I don’t have any complaints about Ruby Tuesday to be honest. I will say that the prices were a little higher than I was expecting for a chain restaurant, considering what they serve(like a few bucks more than what I was expecting), but the food was still decent. As other reviews have mentioned, there was nothing that really stood out to me about the food or the experience, it’s pretty run of the mill. Their salad bar has several options, but I honestly did not find it to be appetizing. The staff were very nice and we did use coupons when we went, so that was helpful. But there are many more restaurants that I would prefer to eat at before returning here. I suppose I’ve become a food snob. But if you need a quick bite or something for lunch, this may not be a bad option.

Good food, good service, friendly wait staff, but as with most games restaurants, nothing that I really found outstanding and as a fellow small restaurateur I’m always looking for something impressive on a menu

This review is more for the quality of the Management and staff than the food. My very old aunt eats here and they treat her so well; like family. She can’t stop taking about the manager Sean. It’s one her favorite restaurants, and I understand why. Thank you RT crew

I would rate the food quality and taste as average. Overall, nothing to write home about. Server was pleasant but missed the mark on a couple of things. My son enjoyed the half-pound bacon cheeseburger. I had the turkey avocado bacon burger. The turkey burger was ok but it was on the dry side. I think they use extra lean ground turkey because that is what it reminded me of(both texture and appearance). In addition, my burger was missing the standard condiments: lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. Didn’t realize it until I was halfway through and I’m sure it would’ve helped make it taste better. We ordered a side of ranch for the fries but the waiter forgot it. I flagged down another waiter who said he would take care of it but didn’t. Ultimately I asked our waiter again and he brought some. We were not offered ketchup for our burgers or fries so I had to ask for that as well. Not sure if that is the norm here. The salad bar was pretty basic. I wish they had feta cheese as a topping. It’s possible that I missed it but I only saw shredded cheddar. The biscuits were promised early on but due to apparent snafus in the kitchen, we did not receive them until after our meal. I asked a few times throughout the meal but they weren’t ready until about 45 minutes later when we were done. Our waiter was nice enough to pack them to go for us so that made me happy. They are yummy little morsels so make sure you try them. P. s. If a manager comments below that I should email my comments to guest services so they can learn more, thank you but I really don’t want to take more time to do so. However, you may copy and send my comments if you would like.

Great service. Food is always awesome. Had the top sirloin and it was nice and juicy. Our waiter Ernest made the experience far better. He was very attentive and always available when we needed something.

If you’re in the mood for a solid burger with a side of AYCE salad bar, then you could do a whole lot worse than Ruby Tuesdays. I typically go for their Black & Blue Bacon Pretzel Burger(medium) with their salad bar. The salad bar could have more of a variety, but it has a sufficient amount of choices for the given price point. One of the problems here would have to be service; I’ve experienced long wait times in between table visits for refills which is a pet peeve of mine. There have also been times in which the plates by the salad bar have had residue, the silverware has also arrived dirty which just makes you lose your appetite. It’s an average restaurant with average/better than average food. It’s worth your time if you’re in the area.

Over priced, small portions, dirty dishes. The salad bar plates had food stuck to them, stuff was floating in our water, and the silverware looked iffy. The waitress was nice. That was the only up side to our visit.

I believe this is my final time at Ruby Tuesday, I have given this location way too many chances to improve only to be more and more disappointed. The portions are getting smaller and smaller as the prices rise in front of eyes. The salad bar is no where what it used to be and the management and wait staff seem to get their training… oh wait, they don’t have any training at all. Was there on a date. The interrupted the conversation 4 times in 10 minutes as they were trying to rush us out. It was 9PM on a Thursday night with no one there. Waiter was extremely rude as they put the bill down in front of us while we were still eating and drinking. Than the manager came over a few minutes later asking if he could take the paid bill. We were still eating. Very Unprofessional. Just a very poor and uncomfortable night out. There are WAYTOOANY other options. I suggest everyone takes one of them. Please go away Ruby, you don’t deserve to be in business.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving… While our service was excellent(we were at a booth in the bar) that’s where the excellence starts and then comes to a screeching halt! Salad bar, meh! Appetizers(artichoke/spinach dip), ick! But the last straw… Chicken 3 ways, they took ONE chicken breast and cut it into 3 pieces, put 3 equally shitty sauces/salsa on and charged $ 16.00 for it! The kitchen manager has serious food cost issues or simply doesn’t care… either way, we will wave as we drive by!

This Ruby Tuesdays is A-Ok — it is clean, the service is good, and the food is on par with what a Ruby Tuesday’s food should be. You don’t go to Ruby Tuesdays for a 5 star experience, but it is comforting food none-the-less. On this particular occasion, my friend asked our server for advice on a specialty holiday beverage — and she flat out told him that she disliked it, but encouraged him to try it — and if he didn’t like it, she’d take it off the bill. I thought this was an above and beyond gesture, especially with a premium beverage from the bar.

Not much good about this visit although Annie(our server) and Michael(manager) did the best they could to make the visit bearable. Food taste was not up to par and the salad bar seemed to have less than it used to. Doubtful we will return anytime soon.

I work here so I am a bot biased but I do eat here almost every day. The food is really good and we do try to give you the best service possible. Our salad bar is always fresh and we have a guy dedicated to make sure it stays that way. Good food for reasonable prices in a clean atmosphere. COme see me.

I came here with a friend for lunch last week. Not too impressed with the food. I found it over salted and the salad bar was a bit depressing. The service was slow but friendly. I don’t think i will be coming here again.

Had soup and salad today and saw black mold spots on the refrigeration vents at the salad bar. Needless to say I did not return to the salad bar and lost my appetite for the food I was served. After we finished our lunch, my wife and I made a point of showing the mold to the man in charge. He agreed that it did look like mold and he would see that it was taken care of immediately. The cheese and broccoli soup was not cooked properly with the broccoli texture like it was just thrown in and not cooked at all. My wife had a crab cake that she liked, but the mold on the salad bar convinced us that if guests could see this what was left uncleaned behind the kitchen doors. We will not return!

We chose to dine at this restaurant on a Monday evening, and the restaurant was about half full so we had no problem getting seats. It took a while for our waiter to get to us since they were low on waiters that evening, so it felt like he was running the show. It also took much longer to get our drinks and food. I had the Herb Crust Tilapia. It was very delicious but the same couldn’t be said for my sister’s steak as it was served to her under medium well. So maybe if they had more employees that night, things would have gone better but for the most part it was an okay place to eat at.

The server was very attentive but did not put my order in the way I asked for it. She did tell us it was only her 4th day by herself We just wanted a couple of burgers. The burgers were overcooked and tasteless. The grilled green beans were good and served at a good temperature. The fries were good too. Although, the server and manager both asked how things were, i was not honest. I prob will not go back anytime soon. We also saw people leave because they waited at the door for probably 10minutes without being seated even though it was after 9 pm and the restaurant was empty. The hostess was slow and couldn’t spell a simple name!

Not my favorite. Place always seems a little dirty. Visited this week and had the chef cut sirloin… awful. Fatty and was way over seasoned. Top of my can of Fosters was filthy and I told manager on way out. Salad bar would be ok if adults could keep their kids from manhandling all the selections. Last trip here.

No my favorite restaurant, but I frequent it a lot because of location and friendly staff. I do like their Grilled salmon. I don’t care for their cocktails — never seem to be made to my liking. I also like their salads and appetizers. The grilled zuchinni is wonderful and I love their guacamole. I’ll keep coming back but it’s not my top choice for eating out.
