Ineptitude defined in the pharmacy. It’s a crap shoot if they get my insurance applied correctly. Spent months paying $$ for my scrips only to discover from another CVS that they were charging me substantially too much incorrectly. Of course if you don’t tell them they made a mistake within a couple of weeks they can’t refund. Hundreds of & eaten. Furthermore when you try to transfer the scrip they eat up a refill. Now again a painful back and forth struggle to avoid being charged full price. I’m going out if my way to go to the Northvale store. They actually understand How a pharmacy works and therefore how not to lazily rip off their customers.

I visit this location often and it has what I need… pharmacy, gift cards, and over the counters meds! They also have a photo lab and sell some basic food items like milk and eggs. Make sure you get an extra care card which allows you to participate in sales but also gives you cash back coupons at times.
