Parcel Plus

I went by and this store is now closed.

Owner/​manager is rude and generally dislikes doing actual work. I’ve been there twice for a notary, and both times he complained about doing it. The one time I’ve used this location to mail a package, I requested and paid for a tracking number. He said he would email it to me, but never did. When I went to inquire about it the next day, he said he had no recollection of me. Thankfully I had the receipt. He said the package was already sent and that he hadn’t written down the number. I will go out of my way to never use this location again, even if it is the closest notary to where I live.

I’ve tried to go a couple times during their random lunch break, which they close the store for. Very inconvenient. I once tried to drop off a Prepaid UPS package and he refused to give me a receipt. What’s the big deal about giving a receipt for services? Not friendly or helpful.

It’s so good to have a place like parcel plus close by .

I will begin this write up with an upfront comment of don’t go to this Parcel’s Plus at Union Mill Rd!
Explanation: As you approach this store from the outside you would think it’s close due to its dim lights inside or not enough lighting. I think the owner is trying to save up money on his electric bills. This place looks like it was going out of business since the displays are not really that impressive with regards to shipping supplies. As I look around for box sizes the owner approach me of which size I’m looking for so I told him what I needed and pick the one on display. He told me that it was for sale and I responded «Do you have a new one?» his reply was no I don’t have a new one so I said how much you want for it. His reply was $x.xx and I said «wow» for a used and beaten up box with a removed label on top it was a little pricey. But since I was desperate I bought it but wasn’t really satisfied with it. Oh the owner pulled out another box from his supply with a different size but same «used» quality. WTF? Is he getting packing materials that are donated by people and reselling it to others? Btw during that same time I saw a guy who drop of a few used bubble wrap and packing materials on his counter I think it was a donation of some sort. Conclusion, the owner does have some poor business practice and seems unethical. So please go somewhere else if you have to.
