I called to place an order at 8:15 and was told it would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. I called at 9:30 and was told the driver was headed out the door. I called at 9:50 and was told the owner was making the delivery and had left 25 minutes ago. It’s a 7 – 10 minute drive from the place to my hotel. No update call, nothing. Who wants to wait 2 hours for a 10 inch pizza and a salad? Not I. So I cancelled the order. Moral: don’t order delivery with a place with minimal reviews.

Horrible customer service. Store owner would not except gift certificate from own store. Gift certificate was provided by store manager of location due to two bad experiences with orders not being correct. Gift certificate was in the amount of $ 40 dollars, so I am assuming he did not want to honor that amount. Probably would have been different if it was a lower value. He claimed it was not his signature, and since it was hand written he would not accept certificate. Unbelievable!

This place says they deliver on base but really they just deliver to base. You have to go pick it up at the gate. I’ve tried multiple times just to be sure.
