These guys know what they’re doing. Always there to help me out and answer questions. Got me grandfathered to an amazing plan. Makes all the other AT&T stores wish they were as good as this core store.

I recently visited here the other day to purchase an iPhone 6 on my account. It was in the evening on Friday night. So I was prepared for a busy long wait. The associate got me checked in & I waited for about 10 – 15 minutes before someone helped me. This is was fine by me because they were busy. I observed the associates behavior towards their customers while I waited. From perspective, the associates were performing an excellent job, seemed friendly, assisted the customer’s needs/wants accordingly, and customers seemed to be satisfied. I was a smart customer before I visited this store by performing a research analysis on the iPhone 6 on my account. I knew exactly what I wanted. The associate was very pleased with my knowledge. I forgot her name, but she was totally a professional associate. She answered my questions, offered me special deals I was not aware of, and gave me her personal advice. I experienced no problems here. The whole process took about 15 minutes from setting up new account and turning on my new phone. The associate didn’t seem rushed or annoyed about working with me. She had a smile on her face the entire time. I would recommend this store to other customers. I gave it 4 stars because this was my first visit & I don’t want to give a perfect score based on 1 visit yet. The store is a very nice large size as well. Great space to walk around & wait.

The lady at the door today was extremely rude, unhelpful & very disrespectful. Absolutely no customer service skills!!! I arrived to the store with my family all I had was one simple question, she didn’t even take the time to hear what I had to stay, told me take the phone to the Apple store if I had a problem… seriously! I just brought the phone at this store less than a week ago for my 12 yr old son, sending me to Apple almost an hour drive is unfair without having someone at the store take a minute to check the phone. I requested to speak with the manager, it took him one second to figure out what my son did wrong! Again if she would have taken a second to listen to me or allow me to tell her what I needed instead she was un-knowledgable & unhelpful. Sadly I was so upset at her behavior in front of my children that I failed to get her name wish I had it to post on message.(Saturday, April 12th @4:15) management can check who was servicing the front door on this day & time) she should not be interacting with customers.
