Tried the place out yesterday and ordered just basics. California roll and Philadelphia roll. And to my surprise — it was really, really good. Freshness, temperature, taste — great. And they are very friendly on top. Should have given them a chance earlier … I will be back soon !!! Great job !!!

it is ridiculous to complain about the waiting time. quality is important and be appreciative that your food is being made freshly right then and there. You could always call ahead of time and place an order if you have a short lunch break. I really enjoy this place. It is just as good as an actual restaurant. They are very kind, friendly, and respectful. The pricing is your typical sushi pricing lol. However, I absolutely love this place. I would recommend the Leave Dragon Roll and Destiny Roll.

My favorite sushi to go… faster than what you’ll be waiting to dine in unless they have line… been going here for 5 to 6 year still good…

This is our go to sushi place when we want sushi but not a fancy sit down. They are so friendly and have good customer service. My favorite are the hand rolls, particularly the spicy scallop hand roll and the eel hand roll. But anything from here is so tasty and super fresh. My son loves their orange chicken bowl. My husband and I love everything from here. Hidden little gem in Clovis.

This place is ridiculous they don’t take AMEX and they have an attitude that really stink. They take for ever and I just wish that all of you that has a 30 minute lunch don’t go there for sushi. It was one me and nobody in front of me and they still take 30+ minutes for my one order of California Roll an 16oz. Pepsi they food is great but the wait is horrible.

They’re relatively fast and the sushi tastes fresh. I go here whenever I want sushi to eat at home. My favorite roll is the spicy scallop roll.

When you want Japanese take out this is your only option, period. Best drive thru tiger roll I have ever had. They really make it right in front of you just like in a restaurant, but I’m in my car! Sorry for the air pollution Japanese drive thru is the future and the future is now!

Delicious sushi at a great price! We call ahead of time to order so we don’t have to wait in a long line, which they do get because their sushi is so good. The owners are so nice and if you don’t like certain things on your rolls they’ll work with you! Always smiling and saying thank you, they’ve always been great to us. Just an FYI if you have leftovers the next day the rice is still moist and tastes great. Yes I just said that it tastes GREAT the day after! I’m guessing because they use the best sushi rice and the owner is a master at his craft. Love love love this place.

Ok… here’s the deal, everyone is naturally skeptical of a «drive-thru» sushi place, right?! By now you’ve seen that I rated them at 5 stars and you might be thinking that since the proverbial bar is presumptively already so low, that I gave them this high of a rating relative to where you would think a drive-thru sushi place should go. In other words, that I might have over reacted. I’m here to tell you they deserve 5 stars based on the food alone. The taste, temperature, texture, quality, freshness, and presentation were all that I want in sushi. I’ve only been there 2 times, but both times were in the past 3 days. I decided to get the«Star Shine» and Spicy Yellowtail roll. The Star Shine roll has spicy tuna and cucumber inside and is topped with salmon, avocado, Dynamite sauce(some kind of mayo/Sriracha/sweet sauce), teriyaki sauce, toasted sesame seeds. The rice is cooked just as it should be; it is sticky with just the right amount of moisture. The Spicy Yellowtail roll has yellowtail, cucumber, and avocado inside and topped with a dab of Dynamite sauce and toasted sesame seeds. When they refer to the roll as «spicy yellowtail,» it might make sense that most think the yellowtail is mixed with Sriracha, the same way that you make spicy tuna, but this isn’t the case. The yellowtail is a nice-sized piece of plain fish. My assumption is «spicy» refers to the Dynamite sauce. Both rolls were amazing and even though the Star Shine roll has more going on, I think the Spicy Yellowtail was my favorite. If you live in the Fresno/Clovis area and you have been holding off and skeptical of this place, do yourself a favor and give them a try. I’ve eaten sushi at almost every sushi place in Fresno/Clovis and higher-end places in the Bay Area and LA/Orange County. This place is legit. My only regret is that I hadn’t given them a chance sooner.

I’ve been here a few times and I really like it. The roll I get is the Destiny roll and has 10 pieces and is $ 9.99. which isn’t bad because for that same roll other restaurants want to charge $ 11-$ 14. The serving size of each roll is perfect. Not too big where you cant fit into your mouth and not skimpy either. The workers there are very friendly and nice. I was skeptical at first because how good can drive thru sushi be? but I was wrong at that is now my go to when I am craving sushi on my lunch.

