When we walked in Carly was the only one in the store. We asked do you take walk ins and she rudely said yes. So we waited to be checked in by her. She just stood behind the desk for abut 5 minutes and I asked her do we need to be checked in and she just nodded her head. When she did my haircut she botched it up so bad that I can’t even style it. Bad service I do not recommend. Will not go back.
