I was a customer at this location for 12+ years and they auctioned my belongings because I was not able to make one monthly payment on time. Donna and Rosa did not tell me that I just simply needed to contact their Customer Service Dept. and ask for a payment extension. I found about this myself after talking to a Rep. on the that point and time the only person with enough authority to stop the auction was David Friday/District Manager. He never returned my phone calls and I ended up losing a lot of money in personal property and more sadly things with extraordinary sentimental a professional in the Real Estate and Property Management Industry I make sure that whenever my clients need additional storage space they stay away from Public Storage. They do not know the meaning of customer loyalty. On site managers are not empowered to make decisions on their own and Regional Managers lead by intimidation. A formal complaint sent by me to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs was approved and posted by them under their web page.
