Aside from not being friendly, the staff locks the bathroom so no one can use it in the mornings. I guess it’s easier than cleaning it every few hours like legitimate businesses.
It’s really sad for as many customers as come through this place that they can’t have common courtesy.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered an iced coffee. The service was incredibly fast, employees were really friendly, and the iced coffee is really good!
Whenever I want a cup of coffee or a really nice donut, this Dunkin Donuts is great at doing what they do.
Good job!

This location is hit or miss. (Mostly miss) I made the mistake of stopping by today and ordered a dark roast coffee. I didn’t drink it until I got home. Big mistake. It taste like water with cream and Splenda. #ugh I had to pour it out. I usually try to go to the location in Minneola. I don’t know what I was thinking when I stopped in here. I’m going to contact corporate because this location needs to step up their game or close.

Been here a few times now and each time something goes wrong. Here are a few examples:
1. Coffee made the wrong way
2. Charged us for the wrong items
3. Forget to give us some of the items we ordered
4. Food served like warm and not hot
5. Unpleasant lady working at register.
So needless to say I would go to another DD if living in this area but since we don’t I’m not too concerned.

Ridiculous! 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and sandwich. Every time I go in there it takes forever! Employees are obviously not trained, and managers standing around. Done with them!!! Will never go back!

Was kinda in a hurry and thought, DND is usually fast. Not only did I sit forever waiting in the drive thru line, they messed up my order even after repeating it back to me. The people are kinda snippy in there too.

It’s reasonable as far as Dunkin Donuts goes. I had a great coupon, 2 dozen for 9.99, so I brought some donuts in for the guys at work. You can never go wrong bringing donuts in to work.
Anyway, this location is currently near some construction, but it’s not difficult to get in and out of at all. It was clean and I was in and out quickly. The donuts are a little waxy, and I’d prefer to go up 27 a couple miles to Donut King if I’m going for quality, but it was cheap, fast, and easy.
I have to wait all year long for my favorite ice cream flavor (Love Potion 31 comes out shortly before Valentine’s Day). It is by far their best flavor, and I know that the other Baskin Robbins stores have carried it as late as July or August. Last year, the Clermont store stopped supplying it at the end of February. When I complained about it, the manager told me she would get it as long as she was able to this year. The last shipment of February just came, and they didn’t even bother to order it. Now I am stuck waiting another year. I will do my best to avoid that Baskin Robbins store from here on out.
