This Subway is basically across the street from where I live. Very walkable. Unfortunately 2 out of my last 5 visits they didn’t have any wheat bread. This last trip was the last straw. They didn’t have enough meatballs to make a footlong sub. At 5:45pm, you’d think they’d be ready for dinner. It would be one thing if it was 7pm and they just ran out. This is right before dinner. I asked for american cheese and he put provolone. I guess he didn’t hear me when I tried to correct him. He was too busy asking if I wanted parmesan cheese. Then they tried ringing me up for a footlong although I obviously had a 6inch. the cashier didn’t understand why I thought this was an issue. I dont think too many people are going to be checking of fast food reviews on Unilocal. But hopefully their district manager will. ps why does this location never have peanut butter cookies?

Sandwich«artists» refused to speak at an audible level and were clueless when given more than one sandwich to make at a time. It took both of them, and me repeating my order about 7 too many times for them to get meat on the bread. Guy in charge put on some gloves to get the process moving, the only saving grace. Food was standard, ice machine was nearly out of ice.

Not a big fan of Subway. Had to try since Panera wasn’t great. Only gave 3 star bc they play Who’s Crying Now by Journey in the shop. The workers are not friendly robot like and ask if I wanted my meatball heated of course. The food is bland and do not see how Subway stays in business. It is hard to find a good sub shop in Clifton. Overall the 2 stars come bc of value or cheapness of food.

Easily the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. If I really want Subway, I drive five miles rather than walk across the street, though I’m more likely to go to Firehouse now. I didn’t realize how much this place affected my opinion of the chain overall until I walked into another location and was shocked by how clean it was and how friendly everyone was. When you walk in, the employees look at you like you’re there to make your life difficult. During the day, you’re simply ignored until they’re ready to take your order, and at night you get hostile looks from behind the counter when you open the door. I thought for a while that it was just the evening folks, but the day/afternoon has gotten progressively worse. The place itself is dirty. I stopped going altogether when the Panera next door was super busy, and I realized I’d rather wait 20 minutes than go to the empty Subway.

there were 2 people behind the counter and i left after watching a huge backup. 1 person did the bread and the other person started cleaning instead of finishing sandwiches. the manager even came out and instead of putting on gloves, he just stood behind the cash register to watch the backup pile on. i won’t be back to this location.

I love it cause it’s fast and easy and cheap but I think they should add to their menus more often and they should haveore variety for salad only

Long story short… the absolute WORST subway ever! You can’t even get a decent soda there.

Hands down, the worst Subway I have ever been too. Dirty restaurant, rude employees. The two sandwich makers were coughing and sneezing into their gloved hands then handling food. ABSOLUTELYSTAYAWAY!!!

Your standard subways… but not as friendly or efficient IMO.
