I usually sleep on my reviews for a few days to be more objective in my evaluation for the place. However, I cannot sleep because of the horrible food that I ate at this place. I went to this place with my friend after finding that the place has four stars. We walked in, the place was empty. They told us we could sit wherever we want so we did. The waitress came and asked us if we need anything to drink and she got us water, and took our order. We ended up ordering a combo which includes chicken kabob and/or kafta, rice, and Hummus or Baba ghanoush. Although there was no one in the place, someone has placed an order to go(not a big order). We waited exactly a half hour before the waitress brought our food(the place is very mismanaged). They were not able to squeeze a tiny order while preparing for the other order they had. During this half hour the waitress did not come and checked on us and neither did she apologize or explained why our food was taking so long to prepare. Now the food, check out my pictures about the Kafta they brought us(not the same picture they advertise in the menu). I have lived in the middle east for 19 years and I never had Kafta that look like patties. They basically brought us beef patties instead of Kafta. On to of that, the Kafta was very greasy and was not tasty at all. The rice was al dente and with no flavor(I think they used Mexican rice, a no no for arabic food). As for the prices, the place is not elegant. It is a very basic place with uncomfortable chairs that you can find at tim horton or a fast food restaurant. Definitively over price for the seating and the amount of food you receive. This area is rich with great middle eastern food and I do not know how such a place got 4 stars in comparison to the other places with equivalent price and better food nearby. Furthermore, I got an upset stomach from the food and ended up going to Meijer to purchase some vernors. I highly discourage people from going to this place. Look for other places on Hall Road and on Schoenherr.

We eat here often, both carry out and dine in. Best Mediterranean food. Always fresh and delicious. The salads are great, love their homemade dressing. The wraps are wonderful as well as the shawarma and everything else we have had. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Always a good experience when we dine here.

You guys have the best food in this area & I have been coming in for years with never anything bad to say. However my last 4 times have been horrible! The fist bad experience was a dine in & the last 3 bad experiences have been carry out. I called and placed a order only to pick it up & you guys didn’t even have it even tho it’s on the menu & I had to wait 15 extra minutes for them to make & pack my food. I was told to pick it up in 15 minutes & I got there after 20 minutes & the food wasn’t ready. I usually order before work so I’m on a schedule & I have a long drive to work. & im always ordering for ppl at work because they also like your food. Today I called in my order at 11:20. She said 15 minutes. I got up there at 11:40. When I walked in she then decided to give the cook my order. I even had soup & hummus that she clearly could of taken care of before. But no she was serving tables & cashing out other carry out customers. My fries were not even put into the fryer until 10 minutes after I had been there! So I left your restaurant at 12:15! That’s the time I had to be at work. There’s no reason my carry out order should have taken almost a hour! It saddens me because you have great food. But I will not be returning. I will find another place that has good chicken shawarmas. And I will be telling everyone that I know, & a lot of ppl on my street say you guys are going down hill, plus the ppl I work with. I almost just asked for my money back today & left without my food. But I knew it would be my last time eating there. Maybe I will try again if you guys are still open in a few years. & I posted a great review after the 1st time I was there. Too bad you guys have very poor customer service

Well it’s my second time here and we decided to dine in. One table came in after us and got there food before us and left before us. I’ve been here for 1 hour and still no food so far… The food here is great, but the service is very very poor, so poor that I’m just ready to leave. They need more help in the kitchen and more wait staff.

Worst fries I have ever had. The pitas with the shawarma were crap too. The beef shawarma itself wasn’t bad but overall it’s just not good Lebanese food. I hate to leave negative feedback on someone’s business but there’s no passion going on here.

The meat and chicken was very good, that was about it. The rice had no flavor, the pita was not homemade and was terrible. Just a general comment. The Middle Eastern food in this area has gone down hill a bit. It’s become rather expensive for something that is pretty inexpensive to make.

Best fattoush I’ve had. Shawarma was great, hummus good, tabouli good, grape leaves swimming in oil(yucker doodles). Twice I’ve had the best fattoush and worst grape leaves. Everything else is great, they even whipped up a galaba for my man, just for the love of God, stay away from the grape leaves.

