The inside of the restaurant was bright and looked to be clean. The food however… Not too sure. I ordered the cho mein and it tasted like rabbit cage filler. So unappetizing. It didn’t seem to be cooked fully either, half of it was still crunchy. The sweet fire chicken was pretty good but was kind of cold, maybe room temp at best. Same with the chicken teriyaki… The chicken egg roll was good though, it was still hot surprisingly! I probably won’t be back, it was seriously lacking.

I enjoy having lunch here. The crew is good at monitoring the freshness of the food. They greet you with a smile when you come in. They are never in a hurry to explain(esp. to new customers) their entrees and meal options; and they willingly offer you free samples. The lobby is well-maintained and they play mix music. If you are looking for a casual, fast, and delicious gourmet Chinese food, this is the place for you.

This is one of the least appealing PE locations that I have ever been to. The lobby is often very unclean, it is difficult to access from the surrounding roads, and more often than not, something is wrong with the food order. Most recently, my Beef and Broccoli entrée consisted only of 7 pieces of broccoli and no beef whatsoever. When I went back to ask them to fix it, I was accused of eating the beef out and leaving the broccoli behind just to get more. C’mon now Panda, you’re not that special.

My first time there today since it is closer to my work. I will say the service was extremely friendly, but my food was cold and tasted old/reheated. I frequent the Pinellas Park location because it is always fresh, and I will continue to go there instead of this location.

As much as I love Panda Express, this location wasn’t worth the time or trouble. They were short staffed, incredibly slow and disorganized, and generally miserable. We stopped by early in the evening and nearly everything was out. There were two people working — one cooking, and one running the front and drive-thru. Now maybe Josh was having a rough day. Maybe Josh is just an unhappy person. Either way, when two of us ordered white rice and double teriyaki chicken, he played rice before asking if we wanted to change our order or wait for chicken. We were both fine waiting, so he sighed and dumped the rice back into the steamer and slammed the plates down face down on the counter by the register and replied, «it’s 7 – 10 minutes if you insist.» The first order of chicken came out raw so he sent it back and told us to go sit down. So we sat for 15 minutes, half of us with food until chicken came out. My friend let him know that he was being rude to us when we went to get our food, to which he half-heartedly apologized and told us, unprompted that he was the manager and had given us fresh plates with our food even though we had watched him use the same plates. We won’t be returning.

Very clean interior. Great quality food. Nice staff. Careful with the drive-thru, you can easily get stuck in line for 10 min if a car has more than a couple orders. Otherwise one of the best in Tampa Bay Area.

I just discovered Panda Express and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the selection of Chinese food. I love the Green Bean chicken! It has a light sauce and sautéed onions! Delish! We will certainly be back!

Service is nice, restaurant is clean, but the food is just awful. Even compared to your standard Chinese takeaway, this is just the worst. Everything is bland, even the spicy options. The eggrolls were soggy and just gross. I would not return.

I love Panda Express! This location is good. the only complaint I have is, I went there a few nights ago at about 8 and my bf got some fire chicken and it was kinda old/soggy. Five minutes after being there we hear the girl behind the counter ask the cook if he’s going to make more fire chicken, this batch looks old. Also, they were still going to be open another two hours, it’s not like we were last minute. other than that, the place is good.

This place has had very low scores from the health department. My kids like to go here but after reading some of the reports I had to really rethink it. The food is often sitting there and you can tell it is quite old. If you ask for something fresh they do usually have something cooking. Its not exactly fresh food but it is fast.

Ok, I like Chinese food, but it ALWAYS leaves me feeling crappy. I know it’s bad for me. Panda Express food doesn’t leave me feeling that way. The food is alright and the portions are large. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The price is fine and they have a drive-thru. I’d go back.

+ fresh décor, quick service — taste of food wasn’t the best This place has a nice fresh décor inside. I like how clean the place is. You can see them cooking the food, which is great. The taste of the food was not bad but it did seem a little too overcooked. The orange chicken was made with dark meat which I don’t like. I believe there is only one item(I forget) on the menu where they use white meat. The rice was dry, maybe because it was sitting too long, who knows. Staff was super friendly and quick. So if you have a chinese craving, and want to be in and out of there quickly, this is the place for you.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter. Food was plentiful and fresh. Everything was clean and plenty of seating. It has a drive thru too which i think is nice.

Took the kids to Clearwater Beach, and found this on the way back — we’re in the Spring Hill area, so no PE’s around us. Very clean, the staff was very friendly! Food was as expected at PE, good. This will definitely be a regular place for us, the kids love it. Ferije was our server, very nice, and quick!

I love Panda Express but this was the worst. Perhaps it was a really really bad day for them. greasy, over cooked and lacking the regular PE flavors. What happened here? It tasted like roadkill express.

Such a cute place! I love what they can do with their panda mascot by dressing it up and so on. I love the theme but no so much of the food. I typically don’t go for take out Chinese but have had food here 3 – 4 times overall. The food here is loaded with grease and sugar. Not my favorite and it’s not so busy so I’m sure the food isn’t switched out often. The food is left sitting not cooked before you order. There’s a lot of room to dine inside and it’s clean and open with lots of windows. there’s also a drive thru window.

More like Panda Slow. Haha yes cheesy joke. My order took 17 minutes through the drive through. I would expect to wait about that long at a Chinese restaurant but for drive through where they most likely just reheat prefabricated foods I’m severely disappointed. The Orange Chicken is in a sauce so thick it makes you wonder how it’s possible to create such a thing. Gastronomy Professors from around the world must be in a lab in China right now trying to create the thickest, stickiest, yet most flavorless brown sauce ever. Anyways long story short, skip this place. You can’t even really eat it while driving anyways.
