Delicious macaroons, ample seating, parking and good cappucinos. Similar to city bakeries such as Paris Baguette all over NYC.

This place is excellent with macaroons! I believe it’s a kept in a refrigerated display case so they taste delicious cold. Very clean place, you can sit back relax and enjoy a nice cup of latte or order to go. Helpful and friendly staff!

Great pastries, bread and bubble tea. Faces are the lychee bubble tea, milk rolls and florentine cookies. I’m usually just in and out but they do have a lot of seating upstairs. It seems like everyone comes here with their laptops to use the free wifi. Definitely a better option to study than Starbucks, since it’s always quiet– and the beverages are infinitely better.

My coworker told me about Tous Les Jours after I was raving about Paris Baguette which is also awesome but quite a drive for me. It’s nice to find a delicious local Korean bakery. They have a wide variety of pastries and cakes. I purchased a strawberry vanilla cake for a birthday, it was a decent size and $ 28. I love that they provide candles and a spatula, it’s the whole package. The cake itself was so light and yummy. We never finish whole cakes that we buy because they’re so sweet and heavy. This was perfect and everyone was left wanting more! If you’ve never tried Korean baked goods before I definitely recommend trying it. This is what dreams are made of!

Great pastries. The know what they are doing when it comes to baking. Big fan of the Mocha Cream Bread. Though a sign on the wall says they offer non baked savory food(soup, salads, sandwiches), I never found a clear menu with prices offering them. They also don’t indicate which pastries they will heat for you to eat warm and which are left at temp.

Today I bought my breakfast and lunch here. All the bread and pastries are very good. A little pricy but it’s worth the price. The coffee is good, too.

Tous Les Jours is not unlike Paris Baquette and Caffe Benne, which are all Korean themed French cafes. They serve a variety of French pastries, Korean pastries, and some fusion pastries. Everything is laid out very organized and makes the whole process very straightforward. The various pastries all looked very fresh and very pretty. It’s self-service where you select what you want and place it on a serving tray and pay at the counter. At that point you can choose to either eat-in at the large and clean 2nd floor seating area comprised of tables and bench seating, or take your food to go. Ordered a regular 16oz. coffee and was happy to see they serve illy coffee which is one of my favorite brands. I still think illy coffee is some of the best tasting coffee you can enjoy. For the pastry end I selected a sugar donut twist and a red bean paste filled fritter. Both were fine, but honestly nothing special. The donut twist was solid but not as flavorful as I would expect. It was a tad oily as the paper it was served on revealed a fair amount absorption from the donut twist. The red bean fritter was solid too. Red bean filling was not sweet and a little bland. The fritter was again just a little oily. The 2nd floor sitting area is very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is very coffeehouse casual where you can connect to their free wifi and lounge for a few hours. Solid choice for some really good coffee, but I would think twice on what you pick up in terms of food.

The cakes and pastries here are good, though variety is lacking compared to other Korean bakeries. Pricewise, I believe it is about 20%-30% higher than the average popular bakeries in Fort Lee. The crushed ice desert here was ok(I am used to huge beautiful portions with lots of fruit and ice cream in other places but theirs is a shabby arrangement of ice with few pieces of fruit on top, little bit of mochi and some syrup, a total let down for $ 14). I would give it a 4 for overall taste of pastries compared to the few korean bakeries available in the area, but take a star out for value and variety.

For a gluten-free person I was quite happy to have one of my rear gluten indulgences in this carefully manicured place. The only thing missing for me is the latest K-pop music.

I love Tous Les Jours bread and baked goods(the entire chain), but service here is horribly slow and they never fill up drinks to the top. And not only that, they do not recycle! Please get a recycling program — this should be a top priority.

This will become one of my go-to coffee shops very soon. Why? — Ample choices of coffees, teas, bubble teas, etc. — Good seating upstairs with mellow music and free wifi(no pw required) — Fresh pastries and sandwiches made every day — Free parking(it’s Closter) unlike the Caffebenes in Palisades Park and Fort Lee — Beautiful cakes and other pretty edible things to give to people — It is a chain of one of Korea’s most popular bakeries, with good reason

Had the macaroons and fruit cake. This place is better than most conventional bakeries. Leave it to the Koreans to get French bakery right. Exceptionally polite staff and a chic décor made the experience even better. Making this a regular for the family !

I almost wish I hadn’t stumbled upon this place, as it’s down the street from my job, and I can see myself developing a serious problem and going here every day. Yes, it’s a chain, and I’m not usually one for chains. However, the selection here is fantastic, the ingredients are of high quality, and the result is a selection of treats that are almost impossible to chose from. I left with a red bean and cream pastry(which was so tasty and fresh that I was reluctant to split it with my friend) and a perfectly sweet and salty macaroon: salted caramel(yum) adorned with a heart. Too cute. My iced green tea bubble tea was also delicious. Though I was leaving with my snacks to return to the grind, this location is very spacious and has a huge seating area upstairs, which I would love to check out. They did a really nice job with the layout, keeping the downstairs area as a nicely thought out retail area, and the upstairs as a place to settle in for snacking and chatting. I can’t wait to treat myself to something else from this place. It’s dangerous!

A known Korean bakery chain staple is finally open for business in Closter! I believe they replaced the furniture store that used to be there. I didn’t even know they had opened until I recently had a day date with my mama who suggested we go there to grab some pastries & coffee. As always, the pastries and drinks(coffee/tea/bubble tea) were delicious. Each pastry typically runs $ 2 – 3 unless you get the loaves of specialty bread or cake and they always have samples of different pastries available for you to try(I must’ve grabbed at least 5 samples…). If I was still a student, I definitely would’ve come here to get some studying done as they have a sizable 2nd floor with plentiful room for tables & chairs. Great place to catch up with a friend or relax.
