Ordered the large steak and white cheddar panini for $ 8.29. Very good but I guess, that being a first time customer, I expected more to it. Came with a one ounce bag of kettle chips. On the classy side décor for a Subway style sandwich though again, it was good. You order. and pay at one station, then move down to pick-up.(like Subway in reverse). They misread the order and only made ½ of my panini, but quickly realized the mistake and by the time I was into the first half, they soon arrived with the second half, and an extra bag of chips. All in all… it was good.

Yes, I think it’s a but expensive. But you get healthy food and fast. What amazed me this time is customer service. One of my items wasn’t done right, believe it or not had no turkey ON turkey flatbread! Since i picked up order to go and inly noticed mistake later, i called them. They were very nice and gave me credit for a free item for next visit! Restaurant is busy and mistakes do happen, but how they handled was very pleasing.

I ordered pick 2 with French onion soup. I get to my table and realize there is no bread/croutons in the soup. I go back to tell them and they say«oh actually we are out of them». So basically, it was onion soup with cheese. They didn’t ask me if it was ok. They just served me less than I ordered. «That’s not French onion soup.» I said. They just looked at me blankly. Terrible service. The manager was standing right there and said nothing. I then had her just refund my meal. Worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

The food here is very good and most of the time the staff is good for the most part. There is a lack of seating though in this Panera and sometimes when its packed its hard to find a a place to eat. Also Ive noticed that since there is no actual place to form a line some of the patrons seem to walk right past you in line. You feel bad when its an older person but it happens alot for some reason at this place. Maybe a rope of some kind is in order.

Really excellent food, wonderful music, best pastries and coffee in the area! There bacon and turkey sandwich is the bomb it’s served on a tomato and basil bread with there signature sauce, and has lettuce and tomato I highly recommend it. All of the salads and top rate and you can’t go wrong with they soup especially if you get it in the bread bowl. Very nice for a brunch, but can also make a great late lunch or even dinner! :)

Food was prepared in a couple minutes and service was good. Staff was on top of things and communicating openly to get things done.

The food at this Panera location is about the same as you get at every other Panera. Sandwiches, bagels, some baked stuff. I’ve had the Italian combo a couple of times, and it tastes good. The location is great. It sits on one of the higher hills in Clermont near the water tower and you can see the downtown skyline from the parking lot. The most recent time I went, every single empty table in the dining room was dirty. They weren’t particularly busy, so I’m not sure what the problem was. I hate having to clean my own table, but I had no other option.

This chain is very good, but the employees at this store are kind of rude. Went there late one night and these employees were acting like they didn’t want to serve me. I know it was late and everyone wanted to go home but I’m a customer

First of all — in general, we love Panera; love the food and coffee. We don’t have one close by our home, so it’s been a treat for us, while visiting family, to have a Panera right in the neighborhood; we’ve been getting breakfast here on an ongoing basis.(Favorite breakfast items include the Mediterranean egg-white sandwich and the steak breakfast sandwich.) What I’ve noticed in this particular establishment, though, is a general lack of friendliness/sense of unhappiness among the staff; it seems to be true no matter what time of day we stop in. Sometimes this manifests in surliness — this morning, for instance, I got attitude from one of the young kitchen staff when I(reasonably) went to the counter and requested a box for leftovers. At other times it’s more like a general malaise. Believe me, I understand that working a minimum-wage job with rush-hour/lunch-hour stress is not a picnic in the park, and I don’t blame the employees(well…not most of them); but maybe the chain or this franchise needs to give its boots-on-the-ground people some positive affirmation and incentive to provide cheerful service. Down the street at Starbucks we’ve always had very positive experiences interacting with staff; just sayin’.

First, it’s a little hard to Dis Panera Bread. There food is great, just bit pricey. The reason I write about this one, is that a group and I meet here weekly. There are about 10 of us if not more. What is the downer to this place is that there is a room for groups. In the months that I have been coming here, it is never used and yet management won’t allow us to use it unless we purchase so much food with an agreement… With 10 of us and their prices, we probably spend at lease $ 60 if not more. As a group we talked about the room and realized that if we were a penny short that management would come down on us… We agreed at a group that we assume take up a large area in the main eatery and be a burden due to managements stance. So every week we watch people come in and walk away due to the place being packed, not to mention the group of women occupying a good hunk of a corner of eatery while there is a room for groups sits vacant… So heads up… this place would look less«packed» if management would allow the ladies to use the vacant room few hours on Monday. Oh and the other bummer… takes through forever to get your order together! Parking is limited when the place is packed and it also shares the lot with another business.

Big thumbs down on this Panera Bread. I asked them where they were on the phone and the guy said directly across from Starbucks!!! Could not find them for the life of me. Turns out right across the street is a mile down the road!!! I get there 20 minutes later. I scan my card then make my order two minutes later. I ask the clerk ROBERT if my card scanned and he said sure it did. I placed my order and guess what… It did not scan!!! My last time at this Panera Bread!!!

Well Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to go. When I am in doubt as to what I am going to eat, Panera always wins out. I have a gift card from the holidays to use here. This location in Clermont is the closest to me, but it isn’t really my favorite location. I usually get the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad or Napa Valley Chicken Salad Sandwich or the Turkey Artichoke Sandwich or any of the soups are amazing as well. I love love love it here.

I love panera. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner — It’s fabulous. This location hasn’t disappointed me yet. They always have good coffee(my favorite being hazelnut). Good bagels and spreads, and breakfast sandwiches! My favorite is their black bean soup, chicken noodle soup, and french baguettes! Just a great quick place to go, just wish the locations had a drive thru! Haha
