Sharky’s Wings & Raw Bar

My first time at this place was a Wednesday and they had this AWSOME lobster special. They are known for wings but I personally think they are dry and over cooked!!!

place is pretty good. Small on the inside and tight, but good for chilling out and having some wings. I think they could def benefit from having a few more beers and a better variety of craft beers but thats nit-​picking. most people come here knowing exactly what they want to eat so it usually works out for them. I would have to say that I might come back, but I certainly prefer the Sharky’s in Boonton more.

Advise for owner maybe try acquiring a bigger location because guests that east to come to your establishment are forced to walk away because there is never any seats

If it weren’t for those lemon pepper wings, they wouldn’t see me at all.
The food is great but the service is lacking. The last three times I’ve been to Sharky’s, upon arrival, I’ve had to wave down a server or bartender to give us menus and clean the tables every time. And for some odd reason, without fail, they always have an attitude. Tell your servers and bartenders to smile, and to serve their patrons with their best foot forward.

First things first quality is ¹⁰⁄₁₀ food and drinks both taste great. Here’s my problem. I went tonight for the GSvsCHI game (1÷20÷16)
Wednesday and specials says «Wednesday $ 8.00 domestic pitchers»… We order two yeungling … Guess what they charged us $ 30.00 because yeungling isn’t domestic… Umm… Yeungling is brewed in Pottstown, pa… I’m pretty sure that’s domestic. Like really «freakin» domestic
They said they «choose what’s domestic»
In that case France is part of NJ bc I declared it domestic… Plus!!! 18% grat if the bill is over $ 50. Bullspit! U go have a good day of drinking and u get to pay a extra 18%
Everything is perfect about sharkeys except this bullshit ass domestic import and gratuity business
³⁄₅ only bc the wings and cold beer. Hustlers tho. Stay smart

If you are reading this review… you should just go to this place right now!!! If you want some crispy fried flavorful wings… get moving like Marquis said. I was looking for some fried chicken and found this place from boy Marquis C. review.
Now when you 1^st walk-​in is looks small, but go to the back and there is more seating. There are televisions and liquor everywhere. Now we happen to come on the right night (Monday) for wings and was not disappointed at all. Do you when something taste so good you have to lick your fingers… that was here and in this place.
So I ordered medium buffalo wings and maryland wings (old bay with butter). Fred ordered terriakyi, blackend wings with fresh garlic and maryland wings with fresh garlic. I must say no matter what you order you wont go wrong. Fred ordered french fries that looked so good, but i couldn’t indulge due to my gluttony over the weekend. The medium wings was just enough spice to make me enjoy it without having to drink excess water. The sauce was running down my hand… ummmmmmmmmmmmm good!
I would come back in a heartbeat especially at happy hour after work with a group of friends or by myself so I don’t have to share my wangsss!

This bar is small with lots of TV’s. They have wings and a raw bar plus other bar food, but the wings are the main attraction. Many different sauces to choose from.
Mostly Pittsburgh fans, some Giants and God forbid you are a jets fan. Staff (2)copes somewhat well with the bar but you may find yourself waiting a bit. Wings were good but not the best, at a modest price. Lots of beer on tap and bottled. Parking on available on the street.

Small/​divey bar. Attentive ‘tenders. Good food.
It’s bar food so the winners are the wings and burgers w/​fries. The happy hour priced beers (decent amount on tap). A few TV’s to watch some sports. Some tables to have a sit down meal. It’s in an industrial/​residential area. ENJOY!

Our favorite wing and steamed clam place ever ! No one has better wings or steamed clams than here ! Obsessed ! The only down side is you have to go on off days (when any type of sport isn’t on lol) or it’s super packed !

Yummy lil bar. Great happy hour drinks and wings @ .60 a pop! Not for kids because it truly is a bar but cool vibe, nothing fancy, intimate and chill. Oh and a veey cool jukebox too… You can control right via your smartphone. Wings were yummy! Saucy and not breaded.

