Hungry Howie’s Pizza

The pizza has too much bread and a lot of nothing as far as quality of toppings. The brownie tasted like cake instead of a brownie. Too fluffy and the chocolate drizzle on top is not thick enough.

Very good pizza & the manager is very nice. I love their flavored crust, now its the best part of the pizza. My kids ate every last bit of them, make sure to try their garlic butter, soo tasty!

Terrible customer service. The employee on duty was extremely rude and not very bright. Will never go back.

Found a BURNED FLY mixed in with the bacon pieces on the Howie Maui pizza!! Called to speak to the manager, when I explained my situation he put me on hold while he looked for my order. Then another person came on the phone and asked what I needed help with, I explained again what happened he was very rude and said that since I didn’t call last night when I ordered the pizza he couldn’t do anything. I told him it was mixed in with the other toppings and burned and that since we bought two we saved one for today. He didn’t care to hear what I had to say and pretty much made it seem like we were calling to get a free pizza. If my daughter had found the fly last night on the other pizza we would have called last night but she found it on the one we ate today. It was burned so it’s not like it just died on there. Horrible customer service and way to handle complaints. We were not calling to ask for free pizza, it was just to inform you that you need to make sure the people making the pizza can distinguish between a fly and bacon which should not be that hard. He said he didn’t care who I complained to and hung up.
We will definitely not be getting food from here again.

I just got screamed at by the person taking the orders like out of the Soup Nazi episode from Seinfeld when I called to let them know my order was incorrect. He argued with me that I did not order the pizza as I described. When I said I guess you don’t think the custom is always right then, he hung up on me.

They are fun, sociable, caring, and give you tons of options! Especially for your crust! Loooooove them!

No longer offers customer appreciation day, beat the clock, or any of their promotions at all that they’ve been doing for years. Still better than Little Caesar’s and DaVinci’s– but now it’s priced itself in a weird position. They’re $ 2 – 3 more than LC’s and DaV’s, or you could pay $ 2 – 3 dollars more still for a 3 topping pizza $ 10 large at several other spots in town.
I would make the compromise sometimes to save $ 5 – 6 on a pizza for one of these in the past, but now if I’m only saving $ 2−3− fuck it, who cares? The place no longer serves its niche it once did so well– too bad.

Will never eat there again after receiving a coupon in the mail for a large pizza, I called in a take out order. When I arrived I showed my coupon (that I received in the mail that same week) and was told they no longer accept that coupon and the dude gave me attitude! Really? I walked out pizzaless, because I was not about to pay full price for that crap. No thanks I will NEVER go there again!

They always put a shit load of toppings on the pizza. Customer service is much better now. (1−17−14)
Sadly price has gone up, but if you’re a value member and know about their deals, they MIGHT give you that price.
7.99 for three topping for pickup is ok for average pizza. this is for pick up only though. Delivery prices are garbage.
always ask for coupons after you order pizza here because that’s where the best price are at.
Most employee here has step it up. Much Better! Besides the kitchen girl … everyone seems kool.
there are very few great special coupons left. gotta do your hw though.

Our fortnightly RPG group has used this place for late-​night pizza delivery for more than five years and not once have had a problem. We call, tell them to bring us what we ordered last time, and 45 minutes later we’re digging in to hot, greasy, cheesy goodness.
There’s higher-​quality pizza out there, obviously, but we’ve never, ever had a complaint about Hungry Howie’s, so why bother going somewhere else?
