Wonderful center! They genuinely care for the infants and kids. The director and assistant director are very flexible with my schedule which is great! The teachers are so sweet and I trust them to care for my child.

Terrible facility. I had my daughter there for three months and Before every weekend she would be sick. Four months ago paramedics had to be called out due to seizures from what I believe to be negligence and lack of compassion. She has not been back since and as well she has not been sick at all since. Beware and check on your child unexpectedly. Childcare should have cameras on staff and children at all times this day and age.

It’s easy to write a review under an anonymous name. I have had my children (2 of them) at this KinderCare for going on 5 years now. The directors (Andrea and Patricia) are awesome. They are fair and have handled any situations I have had. My children have moved up from the infant room to the 4 year old room. My kids and I love their teachers. For American P, all parents are instructed to have on hand an extra set of clothes. If you don’t do your part as a parent, that is on you. I have never had that type of issue because I follow the centers guidelines. I come at all different times of the day and yes, unexpectedly as well, and I always see my child being treated with love and respect by the staff. As an educator myself, I would highly recommend this center. Do they have a lot of kids, YES. Do they comply with the ratios that are assigned by the state of California, Yes. As a center they must be doing something right to have so many parents trust them with their children. Keep up the GREAT WORK Shaw and Villa KinderCare!

Andrea and Patricia have been very accommodating with my fluid schedule that keeps changing.
I’ve brought my infant and 8 year old here and all was well.
The staff seems to care about their children.

Would not recommend this child care center to care for under 1-​year of age. Adult to child ratio is inadequate.
Attention to infants is inadequate.
Cleanliness as far as monitoring and preventing the spread of illness is inadequate
Overall this is an inadequate daycare facility and severely understaffed.

I am very comfortable leaving my daughter here every week. The teachers in her class are amazing that she wants to leave my arms and go with them right away. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of child care. Everyone here is so friendly and great
