Price is way to much. Taste is just ok. Don’t order the turkey burger. Frozen. Dry. Fries frozen. It is just a gimmick. No more than four people in the place. We had to wait for the server to bring our food. Which was sitting on the ledge getting cold. Just not a great experience at all. They have a long way to go with food and service to charge that kind of prices.

This place is on point. From customer service to the food. First time at restaurant patiently answered all my wife’s questions. Food was fo nominal. Side note onion rings are huge

The burger was disappointing considering the price I had to pay. The cheese fries were horrible and the most memorable thing about my meal. I can barely even the remember it was the fries that I really remember and not in a good way. They advertise themselves as a healthy and hormone free burger but let’s be honest. No one goes looking health when they want a burger. Taste should trump health in a burger and it clearly doesn’t. It’s not like the burgers they offer are remotely healthy anyway.

Top notch ingredients and they buy from local farms! They do Gluten Free and turkey burgers! So many choices & everything is yummy

I appreciate the quality of the food here and the fact that it’s locally sourced but the service is quite slow. We work less than 5 minutes away from Burger Craft and we came back a bit late from our hour lunch break due to the time it took to get our food and scarf it down. I ordered the Turkey Club, which was a turkey burger with bacon, avocado, mayo and tomato. It was well cooked and not dry. My friend ordered a build your own burger with cajun fries. The cajun fries were nice and crispy. Overall, everything was good, nothing spectacular though, especially considering the prices.

The food was super fresh and flavorful, the beer selection was great. I had a cheeseburger that at first impression I wanted to say«tastes as good as homemade», but in reality, it was way better than homemade. And I didn’t have to do the dishes, either. :-) I will definitely go back!

If you’re looking for an overpriced and mediocre(at best) burger, this is your place! The burgers are super small, taste like cardboard and the bun seems to have come from a whole sale market. A positive, their fries are ok. You’re better off eating at McDonald’s or better yet, Checkers!

First, let me say the the burgers were very good and the fries one of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, it was bad timing for our arrival. It was a Tuesday evening, there was only one couple and one individual in the restaurant. It took over 20 minutes for us to receive our food. I noticed that they had a «large» takeout order in front of us. What disturbed us was that there was no apology while we were waiting and no mention of the long wait when the food actually arrived. I suggest they be more attentive to customer’s wait time and offer at least some understanding that a lengthy wait is not what is expected for a fast food/casual restaurant. I believe there is a $ 5 burger special on Wednesdays as although the burgers are good, they are relatively expensive — the basic starts at $ 7 ala carte and the price goes up from there.

In short, Burger Craft is a great step in the right direction for fast food, but needs some polishing before they become a regular spot for me. You have to acknowledge that Burger Craft is doing the right thing: They buy all their products from local farmers, and the quality of most of the food they serve is higher than that at another fast food joint(McD’s, BK, etc). You can also grab a local craft beer. They recycle, etc. So there’s no question that the quality here is better. I’ve had two of their burgers and they felt uninspired for the price point, frankly. The food I received was really stuff I could have cooked myself for a fraction of the price including all the grass fed beef and other industry buzzwords. A quick look behind the counter showed me that the staff were young and possibly inexperienced. I don’t think the line cooks were outstanding either considering the burgers I received. The taste of the burgers themselves were lacking and if you told me that the meat was just regular meat, I would have believed you. Portions are small too. Nothing wrong with small portions, but for the price you’re paying for a burger and side, I really would have expected more for my money. I think with a little imagination and maybe a seasoned line cook, this place could really hit it out of the park.

My family has been here several times and we love it. its not easy finding a place that a toddler can go without the staff getting mad. the prices are not that high for what you get but maybe because im from orlando im used to paying about this. on wednesdays they have burger night. its $ 5 and they donate $ 1 of it to a different organization every month. for the food: ive had the burgers & the burger bowl(basically a salad with a patty). ive had the beef, chicken & turkey all are very good. the housemade vinegarette is also excellent on the salad. on the side ive ordered the fries and sweet potato fries which were also better than expected. my toddler often gets hormone free grilled chicken tenders with a sweet potato for only $ 5 and she loves it. the water does not taste bad as another reviewer stated. overall this place is awesome & we will continue to come here frequently.

