I do not usually go to McDonald’s, but when I do it’s because I want to treat myself. This particular visit I went through the drive-thru. Not only was the girl that took my order very sweet and listen to my order in very clear, but the girl at the first window was also very sweet. It’s a very rare thing when you go to a McDonald’s and get to deal with nice employees. My food is also hot and fresh, and my soda was yummy and delicious. So I can ask for McDonald’s, thank you!

They suck. It’s all a bunch of retards that can’t even count proper change. Milkshakes come out thinner than a glass of milk. Piss poor place of I could give zero stars I would. Good place to take a dump that’s about it

Okay so I did receive an email from a representative of McDonalds, Apologizing for my experience and offering me a free sandwich of my liking. I decided to give this McDonalds another try, just to be objective. I must admit that they are improving. The young man at the drive thru was quick and respectful and my order came out exactly as it was ordered. I will give them 3 stars because they are trying to better themselves and will update their improvements in the future.

Wow. Walked in at 7pm on a Monday. Male cashier was in front of the counter flirting with a girl, 3 – 4 minutes of this until he went back behind the counter to take my order. Served me no cup until after I had my order in my hands 5 minutes later. Staff all chatting away, while the drive thru line queues up considerably. All young dumb and clueless. Just what I expected at McDonalds.

Someone please step in and take over this mcdonalds. There are limited drive thru food options in this area and to have one of the few run this poorly is frustrating. On the few occasions I am desperate enough to actually choose this mcdonalds, it’s not uncommon I am there for a minimum of 10 minutes. I also do not leave without checking my bag because that has been wrong more than once. They did make up for it with free sandwich coupons, but the restaurant never shows signs of improvement. And to add one more thing– I very rarely write reviews online. Only for an outstanding experience, or a really terrible one. I am writing this in hopes that a «higher up» somewhere sees these bad reviews and steps in.

If I could give zero stars I would. I also used their website to provide feedback. Not user friendly. The drop down menus were troublesome to navigate and while not stated, the comment section is limited. I had to edit it a few times to keep it within the limit. Here’s what I sent to their corporate office: First, I enjoy providing feedback both good and bad. I have done so for other McDonald’s and I think the last time was good. But that’s not the case for this store. As I passed the front of the store I noted three cars waiting at the drive thru. I got to the back and one car was at the menu board, where it stayed for three minutes. I reached the board and was greeted with a less than enthusiastic«Welcome to McDonalds…», which was also barely audible. I placed my order for a cheeseburger and shake. The guy said something(inaudible) and I heard«Please drive around». I did and all the cars were gone except the car in front of me. I waited another 2 or 3 minutes, which provided me time to check in on Unilocal to start my review and pay the $ 4.16 for the order. The clerk was not friendly nor unfriendly. he just didn’t want to be there and I seemed to be a distraction to him. I drove forward and waited maybe another minute or two to get my order. The gal was also neutral to me and her Thank You seemed forced. Bottom line is there are a few fast food joints around this one and after reading the other reviews on Unilocal about this store I decided that this would be my last visit here. Y’all need to do something about the lack of customer service at this store. To compare, the Taco Bell about a mile down the street had superior customer service. The gal there said she got the same poor service a few hours earlier at your store.
