I come here every week and absolutely love this place. They are helpful and are very nice. I fully belive we should put our money in local businesses that have great customer service. If you ever need a laundry mat this is the ones.

This place is dirty and all but one large washer worked. We told the guy working there that nothing was getting water and he just said I can’t stop it until it’s done. Half way through the clothes got wet but nothing actually washed. Our whites got all bleach stained. My 511 BDU pants that cost $ 70 are ruined. This guy gave us coins to rewash our laundry but insisted that he knew they got washed. After rewashing I complained and made him pay me the $ 70 for the pants. He never put a sign on washers and I ended up telling two families the three of the washers didn’t work. I just wonder how many people have paid $ 4 to wash and not realize the wash mode never really goes on. I’ll never go there again.

Worst place ever. When deposit coins, some did not registered, there for u had to add more. Many drying n washing machines where broken. I told the person that was woker there about it and yet he did not put up a sign on the mechanics, noteing its broken/​out of service. But he was kindly to reimburse my coins.

I give this place 2 stars only for their prices. about 15 machines out of order, out dated, smelled like shit, we were thinking someone must have used this place to wash dirty diapers. place is very dirty, the employee was on his laptop and cell phone the whole time, minding his own business, I thought maybe since the place was dirty he couldve used that time to clean up and make it smell nice.

Dry cleaning was done here recently. Not sure if I will be returning because one of my suits just smells like too much chemicals. They prices were cheap compared to the Bay Area, but the turn around time was a little long for my needs. 8 items were 35 dollars. They do take credit cards either at time of drop off or pick up. Hours were convenient as well.

Once when my washing machine was broken (don’t get me started about Whirlpool), I outsourced my weekly laundry to this place. The job they did wasn’t horribly bad, but everything did reek of fabric softener, which I detest. My bed sheets were sticky feeling from the Downey. It took two or three washes in my own machine before I got the fabric softener smell out of my clothes, sheets, and towels. Yuck.
Also, I don’t think they used hot water on my whites. My socks were dingy, and I could tell that white undershirts and pillowcases were going to gray if I continued to use this place for any length of time.
Still, their prices aren’t bad (about $ 25 for a week’s worth of laundry, and I had a lot) their turnaround time was quick (1 – 2 days), and their facilities are clean.
