Worst customer service! First in the store, the salesman kept withholding information about the nature of the sale they were having and when we asked he would say no problem we’ll work something out… made us feel like we were buying a car. finally when we applied for the no interest financing he changed the terms on us. After leaving, I realized that we got the mattress much cheaper than listed because it was supposed to be on sale according to the ad. The salesman had made us feel like he was doing us a favor. We were told our mattress will be delivered today, it is now 10pm and still no mattress. we called 3 times today and told the bed would definitely be delivered today… each time we called made to feel like we were irritating the person who answered, meanwhile it was almost 8pm. we had a right to be concerned about our delivery at this point… we have yet to receive our bed but at this point I have hated every part of this very expensive purchase!

Found out when trying to process a warranty claim that they coded our BRANDNEW mattress as a «Floor model» on our receipt thereby making our warranty invalid. When they first delivered the mattress and box springs they tried to deliver us the wrong(read: CHEAPER, GENERIC) springs rather than the very expensive matching set we paid for. We had to contact them again and wait for new springs to arrive. Now, trying to process a warranty claim for a terrible sagging mattress, I find out that they coded our BRANDNEW purchase as a floor model. Big surprise, our salesperson is no longer working for the company. Avoid at all costs!
