The customer service was fantastic. We met Tami and Eduardo. Both should definitely be the next managers. They are super kind even at 2 am. Eduardo was our main server and Tamil was one of the best servers I have ever seen. I definitely recommend you stopping by to enjoy a good meal and a great conversation with tami and Eduardo. Great service, clean, good food. The manager makes rounds just as much as the servers, we had Guadalupe as our server and she was so sweet. Great overall experience for a Denny’s.

I came in to order a take out meal. The cashier had not been friendly, when I explained I hadn’t been in for a while that I wasn’t sure if what I would be ordering was still in the menu as a meal. I then explained to him what I wanted to order. He ended up asking me 4 additional times each item I ordered, which was only 4 items. He then gave me my receipt, expecting a tip(he didnt provide an once of service, it’s a take out order). He didn’t tell me how much the meal was, he clearly seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I gave him my card thinking over could the price really have gone up that much. I grabbed a menu to review and found that he had side dish line items each of the items of my meal. Rather then charging me the price listed in the menu for my meal. I approached him to show him and he was like Ohh that’s what you want? Well what I have you was cheaper. He then got his manager, no one having apologized for their bad service thus far the manager comes out waving his hands acting like I should just accept the price in had been given. The cashier had taken my receipt back to the kitchen. The manager then started to tell me that they no longer make my requested version of mac and cheese, even though I explained I would take the normal version(he had a slight attitude about it). He walked away, no one telling me what step would be taken next for my reimbuesement. The cashier came out again as I was still standing at the register and tells me «oh he’s going to fix it» pointing to the kitchen area. The manager shortly brings out my meal and asks me if there’s anything else. I tell him yea, my reimbuesement for the difference. So he walks back to the register and asks for my receipt, I tell him his employee took it. He scrambled through the reciepts on the counter and finds their copy of my order. I asked of his employee was new and he kind of shrugs and tells me the the meal itself is close to $ 11 itself, when I clearly know the price as I brought it to the cashier myself. The manager then proceeds to tell me that there isn’t a big difference in price like $ 2…but he will give it to me, whatever, but that he gave me an extra side of mashed potatoes. I didn’t need extra potatoes, i needed you to get my order right, and be professional, and some customer service would have been nice. Completely rude, completely unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this location.

Well I went in here today and got essentially the same breakfast that I got from I hop earlier this week. I had Guadalupe as my server March 16th2016 at 10:40 am. she was very nice, a little forgetful for a day that was only slightly busy but I would not complain about her. Again very nice but she forgot my cup of ice and coffee she did quickly grabbed it once she realized it though. So no real complaints on her. We are all human and forget things. The food was almost the same as I hop but the bacon felt microwaved and not crispy. Maybe I have to ask for it crispy, who knows. The cinnamon bun pancakes are called cinnamon pancakes here but essentially the same as I hop cinnamon bun pancakes but less toppings. My experience seemed rushed but that can be great for someone in a hurry. Food was brought to me quickly and I was out of there in like 20 – 25 minutes and I didn’t rush my eating. I’ll be back but I won’t expect the same experience as I hop. It is priced lower than I hop at Denny’s by about 2 – 3 dollars for my meal. Overall happy. I’ll come here when I’m in a hurry. Another plus is the loyalty card. That was a good move Denny’s.

Every time I come here my food is always cold. Even when I ask for it to be hot/sizzling. It’s always either warm or cold. It’s not even busy how can you not bring it when it’s still hot. Even fast food is more hot/fresh than Denny’s. The only reason why I keep coming here to this shit hole is because Denny is open late. New night shift servers please.

Smh Tami B our server was not great at all she served my Mom a cold non sizzling skillet, literally a cold skillet. Hmm then she brings back the same skillet a second time after being«re heated» and says«oh sorry the veggies weren’t thrown on the grill. «YES, the skillet was still cold with cold potatoes and veggies with luke warm chicken. Lawd never again I left her a tip on her ticket at what NOTTODO and the manager apologizes but prints a new ticket for her server Tami, because I’m sure she was embarrassed about the TIP I left. Which read«Please do not serve cold food, than re heat and bring it back cold thanks! Haha never again.

Let’s put it simply, HIREMORESTAFF!!! They are short staffed, and because of that it took our meal an hour and 15 min. for a couple of hamburgers. Other people got their food before us, even though they were seated after us. We were starving. Our waitress brought us our drinks, but never came back. I am never going back here, there are other Denny’s around town. Plus, they charged me extra, failed to put my meal on our Denny’s perks, and the manager was no help. At least he apologized for taking forever, but didnt really do anything to comp us for something or try to make up for it. I dont know who’s fault is it, but there is no sense of urgency.

