This store tends to get packed only during the holidays especially a few weeks before Christmas.
Otherwise the store is never packed. Good selection of toys and Thomas the Train set for younger kids to play with. They do take it away during holiday shopping time.
This store also sells some baby toys, MN9S5VZHN, strollers and etc.
Bathrooms here are not clean at all. Very disgusting — rough when you have a toddler who needs to go to the bathroom.
Employees are overall helpful.

This place has toys, but the worst customer service you could ever imagine. You can get better selection and prices elsewhere, do yourself a favor and don’t come here unless you want to be ignored until you are impatient and then get a service rep who walks away in the middle of a transaction and leaves you there for over 5 minutes while they complain about their job. I can’t believe they have such a horrible environment. I would never let a kid come in this store. Someone is always screaming about something. It’s straight outta Ghetto-ville. There is no place in this world for stores like this.

It is pretty crowded every time I come here, which is not too often. The only reason I would shop here is if we are buying toys for nephews. The toy selection is pretty good here, but the shopping experience is not that great. There are always kids running amass here and the toys are somewhat unorganized on the shelves. The staff members are difficult to find for assistance.

Good variety of items but if you need help finding a particular item, don’t count on any associate to help you. Associates I asked a question of today said the item didn’t sound familiar and they went back to what they were doing. I later found the item myself. I’d recommend sticking to other retailers or buying online.