Delicious Shawarma! Very garlicky. Very good food all around. They made some chicken tenders for my daughter even though they aren’t on the menu.

Let me start by saying I LOVE the food here. Always fresh and cooked wonderfully. The Kafta is my favorite and the Hummus and Shawarma are delicious. The reason I can’t give more stars is the prices are pretty high and the ambiance is no better than sitting in front of your TV at home. And the service is. Well…Slow at best. And the staff never seems to smile. I feel like I am intruding on their space if I choose to eat there. And they serve salad in a plastic bowl which bothers me. No music playing. Just a TV on with some sort of scenery channel. The phrase«Fine Dining prices at a Fast Food space» comes to mind. Get carry-out. Better option.

This place food isn’t bad but I can’t give 4 stars because thier food is ridiculously over priced.

So so so good! I had the hummus(a must get) and the regular falafel sandwich. Both were excellent. I would recommend getting the super falafel sandwich which is the normal falafel sandwich with hummus and tabouli. I made the mistake of thinking it just had more falafel in it– not the case. My friend got the Super though and it was better than the Regular because of the added fillings. Would go back!

I love the chicken swarma that come out of this restaurant. This place has been successful for a few years now but prior to that similar businesses serving similar food have come up short. So hats off to the current owners that I figured out how to run this place correctly and produce a consistent delicious product. Also when I’m not getting the chicken swarma sandwich the chicken cream chop dinner is very good. I recommend this place on a regular basis to people that are looking for good middle Eastern cuisine.

Fresh food, great service. Carey out orders are always right and hot. Daily specials and Unilocal specials.

By far THEBEST Mediterranean food around! This place beats Bucharest grill(In Detroit) out of the water! Portion sizes are huge! I got their new wrap; grilled chicken, garlic sauce, cabbage and fries and it was absolutely amazing. To top it off their hummus is the best I have ever had. And I’m Greek!(Haha)

I had high hopes for this place after all the great reviews. It was ok. The service wasn’t great– I ordered the Lebanese Salad with chicken and was given a fattoush instead. Irritating to pick out the pita chips but not the end of the world. We were there at an odd time and the only ones there so I’m not sure why the service wasn’t better. Besides the wrong salad, she never came back after the food was brought to see if we needed anything and forgot the extra plate we asked for. As for the food, it was ok. Nothing remarkable about the garlic or the dressing on my salad which was saturated. The chicken shawarma sandwich was pretty good but the regular iced tea was pretty bad. This isn’t convenient for us to get to so I don’t think we’ll be back.

By far my new favorite Lebanese restaurant! My mom and dined in last night after spending the evening at the doctors nearby. I was browsing Unilocal and found this awesome place! 4.5÷5 stars is pretty awesome! Not to mention the restaurant was ONLY five minutes from where we were and my stomach was already growling after reading some reviews and looking at some pictures. We were greeted and seated immediately. Nice place with several booths, tables and TV’s. We were informed the menu’s were temporary and just paper but the waitress knew the menu like the back of her hand and was able to answer all of our questions. I ordered the chicken Schwarma pita. Unlike other restaurants, Fattoush makes their chicken schwarma with all white meat chicken. No dark meat. Perfectly seasoned with lots of spice and flavor but not overkill. Best garlic dip around! Homemade and very very garlicky. Served warm with warm pita bread. They don’t have a bread oven so the pita bread comes in fresh every morning from a local bakery. Free side of hummus with Unilocal check in. Pretty big size too. Best hummus I have had from a restaurant. Not dry or running at all. Very addicting! Come here hungry. You won’t leave disappointed. This was my first time here and I can’t wait to bring my boyfriend here to try the rest of the menu. So many choices. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

This was pretty darn tasty! While I think the hummus was not my favorite in the area, the rest of the food was very good. We ordered the starter combo to get a good idea of their staples, and then split the chicken schwarma. The starter platter was good and came with lots of pita bread.(yay!) In the entrée the rice was velvety and flavorful, the chicken was tender and well seasoned, and the veggies were tasty. I’d love to try some other things on the menu, especially since it’s so close to my house!
