McDonald’s

This place is horrible. 20 minutes to get your food and it’s wrong and one breakfast sandwich had egg shells in it!!! Do not go here! The 30 people that have been waiting in line say the same thing. Just horrible!

This is the most convenient McDonald’s to my house — so I’ve given them several chances to get it right. My family has been here every day of the week, at various hours and this is McDonald’s is sup-​bar by far.
The drive-​thru is not friendly and slow. The orders are often wrong. The ice cream machine is often «broken», the same for certain sodas. I’ve come to realize that «broken» means «we didn’t order refills soon enough because our owners are too cheap to keep $$ tied up in backup product, so we’re out».
Special orders are out of the question — the employees run around the kitchen like they don’t know what’s going on and pretend like the whole restaurant can’t see them — and if you ask a question or have a problem the answer is short and rude.
This and the one by target must be affiliated because they are both low-​quality, slow, and inaccurate.
My wife has suggested that maybe I expect too much from McDonald’s. But when you compare these to the ones in Winter Garden, it’s night and day. I expect friendly, quick, accurate service — because that’s their whole reason for existing.
The saddest part is that I will keep eating here because it is cheap and close to my house. Get it together Clermont McDonald’s!

Ice cream machine is always down. They are never able to serve any frozen treats including ice cream, shakes, Frappes etc.

Fairly slow for an off time. Food was hot and as good as McDs can get.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s restaurant you could go to. We just ordered six nuggets and they are absolutely dark dark dark brown. It looks like they used a very old oil. The fries were also dry and also very dark. Avoid this one at all costs.

After the glowing reviews, I have to give a big thumbs down for this one! Though I was promised by the order taker that my food would be cooked fresh instead of being taken from a warming drawer, it was, indeed, taken from a warming drawer and not a very warm warming drawer at that. A cold dry hockey puck that wouldn’t even melt the plastic yellow square they call cheese coupled with fries that, while hot, were white in color because they were undercooked. Even the soft drinks were bad, as someone had apparently not adjusted the mixing valves to include enough base soda syrup to keep the sodas from being sour. I tried two different types and both were bad. The place was clean enough, but the food was too awful to merit a repeat visit. What a disappointment!

A fast food restaurant that actually delivers food fast! And the fries were pipping hot when we got them! Finally a McDonald’s that gets it!
