In a day and age where excellent customer service is a scarcity, this Verizon location in Clermont is a standout. When I had technical difficulties with my Nokia phone, at least 3 staff members worked tirelessly trying everything they could to fix my phone and managed to get me a replacement phone at the 11th hour of my warranty period.
At a later date, when I was ready to switch from a prepaid plan to a family plan and get a new phone we dealt with another employee (Scott) and he also provided fantastic customer service. He’s a young guy who stayed well past closing time on a Saturday night (when he probably had a social life waiting for him) to help us. He never seemed rushed and worked hard to make sure we received a good deal and had all our needs met. Many, many kudos for going above & beyond the call of duty and providing superior customer service! It’s service like this that keeps us coming back to Verizon.

Clermont, FL
Was in a rush and went to trade in my iPhone 5 and get a case. Was instantly greeted and helped shortly after. Everyone was really polite and nice. I was in and out in 10 mins tops. Best experience I had with a cell phone store… sprint was always awful with waiting.
