Great job with the renovations that they made to this place. I remember coming here after watching a movie at the AMC nearby when I was still a tween. Funny how life moves along. I’m glad that this location has staying power. Considering Wendy’s is my go-to fast food restaurant it’s nice to see that some locations do stay in business. It gives me peach of mind that should hunger hits in the area, I know there will be a Wendy’s to satisfy the craving. Going back to the renovation though, I really like how they have designed it to look more like a chic Euro-style café. It reminds me of the fast food McDonald’s in Europe. Warm colors, comfy chairs, and faux-wood abound. It gives the diner a nice environment to enjoy that Baconator, ’cause let’s face it that’s what we all come for.

If it wasn’t for the fact that I had to be at work, I would have taken my order back! First of all, when I was doing my window order, I was rushed to think things weren’t available… I ordered the half size apple pecan chicken salad… he told me there were none. When I inquired how can there be a whole salad and not a half, he said the wait for a half would be 5min. And that was OK. I asked how much more would it be for a side of bacon, they charged me .90 cents, and that was OK, too. When I got to the window, there were no pecan in my bag… when I asked for them, there was a young man standing behind the young lady who was serving me, he told her to tell me there was no more… not even giving her the opportunity to check. I get to work and the salad looked horrible!!! Didn’t even give me silver ware!!! Totally not good at all!!!

Horrible!!! Worst Wendy I’ve ever been to!!! Long line and the 2 lanes in the drive trough is terrible what a stupid idea!!! One line is fast then the other depends on who’s taking your order so even if you were there before the other car you might get your food wayyyyy after!!! Also the merging of the 2 lanes is horrible people fighting!!! Wow worst experience will never come here and don’t recommend!

Nevermind the food, because the food here is good. No matter how many times you order, the food is just the same.

This particular Wendy’s location has had it’s ups and downs over the years (been coming here for over 5 years since it is down the street from my office). For the most part, I do tend to think the food here at this location has been above par compared to the other fast food restaurants in the area, it’s really just the speed at times that they can get orders out. Recently renovated, the location looks great, however the speed of service has dipped even more, at times taking close to if not over 15 minutes to get your food.

This location always gets my order wrong no matter how hard I try. The fries are often cold or over cooked. The chicken is dry and old. I would say 1 out of 10 times it’s good. Very disappointing.

Unilocal will not allow a review less than 1 star. With that being said, it’s Wendy’s food which is convenient and tasty. This place will ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG. Be sure to pull over and check the content before driving away. They will mess up your order regardless of how accurate the screen shows. If it wasn’t for convenience, I would never return.

This place is not worth the time ! They have two drive threw Windows that turn into one lane! that’s a fight waiting to happen, I’ve been on this line now for more then 10min. I was better off going inside and placing an order. Then going to the drive threw.

Hey Wendy’s, you really wowed me!
Haven’t been here in over a year. Their In-House Customer Service ordering is now so well organized and efficient at lunchtime! The waiting line was nonexistent. One cashier took each order.
The cashier took time out and answered all my questions nicely and efficiently.
No sooner did I order a small lemonade and a Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich, it was given to me. The table with straws, utensils, napkins etc. was conveniently within reach after you placed your order.
The entire restaurant appeared very clean.
The food preparers appeared proficient.
Wendy’s now has indoor and outdoor dining. I made an interesting observation while eating outdoors:
The flow of cars kept moving through the drive-through window. This was amazing at lunchtime.
Lastly, I can’t forget to mention that the Lemonade and Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich was very good for fast food!!!

The place is new, modern, and beautiful. It also offers TWO lanes for the drive-thru, but the lines were a little slow moving because they don’t have a good system to determine which order is yours. They ask you what you ordered when you pull up to the window. Maybe they should assign numbers or letters. That could help. My son said his nuggets were better than other Wendy’s and we both agreed the fries were better than at other locations, but my chicken sandwich was undercooked and tough when eating. I threw most away. And it is very hard to pull out of the lot — as another person mentioned. A left is nearly impossible and a right is still tricking bc you are dealing with people coming from two directions on your left — the street and the shopping center across the way.

Usual good food but people need to learn how to use the double drive thru lanes. No one gets it and it needs to be defined better. It’s chaotic in that parking lot. Best to park and get food inside of you see a long line.

Wendy’s, you’ve impressed me. I have to say, I was skeptical when this location closed down. What was going to replace it, what’s going on? They demolished the existing structure, and left us all curious. But what they did was build a nice, newer, cleaner, more modern Wendy’s in it’s place.
I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I stopped in here one evening. This Wendy’s location is ultra modern and even has 2 of the fancy soda machines that have hundreds of flavor combinations available to suit your fancy. The parking situation is decent as well. And they even have a double line for the drive through to take your orders twice as fast. It’s actually pretty ingenious if you ask me. There was a nice outdoors section too.
I definitely will be back soon.