If you consider yourself someone who enjoys sushi avoid this place. First, it isn’t cheap. You’ll save a little money but I would rather pay the extra 3 to 4 bucks per roll at a regular sushi bar to get the quality. Why? First off the rainbow roll didn’t have the variety of fish you’d expect plus each slice of fish that topped the roll was cut so thin to save on their cost. The other roll I ordered was the Starshine roll. Way to much sauce and was definitely not spicy tuna. I agree with a lot of reviews about the rice. It definitely had an off flavor then to what I’m used to. I also ordered the cucumber salad and a bowl of miso. The cucumber salad was OK, but it was just cucumber. Usually places make their cucumber salad and put some seaweed or some fish to make it a little more flavorful. The miso was terribly bland as well. So, if I had written this review right after I ate my meal I would have given it 1 star. The rolls were ok nothing special. But I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Well that night I started to feel the effects of drive thru sushi with that queasy feeling. The next day was even worse when I became extremely dehydrated well because you get the idea. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I definitely payed the price.

I love this place for quick and cheaply priced sushi. I was skeptical at first to hit up a drive through sushi, but after my sister had me try them I was hooked. Think of elevated grocery store sushi. Portion size is almost the same but the flavor is so much better. It’s not necessarily restaurant quality but what did you expect? The owners are super nice, and adorable. I recommend calling ahead or you’ll be waiting for a while. They can get pretty busy. Stick with the sushi, in my opinion. Wasn’t a fan of the teriyaki bowl. And try the cucumber salad!

For lunch I had the Destiny roll and Leave Dragon roll. Quick, fresh and delicious. Didn’t expect it from a drive thru. Thanks to the reviews I gave it a chance and yum!

I said to myself that I would never try another express sushi place again. But with all the reviews I had to give it a fair shot. It’s a little shop with two side drive thru. I talked to this lady while the man was handling the other side of the drive thru. She was very nice taking my order and making sure I got everything. But it all comes down to the sushi itself. It is better than the store bought sushi but not better than a sushi restaurant in terms of quantity, quality is comparable to some restaurants. In my opinion, they are better than Sashimi Express.

Sushi drive thru sounds so horribly awful, but it is such a beautiful gem in Clovis! It is absolutely my go to, I want sushi now type of place. And, you don’t exactly get it very fast, you just kind of get to chill out in your car and wait 10 minutes for your order to be ready. The lady is always so sweet and very smiley. The sushi taste fresh, the chicken teriyaki bowls are a good portion, and the cucumber side dish is so simple and tasty. Its mega small… the cucumber side that is. And the sushi place is teeny tiny too. It used to be an old drive thru coffee place. It’s located RIGHT on the corner of Clovis and Shaw, right behind Star Donut.

Fleurichi Express sushi is american as apple pie with its drive thru service and typical american rolls offerings with eclectic names which typically is blasphemous to a real sushi chef, but for most americans especially in clovis, this must be sushi enough for them, therefore if you’re the rare exception and happen to be a sushi connoisseur, stay far away because you will hate it, however for someone who calls a dragon roll a «sushi», this is awesome and probably would make your two thumbs stand up. I must admit Fleurichi is utterly convenient, pretty cheap, fast, and offers some what the things Americans observes as sushi. The only problem is I don’t think this is sushi at all, for god sake even the people making the sushi is not Japanese, they are South East Asian’s or something. If someone is actually reading this, you are probably confused; isn’t this sushi I am eating, why are you telling me it is not? sure it has seaweed, raw fish and sticky Japanese rice, but American sushi is almost a different food group than traditional sushi. So what accounts for the huge differences? Regional tastes and cultural differences are largely the source. Where Japanese sushi is a delicate balance of flavors, western diners prefer bold flavors and strong colors, which explains the popularity of a roll like the«Philadelphia Roll», which includes Salmon, avocado, and cream cheese. This is the type of fare that you would never find at a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant! Anyways let me get back to reviewing on Feleurichi and their food, I ordered the Star sunshine roll $ 9.99 which is basically a mix of spicy tuna, cucumber spread topped with salmon egg and smothered with teriyaki sauce and dynamite sauce. The fish itself is inferior– probably a very cheap variety, while the fresh-ness is questionable, I couldn’t really tell, since it was hiding under all that sauce. But taste wise, I didn’t think it was fresh to my standard. The rice texture however was good, but overall for someone used to tasting real japanese sushi, this tasted like mcdonalds started making sushi and I bought it. Overall real convenient, cheap, real friendly service and clean establishment, however this is no place for real Japanese sushi, this is a place for americans to get sushi-like-food and not the real things. Basically what I am saying is that western sushi is not as much Japanese food as it is inspired by Japanese cuisine, and that there are major differences between the sushi you would get in Western countries and the sushi you would be served in Japan. But as I say, whatever pleases your palate.