My family & I eat here often. The food taste great & is always prepared the way we ask. I just love the friendly staff, that work hard to please. The waitress Courtney is my fave. She always has a smile & pleasant personality. She is always patient with me & my hard to please family, which make the food even more pleasant. I recommend this Denny’s above all the others in Fresno.

This place is unbelievable… the server is not rude, but very unpersonable, unable to reciprocate a party of 5’s drink order… talked over our group as we tried to place out order only to raise his voice… way out of line. After we got our more complicated drink orders first he completly ignoted the simple drink order of water to yhe table. He seems as if hes been employed all his life here, you would think he would be friendly and more consider to a large group… would not reccommend anyone to eat here. If there was a choice to put negative stars… i would.

First let’s start off with the food. My Baja burger was pretty good. That was the highpoint of my meal, that my food tasted good. Now let’s get into the problems with this resturaunt the service is terrible and we were pretty much ignored it was a little busy so I can understand that we might be forgotten for bigger tables but this is a continuing issue even when it is not very busy. They asked us if we wanted ranch or anything for our fries but neglected to tell us that there is a 50 cent charge for a small ranch and that’s not a problem but we were offered it without being told it was extra. At this point I think OK no big deal I tip a couple dollars and I take my copy of the receipt and leave. I later check my bank account and find that I was charged 67 dollars or so for my 14 dollar meal I look at my copy of the bill and there is a 52 dollar gratuity attached to it. I went back to the Dennys showed them and I was told they do not do gratuity ever and asked why it was on there and they said that the tip must have been misread but if it was what I tipped then it would have said tip on the receipt and pointed this out to them and said either Somone does not know how to use the register or it looks an awful lot like Somone had some one is stealing from customers save your money and go somewhere else

Today, we visited the restaurant 1505 in Clovis, California. We arrived at 10 minutes after 10AM. We were seated at 10:35. Our party consisted of two adults, two teens, and two children, both under the age of eight. The host, Drake, advised us that Mike would be our server. After waiting 20 minutes with no visitation to our table by any server, I had to get up and find the gentleman that was supposed to be our server and ask for beverages. Two tables of customers, that arrived after we have been seated, already had drinks and their orders taken. We waited an additional 10 minutes after requesting beverages from Mike. Mike advised he was not our server and we would be assisted by Jocelyn. I then had to visit the hostess kiosk to ask the manager for assistance. We had not even received drinks. We did not have spoons with our silverware and had to request this, the salt was missing from our table, we asked for additional sugar substitute packets, then waited a significant amount of time before we received what was needed for our coffees. Servers repeatedly were in the area of our table but walked around us-no one stopped to assist us or provide refills. We had to leave our seats to find a server who would refill our beverages. Once we had finally placed our order with Mike, not our waitress, our food arrived with incomplete and incorrect items that had to be corrected. We flagged down Jocelyn, who Mike had said would be our waitress, to be told that she was not our waitress and another person, Amanda was supposed to be assisting us. After all of this, we stopped Amanda in passing, to ask who our server was supposed to be. At this point, no waitress or waiter I had arrived at our table to introduce themselves as our server, to check on our food, to check on our service, or to provide us with the refills or anything else we needed. Amanda then proceeded to tell us that she was supposed to have been our server. Apparently, no one knew who supposed to be helping us. The manager never returned to our table to ensure that the issues we had at the beginning of our meal have been resolved, which they have not been. Upon paying for our meals, the host did not ask about our satisfaction, though he did ask the couple next to us if they were satisfied with their service. I am very dissatisfied with how we were treated. Our table was near the front of the restaurant, in the center of the room, with booths on either side. We saw four servers in our immediate area that passed by us repeatedly. We were not in an out of the way area and yet I feel that we were completely ignored our entire visit and the service was abominable. I completed the customer survey online but was not happy with the fact that the online survey does not collect any contact information to allow for someone to contact and acknowledge my dissatisfaction with our visit today.

This Denny’s has a great location to me personally because it has a 99 cents store down the street, which means shopping after eating or the other way around. But most importantly this chain has been good to me for breakfast and dinner. The service is always prompt and the food tasted good. They are a chain so food would taste more or less the same everywhere, but the service is nice, and the servers are really friendly and genuine. Please try avoiding busy hours such as 9−11AM(weekend breakfast especially), because it will be packed. The cleanliness and warmth of this store is what draws me in too, I do enjoy a stop over here for a late night supper after a nice movie on tuesdays, because they are open late and their food is good. I would recommend ordering the skillet and the healthy chicken sandwich. Which are my favorite. And if your feeling naughty, treat yourself to the build yourself sundae. Its good and its only $ 3