I’ve been here once, and I loved it. I have a slew of friends that come regularly.
Nothing out of the ordinary on their bar. Just good beers on tap, and pretty decently-​made cocktails.
Their WINGS, on the other hand? They are just heavenly. On certain nights, they have wing specials. And the sauces are the SHIZ-​NIT. Why are you still reading? Go check them out. Like now, dude. Seriously. Get off your butt. Away from your computer. Put down your phone. And go get the wiiiiiiiiiiiiings, dude.

The tenders are huge !!! I loved my 10 piece hot tenders, the best tenders I’ve had by far! Highly recommended. I loved it.

When you walk into this place, the first thing you notice is how small it is. This place is literally one of the smallest bars ever. Luckily, we did not go during prime time and we were able to get a table. You may notice that this is a dive bar, but don’t let that fool you, the wings are amazing!
I’m not much of a wing person, but the ones here are awesome. There is a large selection of sauce flavors and I love the option to add garlic. My favorites are the traditional hot buffalo sauce and the spicy BBQ, with garlic of course! Due to the size of this place, I’d recommend just calling ahead and ordering their wings to go. I took home leftovers and reheated them in the oven the next day and they were still super tasty. I haven’t tried the other food, but this spot gets 5 stars for their wings alone!

There’s not much I can say that hasn’t already been brought up in other reviews. The place is tiny (probably about the size of my studio apartment) and fills up very quickly. But their wings are pretty darn good. Not as good as the Chicken or the Egg down in LBI (my gold standard when it comes to wings), but I thought they were better than Hooters’ wings and so much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Great prices for happy hour too (weekdays 4 – 7)!
I recommend trying their Parmesan sauce with garlic… finger-​licking good! Their varying degrees of buffalo sauce are pretty standard. I’ll have to come back to check out their sandwiches.

Been wanting to stop here for a while so finally got a chance to. it’s a little hole in the wall bar … Very tiny inside and surprisingly PACKED at 530 pm on a Saturday… 30 minutes later got a table. ordered your typical bar food plus oysters …

Bacon, cheese, ranch fries ehhhh wasn’t the best I’ve had but I guess I can’t expect much from a bar when it comes to fries …
They seem a tad under cooked… I wish they could of been crispy… The bacon reminded me of the bacon that u just put of salads that come in the seasoning aisle… And it had cheap cheese that didn’t even melt in the fries and the ranch dressing was no where in sight which I guess I’m glad they forgot it trying to watch my figure … It was all my husband’s idea … The oysters ummmmm at least they were fresh…

My friends and I stopped here on a «food adventure» around New Jersey because we heard the wings were top notch. We heard right. There were so many different flavored to choose from, from traditional mild to a jalapeño-​infused one, and all were interesting and really tasty.
The owner is also incredibly nice. She gave us an extra flavor to try and chatted with us about the rest of our food-​filled day. Super sweet!
It’s not a huge place, but the vibe is great. Very casual, but a little down the shore edge and a great place for a big group of friends to watch a game or just chill. We’re just upset we had never been in before when we all lived closer to Clifton!

Awesome HH bar! Beware though– it gets packed!!! I didn’t expect it to be this small… But it was well worth the wait. They have so many variety beers to try as well. They rotate a few beers and wing flavors. Their wings are what you should get. I hear their clams are cheap for HH but we missed it since it was so packed so I suggest if you coming for a game … Get there early! Service is great though regardless of how packed it can be. We tried the hot garlic flavor and it had a nice kick to it … I also tried the grilled chicken sandwich and their kaiser roll is so soft and chewy… But their fries were ehh.

So i came here on a wednesday night around 8, and i was expecting it to be dead on this cold winter night. Man, i was wrong. Packed!!! I couldnt believe it. We luckily got two seats at the bar. This place is as awesome as a dive bar with great food gets. We got a bunch of food, and i loved it all. Raw clams and oysters! YES!!! pull and peel shrimp was also pretty amazing. Oh yes then on to the old bay/​butter wings. DELISH!!! Martini to go with it all… Prices are great, food is great!
Their happy hour deals seem amazing. I will definitely be coming back here again! Love it!
