Lady at the desk his wife or Mother? They yell at each other constant back n forth I think they can’t hear, so unprofessional, the equipment looks to be from the 1960s, not kidding, it’s a dump save your money and please go anywhere but this mess!

Dr. Sivas himself and the receptionist in the front are realllly friendly and their service is great. However, there were more cons than pros about this place. His equipment (in my opinion) is really old and outdated, and the actual exam took FOREVER. I’m used to other businesses and their up to date equipment, which seem to make the process of a contact lens fitting go much smoother. It also took a longgg time for them to verify my insurance information and they had me waiting just to be seen for about 45 minutes. My appointment took about an hour and a half and 45 minutes of it was spent waiting for the insurance verification. It completely defeated the purpose of making an appointment. Also, at most other places you’ll get a trial pair of contacts after the fitting to try out and make sure you like them. He didn’t have them on hand. That was really odd. He had to order them and that took another week and a half to come in. Ridiculous! The thing that frustrated me the most about this place though, is the fact that after i placed my actual order for contacts, it took TWO AND A HALF WEEKS for them to arrive! I’ll never be coming back to this doctor’s office.
