JO-ANN Fabrics and Crafts

I don’t sew… except buttons that pop off. So when I decided to buy fabric for a no sew baby sling, I was a bit nervous stepping into this fabrics store. But thanks to the very helpful staff, I was able to select an appropriate fabric for my project and the additional supplies needed to complete the task. I really love that you do not have to stand in line to get your fabric cut, but can take a number, continue shopping, and report to the counter when your number is called.
In all a great experience. One star deducted because the very cluttered aisles were too narrow to navigate their shopping carts without knocking things over.

First time at this Joann’s. Rude employees. I got bumped into at least 3 times by employees and not even a simple oh I’m sorry. Actually no eye contact at all. I was looking at their selection and it’s a lot smaller than the one near riverpark. Only positive I could see was it was clean and the line for fabric cutting was quite a bit shorter than riverparks. Will probably keep going to the one in fresno even with the cruddy parking situation just so I can get better selection and nice employees.

This store is seriously amazing, they carry a huge range of products perfect for making things at home. The fabric choices are also huge. The most organized and smelling new Jo Anns in fresno clovis area. The prices are also not too bad, better than Michael’s arts and crafts. They also carry a huge range of Wilton products which seems to amaze me already because I love baking. Furthermore they even carry organizer. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located on the new shopping centre at herdon and clovis, this place is a must visit or any art and crafts enthusiast. Don’t forget to pick up the free idea pamphlets which are amazing !
