The owner of this company died on June 10, 2015. They have our spa cover we already paid for, did not put in our salt system which we also paid for, did not properly set up our remote so when we want to turn the bubbles on in our spa, we have to get out and go outside the screencenclosure to turn it on or off. In addition, I just received a $ 1200 bill from the electrician they did not pay and I am sure we will be getting another bill from the leak doctors that came out to fix the leak in our pool as they came out after he died. The wife has filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on behalf of the company so we are basically out thousands of dollars. We signed our contract in September of 2014 but they did not start working on it until November, disappearee for a whole month and the pool was still not finished when the owner died.

Do not use Erickson Pools if you want a pool in your lifetime. Six months after signing the contract all I have to show for the time and money is a concrete hole in my backyard, complete with all the trash the few workmen who have been there left behind. Not to mention the lien on my house because Erickson «forgot» to pay the concrete contractor. Unfortunately my next step is to call the BBB and maybe a lawyer.
