Chase Bank

Customer service has always been top notch here, although I have never needed nor had to wait for a banker. My one real complaint is that all the ATM’s are filthy! The buttons have so much finger grime on them that you can hardly read the numbers! This is unsanitary and makes me wonder about what kind of people are running the place if they don’t check out every aspect of the business, I wonder why they do not care about the health of there customers. Start doing better and you’ll get better reviews!

This branch has horrible customer service, went in today needed help from a banker, 3 people behind the counter talking and laughing, the teller said she couldn’t help, after sitting in lobby & waiting about 20 minutes I asked if any of them could help, lady got all snippy and said we are busy. I have been with Chase (previously Wamu) almost 18 years, I am closing all my accounts after the service I am receiving in this branch, not just today but everytime I go here, as well as shaw and fowler location, I called the 800 # and cancelled my Chase freedom cards and closed my savings, checking account will be gone next once I get everything transferred to new credit union. When I complained the banker lady told me «if you don’t like our fees go to a credit union» I took her advice

One teller on the first Saturday of the month, seriously? Obviouslly their manager hasn’t spent much time in Fresno around the first!