You would not believe how great Burger Craft is — the food is spectacular, the staff is even better, and the prices are good for the quality of the food you get. Suzanne(the owner) was very helpful and was very friendly. I just simply LOVE the fact that everything is 100% natural. The bone marrow burger was really tasty and the deviled eggs were fresh. The cucumber-tomato salad was superb and the ice cream was outstanding and I thoroughly enjoyed the butter pecan. I will be back at Burger Craft and I would recommend it to my family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Note– We are in Burger Craft right now. We have been here a couple times before. Each time we come here, we think it will be better than the last. However each time it has been equally as disappointing as the previous visit. 1. The burgers are too high priced for the area. 2. The water is disgusting. There is a weird after taste that lemons cannot get rid of. 3. They do not bring the orders out at the same time. My girlfriend has gotten her food, eaten it, and has watched me compose this review all the while I have still not gotten my food. Now I have to get my food to go. We only came here because Jersey Mike’s had a huge line.

I love this place, their burgers are amazing and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Yes their prices are little high, if you want quality food you got to pay the price. Their sweet potato fries are fantastic, and their chicken sandwiches are amazing as well. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

— Great burger selection — Refried onion rings — Friendly staff — Horrible aftermath! I’m always in for a good burger place. My wife found this on here while on our way to our way to the Crooked Can Brewing Company — Sunday adventure. I think they overdo it with so many things. However, it’s your choice … get more to chose from. I forgot what I got but it was the one with the egg in it … I took a number and did not build my own. Messy? Yes … very. The burger was on the verge of interesting to good but it wasn’t a $ 12 burger. While we were ordering … you can see the grill. There was a large container full of onion rings. So I opted for those. Mistake. They refry them. There was only one with meat inside. The others … as soon as you picked them up they would disintegrate leaving, which once was an onion ring, a dehydrated skin looking onion ring. I Love onion rings … ended up eating the fried batter from some but was getting grease everywhere doing so. The staff was friendly … came over to see how we were doing. Told him about the onion rings and said that’s how they come. Offered for another basket but said they probably will come out the same as the ones we have —(because they pre-fry them). By the time my wife and I got into our Sunday adventure … it happened. We both thought we were going to die. God help those people at the Crooked Can! We weren’t sure if it was the amount of grease we weren’t use too or the refried onion rings or the burger themselves. Something was off that our bodies couldn’t handle. Overall — Between the price of the burger, the onion rings and the aftermath … No … Maybe we went in there on a bad day … I was looking forward to a great meal. You’d be better off going to an Applebee’s or Ruby Tuesdays for a burger … even a fast food place.

Love it. From the cool interior, to the always present, always welcoming owner, to the great burgers, this is my favorite burger spot whenever I’m in Clermont.(I am from nearby Orlando, but find myself up in Clermont fairly regularly.). The beef is hormone free, they have gluten free buns, and they buy everything from local vendors– what’s not to love? I’m not at all sure why there are so many negative Unilocal reviews on this place. Maybe it’s because it’s Clermont? My apologies to my friends who live there, but this is the land of chain restaurants. And this isn’t one. This place would thrive in Orlando, where there is more of a foodie presence. I can’t wait till my next visit!

So, let me start by saying that I know quality food costs more money AND I don’t mind paying extra for something well made. Seeing the prices at this place and the fact that their beef is locally sourced made me believe that the food was going to be special. I was disappointed to find out that my assumptions were incorrect. My boyfriend and I stopped in before seeing a movie in the adjacent plaza. We each ordered a burger, a bucket of fries, and a couple of beers. First of all, mad props to Burger Craft for having a decent beer selection. Definitely gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The fries were decent, especially with the BC sauce. I did, however, feel that the sauce was missing something. It was good, but not great. The burgers were less than impressive. The bun was 5X the size of the beef patty and the taste was just ok. Again, I was disappointed. With all of that in mind, I was definitely upset that I paid over $ 30 for basically average food. The prices should match the quality of the food… Burger Craft just doesn’t have it. I may have given Burger Craft an extra star had I paid $ 20 for everything. Price should match quality… you should get what you pay for. Another reason why I was a little less than impressed was the aesthetic. It almost seemed like Burger Craft couldn’t quite decide what they’re going for. They have a mix of trendy, country, «down on the farm», and modern and it just looks and feels confusing. Plus they only play really loud country music… doesn’t really appeal to everyone. In short, Burger Craft is just ok. If you’re in the area stop by and make your own opinion… not worth traveling for though.

I went there yesterday and I was disappointed. I was led to believe it was a place where you could get really good burgers. I was misinformed. It was a bit pricey, but as others have stated if the price matched the taste I would be fine with that. They actually asked how I would like my burger cooked and I said medium. I received a burger that was a pretty small patty and well done. It didn’t really have any flavor to it and was dry. Best part of my meal was the fries. I won’t be going back.
