I have tried to take advantage of new customer pricing but it is very hard to make an appointment for 2 people at the same time. The hours they advertise are not accurate so it is difficult for individuals to book an appointment Monday — Friday after 6pm; weekends are booked. I’m very disappointed since I purchased a Groupon.

I have been a good customer of Santi since they first opened in 2015 spending 1000’s of dollars there on services, giving generous tips, and even contributing to a Go Fund Me account of one of the therapists who lost a child. I have been lauded by the manager, Sharon who told me early on they really appreciated me and my business. Since I posted last I have to admit I’ve had a terrible experience trying to work through a dispute on what I owed on my 5– month membership. Santi today has pulled old credit card information from last year– a credit card that they were not authorized to use-to satisfy what they think I owe them on a cancelled membership. I DONOT recommend that you enroll in their membership program. They are crooked.

This spa opened up right next door to the salon where i get my eyebrows threaded. I stopped in after my threading to ask about spa packages to get as a birthday present for my mother. The young woman at the front desk handed me a flyer that had the website information on it and referred me to the website rather than taking a few mins and explaining the pricing options. Needless to say they will never get a penny out of me. They really need to work on their customer service if they expect to stay in business and attract a loyal clientele.
