Love love love Ooh La La! I have been shopping here on and of since they opened. All locations have the cutest clothes, shoes and accessories for amazing prices. I highly recommend.

Until recently I have enjoyed shopping at this location. They have a good selection of clothes at reasonable prices. However, their customer service and return policy need some work. I purchased a Christmas gift for my sister a few months ago (doing early shopping) and when I gave it to her at Christmas it didn’t fit. Since the store still had the item in stock, she went to exchange sizes but they rudely refused to assist her since the item was purchased a few months ago. This is upsetting because the item still had Ooo La La tags on it and was still in stock at the store. Because of this type of poor customer service, I will no longer be shopping there.

I took my teenage daughter shopping at Ooh La La today and wanted to comment on how professional and friendly the staff was towards my daughter (and me). I was so impressed with how the ladies interacted with my teenager. It was a breath of fresh air to shop at a clothing store where the employees are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We shopped for tops and jean shorts and left with a bagful. Ooh La La is the perfect place to find some original, well made clothing.

It’s fun to shop here because the prices are affordable, styles are cutting edge and the sales are frequent and awesome!!! The employees are so helpful — no pressure sales! I like the way they put the «whole outfit together» … accessories n all!
Definitely BEST boutique in Fresno! The Riverpark location is equally as nice — check it out!!!

Ooh La La is a personal and pleasant place to shop. The décor is fantastic, the staff is attentive and great care is taken to keep the merchandise stylish as well as unique.
This store is a one-​of-​a-​kind gem in that shouldn’t be missed.

I am so in love with this boutique. The cutest clothing, purses and jewelery at really great prices. There are also alot of promotions and free gifts. The store is decorated like you are in a boutique in Beverly Hills, but with out the prices!!! You won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for fashion this is the place !!!
