot? If you dine in at PF Chang’s, you get a free valet. Just make sure you get a stamp from the hostess.

So we decided to check this place out. We imbibed on margaritas and their variation of the twisted tea. The drinks were good(but I think that was expected). We ordered the 2 for $ 39.95. Complete meal for two. Ton of food. I had the egg drop soup, he had wonton soup. We also got 4 egg rolls. Then the main course of Mongolian beef and orange peel chicken. So. Much. Food. But it was good. Couldn’t finish half of the beef or chicken, which came with rice. The meal also came with dessert, which was boxed up with the rest of the left overs. So we have lunch for tomorrow! It was pricey. With the drinks our bill was $ 80. Maybe next time we won’t enjoy the bar as much! Haha

There are a few dinner entrees that I do enjoy but mostly I find the menu to be very salty. I prefer to come for happy hour. I like sitting at the bar and watching sports while sampling the happy hour menu. Typically I get draft beer, dumplings, tartare, and/or spring rolls. Service has always been great at the bar and the food always comes quickly. Sometimes the bar is busy but if I get there prior to 5:30−6, it is usually easy sailing. I am not a huge fan of the salt and pepper calamari although it is usually my favorite at other places. They bring out fried, plain calamari and you are supposed to add your own mixture, which is mostly salt. Portions of chicken dishes seem smaller lately.

This is an establishment I frequent quite a bit. It’s an upscale Chinese restaurant. The ambiance is great and they offer a full liquor bar. My favorites are the orange chicken, egg drop soup, and lettuce wraps. The fried green beans are good too, but taste like they were previously frozen. My issue with rating this restaurant high is that you never know what you are going to get with food quality/service. I have had absolutely outstanding service and I have had experienced people I wanted to scream at(former server). Also, as the chefs and shifts changes, so does the quality of food. Sometimes my orange chicken is crispy and with a slightly smokey flavor(my favorite) and other times it is just mediocre.

So, I finally wanted to try it for myself. The mixed reviews here made both my husband and I very weary though. It was a Sunday night and while waiting our five minutes to get a table we witness a waitress arguing with two customers who had been waiting for their food for quite a while. Immediately I was contemplating leaving but the hostess assured us that our waiter was good. She was right. Ryan is a great waiter and saved this review to be honest. Even a few customers took pictures with him, not sure why but still was very opposite what we saw upon arrival. We ordered the 2 for $ 40 soup, appetizer, entrée and dessert. I was not disappointed in this choice as it was a way for us to get variety. I’d give our meal 4 stars. OK, here’s the deal, DONOT come on a Sunday evening. It is the day before they receive a new shipment of food and the end of the weeks old stuff was coming out. There were many items that they ran out of and they were giving out things to compensate for their customer’s dissatisfaction. We must have ordered the right things in terms of what was still available, but the shrimp did not taste as fresh as I expected it too. I want to give Ryan, our server, 5 stars and give the restaurant 3(on Sunday nights)

[Sigh]…it pains me to have to give PFC one star especially since in my past life(college days) I was a bartender at a location in Richmond, VA. Sadly, this franchise has gone downhill. We waited a good 5 minutes before the manager greeted us with menus. We sat at the bar area. Drinks — I ordered a soda water and my hubs ordered a Bloody Mary. Let’s talk about that Bloody Mary. Regular Bloody Mary in a pint glass. Nothing special. $ 10.25. Wow — really? The drink cost more than each appetizer?! Apps — We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and salt and pepper calamari. The portion sizes were so small. The lettuce was wilted and I had to ask for a second portion. The calamari was really bland. We made our own special sauce. The waitress seemed preoccupied and didn’t really pay us any attention. I won’t forget this experience and unfortunately now I understand why the restaurant was empty. For good Chinese food with good service go to Yummy House!

So it wasn’t our best Chang’s experience… PF Chang’s is one of our favorite places, but this hardly qualified as decent… Service was fair, but very slow. We sat in the bar and the server was stretched between too many tables. He had a good attitude though. Our lettuce wraps were a bit burnt… okay way burnt. Chang’s chicken was okay. We ordered a dinner portion to split for lunch, but the lunch portion still came out. And they charged for a dinner order. Dan Dan noodles were cold and clumped together. The rice was awesome though. We never heard from or saw a manager… probably won’t be back.
