Kmart

It seems as though they aren’t as cheap as they used to be. Staff here aren’t too friendly just seem to walk around like zombies and don’t go out of their way to help you. I only come here if I need to

I really like Kmart especially because of layaway etc. But I swear I hate the customer service there. The workers are all so rude! 1 out of 5 is probably nice. I am a everyday shopper and I try to avoid their rudeness because I personally do like Kmart but I have had it. And the cashier ladies gets mad when we use our points? Hello! we shop there to get points. I took my little sister (9years old) and even she knew they were very rude. Due to their rudeness I am not shopping there anymore. I always spend more than $ 500 for Christmas shopping but now i refuse to go. They are just to rude and snobby and even the manager is snobby. They also don’t acknowledge that you are there too, very rude and poor customer services.

I didn’t actually go to this store but I called the store to see if they had a doll in stock. Their online website said they had limited supplies of my daughters favorite doll that she just recently lost. When I called an associate by the name of Sara answered and she was extremely rude. I told her the situation and asked if she could see if the doll was in stock. She was very short with me, sighed heavily into the phone and told me I would have to wait because it’s a «tad» busy right now. She didn’t even wait for a response and placed me on hold. A few minutes later a man from the toy department answered and he was very kind. He placed me on a hold a few times to double check different areas around the store but unfortunately didn’t find the right doll I was needing. He was very apologetic and had excellent customer service skills. I wish I would’ve caught his name. Sara left a bad taste in my mouth so I do not think I will be visiting that store anytime soon. I did end up finding my daughters doll at my favorite target anyways.

Sad to say the retail girl Amanda had a better customer service then the actual manager Jenny she was very rude I asked her two questions and didn’t respond and ignored me when I exchanged my daughters bathing suit from buying hours prior… Jenny is apparently the manager, she has some retail customer skills to learn! Fake blonde!
Won’t go again !!! She needs training! I will contact mike hopefully he will send her to get skills!

I try to avoid Kmart. they usually have nothing left and not that great of quality items. I only came here after I had tried at least 6 other stores. I was in search of a hard plastic above ground kiddie pool.
Apparently, due to the heat streak in Clovis the pools are sold out everywhere. (petsmart, Petco, Pool supply stores, Toys R Us, Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, etc) To my surprise, I called Kmart and they had not only some, a lot left. There were tons of the pools and two different styles too! The pool was over priced. On a regular day, I wouldn’t buy it, but since I was desperate I did.
Good thing I decided to go inside for a quick walk through of promotional items. Bc when I did take a quick walk inside, my GF noticed that the pool had a hole on the side. Not just a small hole on the side, but along the side where the side becomes part of the base of the pool and they were close to 3 fist sized holes.
The cashier obviously didn’t care to inspect the product being sold. She just rang it up collected the money then went back to standing around. When my GF asked to exchange it, the cashier didn’t mind in the slightest. She said we could get another one. Just put the other one back. Um. ok. We will inspect this new one. Glad she didn’t give us problems. Don’t you think you should take damaged products away from the sales floor? Oh well. we got our pool even though we overpaid.
First and last trip to Clovis Kmart.

Great store, everything you need at low prices. Store wasn’t too busy and was clean. Restrooms were in the back and look remodeled and were very clean. Since its the last Kmart in this area, kinda forget about. But it’s a good store, just like a target or Walmart.

This place is over priced for the quality and many things don’t have prices. The employes only talk to you if you ask for help, other then that they say nothing and keep working.

This store is OK. Not the best store. It was very hard for me to find what I am looking for here.
